Jumbo is great place to shop, because of the wide variety of food choices. Love to shop there. Only one problem that seems to linger when I go there is the seafood department. When they are asked If there are any more crabs, the Latino workers will say no to the black customers. It happens all the time. It's been tested.. So the Asian manager says to ask for him if we want more crabs.

Jumbo food has everything you need that other stores do not have. I went in got out within a few minutes. Because everything is there you have people that work. I love seafood. The fresh fish are good and steamed crabs and live crawfish when they are in season is great!!! They have a great selection of vegetables and fruits.

I wish I can give one star for customer service. I usually shop here for my international foods, however on two occasions I was harassed by the manager there wanting to check the my personal backpack and bags after I spent over 300 in this store. I will be finding another store to shop because the way they treated me was really unfair.

I bought a male crab today, when I ask them to cook the crab after they cook I notice the price in the weight,😕I check the crab it’s look like it’s not even 8lb.seen I’m in hurry cuz my kids in the car. I came home in I check the weight in I’m surprised I cannot believe.

Great little store, has a bit of everything for basic Latin and Asian foods, produce seemed happy and healthy. The store smelled SO good. I think they steam crabs and season them. I was in a rush and didn't get to investigate. They had lots of stuff on special. Cashier was friendly and let me bag my own stuff. The scallops I cooked for dinner tasted fresh and not artificial like other bagged ones I've had.

They have a great supply of international foods and delicacies that you can't find in local markets as in giant or safeway. I would recommend this store if you're looking for International foods vegetables and meats.

There prices are good, however the quality is not. The smell of fish is really strong. I emailed them about this and no one has gotten back to me. That was about a month ago. It is obvious that all they care about is the money and not people.

Another good shopping visit at Jumbo's. They have the best selection of fresh herbs. Today I bought fresh Thai Basil and fresh lemon grass. Not exspensive at all. My only request is that they carry more organic in their produce section. Trying to keep a girl as free of toxins as possible. 😁 But otherwise this is one of my top favorite grocery stores.

Usually when I am here I experience great food and impeccable customer service but today we were greeted by a hostess who sat us without informing the waitress of your presence. Hence others caMe in were seated and serves before he. It came across weird seeing that we are three African American males. But the waitress was amazing she came to the rescue know with such a pleasant vibe and excellent service. She apologized and totally made our day.. such great service and foods.

I went for the seafood market and was not disappointed. Several varieties of fresh fish, plus blue crabs, at a good price. And they clean the fish for no extra charge.Picked up some fresh veggies too. Store was clean and organized.

seafood is fresh, but the fishmonger's are very slow, if your buying fresh fish expect a wait time about 45mins to an hour or so. with that being said great food, maybe more fishmongers would insist a better tip.

Don’t waste your time. The produce was average and much of it decayed and dried. I would not suggest purchasing meat. Many of the meat products were discolored and seemingly spoiled but I did not pick it up to smell OR check further. There are lots of Asian products from noodles, wraps, condiments etc. I will not be back.

We ordered salmon, a large amount 2 days ago. Was told it would be no problem, they have plenty all the time. We went to pick it up today for a big gathering and they acted like it was no big deal that they didn't have it. They acted as if we never placed an order. We will never call, nor go to them ever again! Poor customer service and dishonest business.

They carry a lot of international products and wide variety of produce and vegetables. The aisles are cramped but that's not too much of an issue.

First time going to this International Grocery Store...enjoyed shopping there. The inside was clean and plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit!!!Parking lot could be a lot cleaner and trash picked up outside.Fresh Fish line was a long wait so, I'll come back during the week. Happy this store is in my neighborhood and I didn't have to go to Virginia.

I used to shop here more often than I do. The selection of produce is still excellent but their meat selection has gotten smaller over the years. Their prices are the same as Giant and Shoppers, not much savings for meat or household goods.I do like the fish selection and prices. Not a huge fan of the crab/station. I won't buy crabs there no matter the prices.Also, the store doesn't seem very clean. It could be the bad lighting, but it always seems very dingy.

Since they opened, this has been one of my main stops for fruits and vegetables. I get the freshest Collards Kale, and finger-sized Scallions from this store! 5+ stars for veggies!

The male crabs were huge and delicious, they over cooked my shrimp. Overall, it was decent the store was clean and the employees were professional and friendly. I'd definitely go again for the seafood.
