Shakira is a true asset to the store. As soon as I walked in, she greeted me warmly with a smile and immediately offered assistance. The store was busy, and I could hear her friendly voice greeting each guest as they entered. Not only did she efficiently run the register, but she also went above and beyond by offering to get me a hand cart while I was shopping. Her exemplification of hospitality and top-tier customer service truly made my shopping experience exceptional.

First time at this store, some of their shelves were kind of empty but others were pretty stocked up. It was clean and everything seemed in order, the cashier was very nice as well.

They closed the store with no sign just locked the doors and someone came out of the door with bags and merch saying they closed because the stock was on the floor. This place is so ghetto the staff has attitudes like they hate thier job . Im done shopping at Dollar General period all of the stores in the Sourthern Maryland Area are ghetto as hell. Go to Dollar Tree at least the customer service is better.

I gave this location four stars for cleansiness. The aisles weren't cluttered and they were well stocked. The store smelt very clean and it was organized. I found all the items I came for and that makes me happy!

Store is always to congested, can't get up and down the isles. Morning manager ( I assume) was very helpful letting me know to I could let him know if I needed something moved out of my way. The good point about this store is I will never spend more than I planned to spend bc if the shopping experience is not enjoyable I don't stay long. I spent only $5 which is a fantastic for me.Store needs to stock better merchandise, it's a dollar store not a junk store.

I come to this store maybe 2-3 times a month. The A/C has been out for a few weeks, maybe a month. No matter what day of the week or time of the day, there are always boxes in the aisles to be stocked on the shelves. I go on the weekend, there are boxes. I go on a weekday, there ate boxes. Also, today I grabbed a loaf of bread. As we were waiting in the long line, my daughter happened to look at the expiration date. Today is 6/2. The expiry date was 5/30.

This store always pleased me. Very organized and well cleaned. The staff are very kind and polite. They also are very accommodating and gives perfect customer service. Will surely come back.

I love this dollar general. This is the most clean store I’ve been too. The only down fall is they don’t accept EBT due to the jumbo being next door.

This store is always cluttered with items in the aisles to be stocked . They are short on staff and the shelves are not well stocked. They should consider hiring individuals to stock the store at night and this will allow the two staff members on duty during normal business hours.

I dont know what happened to that store, but it is a mess.I went in looking for a kiddie pool, and baby squeeze pouches(food).I called to ask of they had any, before I came there. They said they had some in stock.But, of course when i got there. They didn't have any.The store was cluttered with shipment t boxes in every other isle.ALL shelves where thrown. Looking highly disheveled.I will not even get started on the lack of staff, the store smell, and how it looks like no one has cleaned up a mess there.I can't go back there.Everything was such a bad experience.I bought nothing.😒

This place was great when I moved here 10 years ago. The shelves are never stocked and they only have 2 employees working. I fault upper management, I've spoken to him personally.

Terrible Customer Service! Was profiled due to a item I purchased that was in the wrong place, The lady tried to make it seem like I was trying to get the item for cheaper when that was totally not the case. First and last time in there and after I paid I got my money back and left the stuff. I don't want to shop anywhere like that, totally unacceptable!!!

This Dollar General location was formally Family Dollar and it's now currently Dollar General the store has a widely range of household products including limited choice of groceries it is always very well kept .

Dollar stores are nothing but your future up coming safeways giants and food lions. Just be aware of the date on products and how close the prices are too the other food chain stores.

Having Family Dollar is much better, Dollar General has a lot of knock-off items that aren't worth $0.10.

Customer service is very good, Dovenna is quite good with customers...but dollar general is lil bit expensive when I compare it with Marlow heights shopping center...

Too many big metal carts either holding boxes of merchandise that hasnt been unpacked or empty boxes. Hard to move with a cart.

They did NOT have the rockin protein drink, that the company that makes it said they have it...made a special trip just to get it. Back to Giant🤬🤬🤬🤬
