The store is decent I just never seen workers behind the register on their phones. I had to grab my own receipt the lack of professionalism is insane.

Will not be returning to this location. I asked the cashier if I could split the payment and she said yes. Then she puts the entire amount on one card and shrugs her shoulders and says oh my bad smh they also have the phone off the hook so calling is impossible

I went to family dollar on Allentown Road. Me and two women wanted to get some Mother's Day cards. A long push cart with stuff, open and unopened boxes were in front of the cards. A worker finally came over and tried to move it. Well it was heavy and so many boxes were around it that it took awhile then she crashed plus she barely moved it. I went to get out of the aisle squeezing through and all my cards fell. Plus both ladies had to move because it was nowhere to go unless it was just one person stepping over everything. Then the lady stopped trying to move the stuff so she can ring me up. But it was another lady behind the counter. Plus she said let the other lady go to lunch. I never saw the other lady so many she was in the back. It was just junky and I almost fell 3 times and tripped over the boxes that threw me into a shelf. Not a good trip.

Store looked cleaner than normal.. but my issue is how the manager was speaking to the employee. Not pleasant at all. Manager walked in said he told u to do the carts and what u doing playing with the thing she just had a customer.. if the manager was in the store she would know that.. the. Went on to say... I have to leave the store for a second... I’m like again... the employee was trying to explain she just kept cutter her off.. I’d hate to work here.

My experience could have been a lot better. I went there yesterday to pick up some over-the-counter meds. I stood in line and the woman was on the phone talking about her food order. She did not acknowledge me at all. She kept going on and on about some teriyaki chicken. I stood there for a while looking at her and she even looked at me but she kept going on about her food. Finally I walked towards the front of the store by the exit and saw a young lady at a register and asked if she was open. She looked around, then said yes and checks me out. This was a very bad experience. It would have only taken her a couple of seconds to say the woman by the door can help you. She was way more worried about her food order then taking care of her customers.

My experience was great everybody was nice and friendly if we can only find more employees like them retail would be a better place Tuesday July 28th at 8:16 p.m. stores very clean I will shop there again thank you

Absolute the worst of the Family Dollar store in the area. There is always only one register open, no matter how long the line. Also, no matter what time of the day you go, the store is cluttered and the aisles hard to navigate.

On this hot day the air conditioning was out. Hope they take better care of the employees, who do their best in less than ideal conditions. Good helpful service.

They only had one cashier for a few minutes then they added a second cashier. There was a spill in the check out stand and no one came to clean it up.

A nice store, however, I must have gone at a wrong time because they were stocking shelves and it was kinda hard to go down the isle I needed to get to.

I was looking for a product that they advertise it they had when I ask the cashier if someone could help me because I believe it's in a box I waited for about 5 minutes in the aisle and then I went to the front and asked if someone was going to help me and then they told me know if it's not on the shelf that we don't have it after I told them it was in a box but I just couldn't get to it then I asked for a rain check and the young lady at the register would not give me a rain check and then she walked away while I was still standing there they are lazy not customer friendly and there are boxes and boxes of product which is not on the shelf and I have no idea when it will hit the shelf.
