For starters, the store is a mess. Pieces of shelving lying on the floor and stuff just thrown everywhere. While attempting to check out with my overly stimulated toddler I sat something down at one of the self check out registers that was not open. A employee who was on the register said to me that she just finished cleaning up around the registers (couldn’t tell) and if I didn’t want an item I could hand it to her. I grabbed the item to hand it to her once we were next to check out, where she walked by me snatching the item out of my hand and going to restock it I assume. Leaving, a super long line with one other employee to check out everyone. Never in my life have I had an employee snatch something from me in such a rude manor. I left my whole cart and walked out.Will not be returning to this location.

Clean place of business, the staff was very helpful and polite, prices were reasonable, I was able to find exactly what I was intending to purchase and checked out in a timely manner, I will definitely be coming back! Thanks.

This location is one of the worse, they’re never fully stocked and the lines are always ridiculous! I’m completely confused as to why they’re self checkout registers have been closed for MONTHS and they have ONE employee ringing up customers. Now I have to go out of my way to a five below much further away.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would… The store was super dirty and cluttered, I had to ditch my cart because it wouldn’t fit down the aisle. Shelves were bare in almost every section. There were no self check out’s available and the line was long. I seen a total of JUST 2 employees the 15 mins I spent in the store and one of the was on the register. And to top it off I had to wait for her to check me out at the only working self check out which was an inconvenience to me. I really wanted to just say forget it but I was a carpet small enough for my bathroom that I needed. Won’t be back to that location.

There was 1 cashier and none of the self checkout were opened I waited for a few minutes because the customer at the register couldn't make up there minds but then a young lady that works there she looked like she was about get off she rang me but I had to use my card as she wasn't taking cash a bit of a inconvenience

They have open drinks in the coolers and unfortunately my child was sold one I stopped her before she could drink it. I asked the store employees for a refund since it was open in the cooler and she told me no she can’t refund it because it was open but it was sold to me like that. 🙄

Went inside store was never greeted by the female employee but instead she was on the phone texting. Went to get iPhone charger and it was a mess. Nothing stock on shelves look like they were going out of business. Ask her what was going on and she I said restocking. I will never come to this store again white marsh is better and has stuff stock for their customers.

The girl with the blue braids has a terrible attitude. It’s very misleading to have multiple self-checkout registers and not allow customers to use self check out. I even began ringing myself up after nobody addressed me I was then told by the very rude employee that I wasn’t allowed to check myself out in a snappy tone. There is a way to tell people they are doing something wrong without being rude and aggressive.

Time to change the name to Five Above because most of what they sell is over five dollars now.Still affordable, though.Most of the shelves were empty due to the recent holiday season. I'm sure they will restock them within the next week or so.An excellent store for tweens and teens.

It's okay but I wish they would do a better job showing the price for some of the products. Often times I forget that not all the merchandise in the store is $5 or below. They do have items that go over $10 and that happened to me during my last shopping experience. I think that somebody misplaced an item or whatever but when I went to check out at the self-checking kiosk I noticed that I owed a little bit too much money than I had planned to spend. Overall it's really good store with some decent products and reliable customer service if needed

I was driving by the store and noticed from the window and saw this wreath. I had been to many other stores looking for a Christmas wreath for my apartment door. Honestly, I hadn’t thought to go to one of Five Below stores. I was very happy after going into the store. The store was well organized, clean, and a great price point. With inflation and everything going up in prices, I was happy to find a nice looking wreath that was within my budget.

I really like this five below. The people who work there are extremely helpful and kind Plus they will hunt down items for you that you found on the website but couldn't find in the store. Also the selection there is nice. It's a different layout than I'm used to but they still have the candy that's closest to the register on your way out so you know what to bypass mostly when you go there if you have children in tow. But it is worth the trip and they are clean and well organized in this store. You can still save more money on home sports equipment, aerobic and class where outfits for your fitness routines, as well as many other things, things you wouldn't expect. But if you're looking just to go shopping and spend a little money and not a lot but still get good quality I would say five below is the best place to go.

You never know what you might walk into when shopping here. On 9.7.22, I upon entry I smiled and said hello to the customer service rep, but got nothing. I popped in just to browse and found a cute game I thought my online group would like for a tailgating party. I picked up two amd walked up to the counter. I asked the young lady do I just go to her to be checked out, she said it all self check out. What do you do if a customer need assistance? Well I needed assistance wh3n I noticed there was no tags on the items to scan nor was offered any assistance in any shape or form. Well I put the items back and left. Will not be shopping there again. At least the other CSR was more receptive.

LOVE THIS STORE!! The employees are friendly and helpful, the prices can't be beat, and the selection is fantastic. I got all my daughters school supplies for next to nothing. They have everything here, and kids go crazy. It's a really great place to get some cool stuff for your kids without breaking the bank.

This location is convenient to me, I usually pop in and buy movie size candies maybe a few knick-knacks here and there. My son loves that aspect that he can get to the cars on his level thank you so much Five Below ;-). Staff is helpful I get a quick check out oh, and don't spend a lot of money if I can help it which doesn't happen. I would recommend this location. Is the self check out is a great assistant.

Everything is $5 dollars or less so I really love that. It does NOT matter what location you go to (I've been to several) This store is always clean and the employees are always super friendly and willing to help. Kids and adults can find things that they will like. I highly recommend you go to your nearest Five Below and you will see what I am talking about. They have a variety of odd things that you will like, candy, decor, arts and crafts and of course my kids favorite the cell phone and ear phone accessories.
