Recently shop at this dirty location very ghetto beyond rude and also I tried to use a coupon and unfortunately they stated they system was down when are they not down like honestly that’s why I stop using this location ask the man’ for assistance to get something off the top shelf seem as if he had a attitude which I don’t understand I never told you to pick a customer service job this location just beyond bad , can’t use Apple Pay, can use coupons like every time and just want to do they job at all just bad need to shut this whack location down and if I could not give a star would be absolutely perfect

Got here at 8:15am and the store wasn't even open, it's now 8:35am and it's still not open . They were mopping the floor ... mind you the store opens at 8:00am

Not my favorite Family Dollar that's for sure. Usually long lines, can't find a lot of what I'm looking for -- if you don't come on the "right" day you're out of luck. I have much better luck finding what I need in the Oxon Hill Family Dollar location. .

This was the worst experience in store at the Iverson location. Labels were in the wrong place. I waited in line forever because there was 1 line open and people were all the way down the aisle. The young man at the register was challenged, very polite and was doing his best. Then they had someone mopping with a really wet and soapy mop in a large area that crossed the line we were standing in and no wet floor sign to be found anywhere. When they finally opened another register they didn't take the next person in line they just told some random person to step up. Their service is ridiculous. I will not be going back to this location for a long time. Maybe by then they'll have better management.

Need more customer services workers to attend to the cash registers. The store is quite crowded, never seem to be stocked prior to customers coming in. The POS systems always crash, so take cash with you just in case. Overall experience, I give two stars for convenience.

That store is totally Discussing. I went on yesterday April 20, 2020 it was Mouse poop all over the shelves. It’s a mice infestation. This is where I buy things when I need something really quick.You all need to get this corrected or health department needs to be contacted ASAP.This above the Store employees efforts . This a DM’s concern and problem to get this corrected.

There's a young lady in the store with HORRIBLE customer servce . She's light skinned with red or orange hair. The other day I came in to purchase mystuff. When you speak to her, she never speaks back. She was on her phone and didnt have her mask on when she rung me up. After she rung me up , she immediately got back on her phone at the register and didnt even put my bag close to me so I had to reach for it. She is so rude and unprofessional. I know places need help but she isn't the one.

Horrible Customer Service at the register!!!!! Too busy socializing with each other, and friends who come in, to pay attention to customers. Male clerk walked me to the end of the counter and was assisting me with items on the shelf behind the counter....that only they have access to, but stopped to speak to a friend, then walked away. Still standing at the end of the counter, I said, "Excuse Me", 6 times, attempting to get the attention of either him or the female clerk, neither of whom had customers at the time, but they were too busy joking with each other. I finally got the female clerk's attention, who favored me with a look somewhere between total indifference, and "You're not really gonna ask me to do anything, are you?". I pointed to the item on the shelf and asked her if she could help me. Without moving, her response was a look of ABSOLUTE disinterest...and a dry, "Yeah, what?". I told her not to worry about it, and needless to say, left without purchasing that item, or any of the others I went in for.

First time and last... didn't really care for the environment loud ratchet customers and nasty cashier. I asked her several questions and the answers were " I DONT KNOW" so why do you work in this store thats no bigger the box. Where you should know where things are located. I can say the store was clean and had items on the shelf and the only reason I have 3stars....

Nothing special about this place. Could be much cleaner and the shelves could be neater and properly stocked but it's to be expected. If they paid managers and staff better pay then they could hire quality personnel.

I love family dollar. You can not beat the prices. But this particular one is a hot mess. Inventory all over the place. Busted products at the check out. Eveytime I've been there, Some of the employees are very unprofessional.Clowning not treating it as a place of businesses.Two stars on this one. 5 stars on Family dollar name.

The store was extremely disorganized. There were no shopping carts available to use. There was only one cashier. The line was long and people were dissatisfied with the service. The store needs to be stocked.

Store has name brand competitive prices & pleasant employees. But careful though some products look as if their in same full size containers but are not. ie.dove liquid soap 12 oz in another store (Walmart/Rite Aid) 22 oz but price is about the same. Good selection of clothing.

The place is good place they have a lot of things that you need. But some is not there so that is the downfall, some of the staff was mean to me the place was not that clean and the merchandise was unorganized they have fair prices other all this place is a 3.5 Kin my eyes.

Everytime I go there it's like a maze to walk thru the aisles. They have the aisles cluttered with new product not put away yet. If you're not careful you can hurt yourself. Lawsuit waiting to hapoen

It hasn't changed. The lines still long. The products are good but when u see the line it make you not want to shop there. One cashier doing it all and you have 12 ppl in line

I love whomever their manager is these days because he actually keeps this Family Dollar fully stocked with all types of things. Love it!!

Terrible place too much "Ratchness" at that place and it stay too pack to only have two lines of people and two cashiers at the register. I hate going there. An the people that work there some of them look like they have no clue of their merchandise in the store. I say this to say I know what I'm talking about. I use to be an 3rd key shift mgr at a Family Dollars.

They have changed the floor plan for the better items are easy to to find. Some of the cashiers can be rude but manager is very accommodating.

Mgr, had a 6am appt , showed up at 6:50 am. Employee waiting out in cold for 40:00 minutes , by law employee should be paid . Still waiting for mgr to open door to start unloading the delivery

Ok lines are to long. Prices are way to high for a family dollar store. Especially the food. You should just call it a convenient store. Dollar General is what I consider a family dollars store.

It's not the most stocked Family Dollar I've been in by far, but it serves it's purpose. Clean and convenient to places around it, I go there whenever I'm in the neighborhood
