The worst CVS there is! Every single day they are short staffed and do not answer the phone. At this point, they need to demolish the location. Why have a drive thru if you are never open. You are better off making your own meds before going to them. Do not expect much from them!🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ 9:07 and we are still standing in line waiting for a pharmacist not being here.

I usually don't post but my experience here is often terrible simply due to poor communication. I was told to comeback after 3pm for my prescription just for them to tell me to comeback 2 hours later. Don't give me a time if it's not accurate, I can't get that time or energy back for a wasted trip.

Had my newborn and 6 year old with me. Needed a prescription for an ear infection. Cashier tells me price and it was way more than I thought it should be for having health insurance. My health insurance wasn’t factored in so he sent me to another line, waited another ten minutes. Got my insurance added and the price was right, then she tells me to go back to the line I came from so I can pay for it. Horrible experience, I’ll be going else where from now on.

I hate to be this person, but you get what you pay for when living in a predominantly black lower income area. The lines are always long because someone is holding the line for whatever reason, not even considering how long they’re taking, no one comes to bail out the cashier when 15 people ( no joke) are waiting to check out and also the pharmacy seems to be short staffed and inconsiderate. I don’t know who trained them, but if you close at 8pm and someone is standing in line for 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that still says “processing” after being put in hours ago, you go fill the medication.

This has got to be the absolute worst pharmacy in Maryland!!!!They don't care about anything or anyone.My life saving meds were put in and was assured that it would be ready by 1:30. I should have known better.I left my house at 1:40 just in case just to find out that my medication hasn't been processed yet and will ne done tomorrow. We'll I left them with some choice words and will get my meds somewhere else TODAY!!!CLOSE THIS WHOLE STORE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!

Slowest pharmacy ever. They could have 5 people working and it still takes 10 minutes or more for someone to come to the counter or drive thru to address you. I don't have this issue at any other CVS. I've been to one in GA and was done in 5 minutes. This one here is just horrible. If it wasn't so close I would try to find another convenient one that carries all meds

Literally the WORST CVS I have ever been to. The staff are rude and nonchalant. No integrity. Never have what they say they have. Came back 3 times for the same package they said was here and sit wasn’t. Ridiculous.

Thirsty,Went in.Not many choices.Checking out(confused);two marking standing line,Both slow with no conviction or sincerity toward getting customers out.One a customer give her money for merchandise,then fidgeting to changed his bills while the other one,he stop me whille was ringing another customerr and said that"to hold on",as the customer ran out the store to go get something.Waited....,waited....no curtisy to the other customers in line.I only comes for a drink adding a snack.Waiting....waiting;I put things back,left.

Placed my pharmacy order 2 hours in advance. They still didn’t have it ready and told me they close in a hour and wouldn’t be able to have it ready on time. Terrible service

Doesn’t carry meds, can’t fill them in a reasonable time. And can’t tell you where to find them. Putting people in potential hazardous medical situations.
