Julian at register one was very rude. i am a mother who had her 3 minor children with me while one was in an stroller. As i put my items on the belt he told me to stop and to go to another line i asked him why he responded very rudely can you just go to another line without an explanation.i continued to put my items on the belt because no one should be treated rudely and unfairly the way i was treated his light was on and he was not closing. when i stated i will call cooperate he responded he didnt care. the store was very dirty and cluttered the shelves was a mess also had dirty mop and mop water in the ail unattended i no longer would like to shop there very poorly customer service also the number thats online is disconnected.

I have to say out of all the years I have been coming here. This has got to be the most unorganized and disgusting it has ever been. They need better staff that will make this store look more professional.

Super understaffed. Cashiers working perfectly but most shelves were messy or empty. Product thrown on the floors by customers just a messy place. Won’t go back. Too bad your CEO allows this condition

2 for the clerk, she was pleasant. Shelves need to be restocked because there were no cleaning supplies, no bleach, and no change (git a pocket full of coins), but PLENTY of aluminum pans. I'll remember that when I cookout.

This is the worst dollar store ever!!!! The customer service sucks. How can you run a business properly without any bags. Only had two cashiers. The line is in the back of the store.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. This is the most DIRTIEST, UNORGANIZED, NON-STOCKED store. It is really embarrassing that we have a store in this condition in our community. I hope that corporate is reading our complaints and will make an effort to restructure this store.

It is a shame how that dollar tree look in Marlow Heights, MD. It is one dirty unkempt store. Floors/shelves have not been clean probably since it open. The refrigerator is horrible. Open/not open boxes. The only rating I can give is a 0. But since it's in a black neighborhood who cares.. The nerve to go up .25 cents. SAD, Sad. Should be reported to the Health Department or somewhere.

Store was in disarray. Items thrown in bins Asked staff person who was stocking items if store had hand held can opener. She directed me to the bottom bins close to floor. I couldn't find it, so she came over began moving the items around and finally found one. She said that some employees didn't care and just threw things in bins.

The store was a little overcrowded and in disarray. There were only two registers serving customers. However, the employees were doing a great job to move the lines along. The store was well stocked in some areas and empty in others. This is to be expected during this season. Then the shoppers weren't really practicing social distancing. You had to remind them.

The store was very clean and well laid out. The employees were very polite and exceeded all of my expectations. They interacted with each other like a family, a very warm environment indeed. This is now my favorite Dollar Tree. People need more workers like these, who make you feel welcome and understand that dollars add up. They are patient and exactly what the retail doctor ordered.

This location needs staff some kind of bad. Stock was bare minimum, it was all on recieving carts. The staff was extremely nice and helpful with what they could help with. Manager was very helpful, but they should not be put in this situation without help. Will return only because of the staff. This store is very large, the money potential is great, once it staffed and stocked.

This location never has enough cashiers. The cashiers are rude (depending on the time of day). The cashiers never bag my items properly, and they rarely have coin change ( and this was pre-COVID). Management and the staff and need to be retrained in professional etiquette. I only shop there due to the convenience nothing more. If this location is a testament of the Dollar Tree Corporation I'll take my business to General Dollar instead

It's no longer a dollar store dollar 25 cents classified as a plus store well I'm making few visitors there now I can get other merchandise for a dollar some other stores like eggs frozen vegetables ice it's cheaper in other stores so do you research if you don't have to travel too far you can get some better deals if you really pay attention to the advertising and the specials they have of the week happy shopping

This afternoon I want to Dollar Tree to pick up birthday items, store was well stocked ( Store 4618 ) very happy. Now the cashier did not have good customer service but Excellent ( D’Shey ) truly need to be recognized very Pleasant. I am a manager who is very high on great customer service, D’ Shey excellent job 💚

I had a great experience at the store and the associate Rochelle went above and beyond to assist me its one thing when one is just doing their function but to go out of their way to help meant the world to me and she demonstrated customer service in my opinion many many good ways!! Rochelle keep up the good work and not sure ifbit your desire but you would do very well as a team lead or supervisor!!

I went in ti get some batteries, and to see if I could find my favorite snacks. I did 😊and I was happy about that. I also found some veggies & a light bulb. There is also this one particular cashier that has the best attitude, I'm always glad when I go in this particular Dollar Tree if he's there. This store is convenient to my house & that's one reason why I like it so much.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how neat this Dollar Tree was! The shelves were neatly stocked and the aisles were "WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE"! Kudos to whoever is responsible for the entire pleasant experience.

Reasonably clean and mostly organized location. The staff are friendly, which is nice. The store has a few sections that are ravaged, but mostly everything is in its right place. Selection and prices are the same as any other Dollar tree. Plenty of parking in front.

I'm not sure what's going on with this store, but it used to be my favorite,now it's a hot mess. Somehow they run away the good managers. Now they have one who like to take smoke brakes in front of the store its a male manager.

Lots of parking, sometimes runs short of stock items till Weds/Thurs delivery is on shelves, alot of mgmt turnover, but friendly floor staff.....good hours.Lo these months later and even more management turnover....when its been busy the place looks like a bomb hit it...stock strewn on floor...etc...so much staff turnover......what's the problem??? Pay these folks!......it works for Costco...try it!
