There are new pharmacy technicians and one (Bryce Rph) who has been there for at least a couple of years. Bryce has always been professional, pleasant and helpful. The older technicians, not so much.\nYou new staff is FANTASTIC!! Night and day! They're personable and make large efforts to accommodate your customers. \nThere were times when I didn't even go in because of the crankiness I'd experience.\nPlease keep these nice people. Give them all, especially Bryce a raise so they'll STAY FOREVER.\nThank you!

First experience with the pharmacy at this location was very unpleasant. The pharmacist/guy giving the shot was downright unpleasant and rude. Hopefully future visits will go well but reading the other review probably not. 😵‍💫Also the shot room was in such disarray and not clean.

Horrible horrible experience. Rude & insensitive pharmacists— was speaking to me, while on the phone. Will never go back here again. Waited over an hour to get prescription, after being told it would be ready in 15minutes, only to be told that they wouldn’t fill it until speaking to doctor again. Even though the doctor had sent the prescription in multiple times. Such an awful experience.

Why don't they hire more staff for high volume times? Also, last year Jan.- May (May had ear operation) I was having very bad hearing problems. In March I explained this when talking to the young man who was waiting on me in pharmacy. He insisted on mumbling and not responding to any of my question except with a mumble noise with his mouth mostly closed. I asked louder if I could speak to a manager. What happened should not have happened to anyone. I needed no correction at that time: I needed decent staff at CVS. I did finally get a manager and the problem was solved. This all happened just to pick up a prescription! When I finally got the manager, I got my prescription with no problem. You need to hire people who can speak clearly and with the correct amount of volume. I wasn't having that much of a problem with most people at that time.

DO NOT SEND YOUR SCRIPTS HERE. Had my boyfriend Charged pick upm my prescription and they had him pay a $175 copay for the generic even though I've been getting the brand medication for free for years. Wait is terrible, service is terrible, staff is unknowledgeable about insurance and unwilling to walk to the insurance when they mess up. Save yourself the hassle and send your prescription elsewhere.

This is the worst experience I have had at a pharmacy. I was told a prescription was not called in for the second time after I had spoken with the doctor's office to confirm it was called in. This is an example of the worst customer service I've encountered

I had a very pleasant experience. I dropped off my prescription at 10pm on a Saturday night and had it filled within ten minutes.

They have a lunch break between 1:30pm - 2:00pm everyday. Generally stock all the medicines that are prescribed.

I agree with Emily; this place is severely understaffed. Waited in line for the pharmacy for 15 minutes to be told they were out of stock. Better try your luck elsewhere.

I'm giving one star to the pharmacy. They are severely under staffed and will talk to you like sh** because they don't have time for you :) considering switching to Walgreen right across the street.
