If it was a 0 star button. I would definitely select that. Slow and unprofessional. After they tired of dealing with your call. They see the number and send you to voice-mail. When they do they I go right up there. I thought it would have gotten better when the regional managers. Was training them to do and serve better. NOPE some of them ack like they need some vitamins during their shift. Because they be just dragging along can't find the medication don't answer the pharmacy phone. The other half ack like they sleepy. I left and went to a whole nother pharmacy they give all cvs a bad outlook.

I recently had a profoundly frustrating experience at CVS, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. I purchased an item and returned it on the same day, expecting a refund. Unfortunately, the store failed to process the refund, and my attempts to seek assistance only added to my dissatisfaction.When seeking help from the store manager, I was met with dismissiveness and a refusal to engage in a meaningful conversation. The manager not only declined to address my issue but also left abruptly, stating she wouldn't "deal with this." This lack of customer service and professionalism was disheartening.Furthermore, instead of assisting me with the refund process, the manager provided a random CVS number, leading to a dead end when seeking resolution. This experience left me feeling not only undervalued as a customer but also questioning the overall management and service at CVS.In order to improve customer satisfaction, I urge CVS to address these issues promptly. A more empathetic and solution-oriented approach from both staff and management is essential to maintain trust and loyalty among customers

They say the way a team operates is a reflection on the management. This particular CVS truly needs to be shut down. It's dingy looking, the staff seems to have very low morale. Theft appears to be rampant a lack of products and I would just as soon go out of my neighborhood than visit this place. It's a shame, we really need a pharmacy in our community, a pharmacy the residents can be proud of. This is not that place!

The pharmacy Always have delays. Never opens on time. When someone did show up she showed up smiling on the phone with no care. Meanwhile there’s a whole line waiting for their Prescription.

I went to the CVS across the street from Iverson Mall to use the promotional discount and they didn't not open up at 8am. The lady in the store started that she was the only person there and for security reasons she could not open up the store. I sat there from 7:53am until 8:25am and I left because I had to attend church. That is awful. I really need my personal items.

I really wish you could give it no stars. This CVS needs to be shut down or new management and employees. It’s beyond ghetto and unprofessional. The worst pharmacy experience.

I held on hold for 64 minutes then someone answered and said hold on again and i held on anothet 37 minutes before hanging up. I have called 4 times and held on hold for over 45 minutes and no one answered

Incompetent pharmacist told me I couldn’t get my antidepressants because I needed a different insurance card. Upon returning home to retrieve this card it turns out it has the exact same information as the first card I gave her and she doesn’t know how to read.

I have been a customer at CVS for many years and will continue to shop there and have my prescriptions filled there. My encounters with the staff at the pharmacy and the store is always positive. They are professional, helpful, engaging, and very polite. This means a lot to me when I shop there. I feel extremely blessed because if I am late picking up my prescription(s), I have received reminder phone calls. This is extremely rare and I am thankful for every representative that has provided this service!

This pharmacy needs to be shut down. They don’t care about anything at all. Will give you the wrong prescriptions, they don’t answer their phones and the manager is a racist. The lines are always long and the women that work here are disgusting. Attitude and disrespectful. I hope they shut it down for good. Please go elsewhere until then.

The store is ridiculous. I receive a text that my order is ready for pick up just to go to the store that should have been opened almost an hour ago and see this smdh. This is why I cross the bridge and go to VA even for the basics, this area is so unprofessional and it's a shame always living up to the stereotypes and stigmas.

The pharmacy never answers the phone. In fact I called 3 times and they had the nerve to let me wait on the phone for 10+ minutes each time before hanging the phone up. I STILL HAVE YET TO TALK TO SOMEBODY and it’s really frustrating because not everyone has transportation to go and SEE what’s going on with the pharmacy. It shouldn’t even come down to that

THE LINE IS TOO LONG! I’ve never been to a CVS without a self checkout. This has been the longest I’ve ever waited. I’m so sick and I need to pay for my meds. Please higher more cashiers or install a self checkout. This is ridiculous.

Micheal (I’m not sure if this is his name he paused when telling me that) was very rude to me at the pharmacy. There was a problem with my prescription and this man was rude to me as if I caused the problem. My prescription wasn’t put in properly. He started to get to aggressive with me not giving eye contact when I was simply asking what was wrong… I understand it’s busy in this CVS but to have an attitude with the customer because the staff didn’t do something right. I suffer with depression just trying to pick up my medication and he laughed when I said that. Apparently the staff didn’t put in my insurance information correctly how is that my fault?

I agree with Anthony. This CVS is reflective of the neglect in the neighborhood. Prescriptions are piled up all over the place, service is poor, wait times are long, staff demeanor is less than customer friendly. I once stay on hold for an hour, I was told I was the next customer and when the person came back to the phone I was disconnected. Once I was told my medication had to be ordered, when I informed them that the medication was supposed to ordered the prior week, miraculously my prescription was available. The drive thru is horrible, they leave you sitting with no communication, looking at a dirty filthy window. This is the anti Consumer Value Store.

Pharmacy review mostly but the service is lacking also.By far the worst Pharmacy experience I have ever had. Extremely thankful that I was picking up prescription vitamins and not something more important. About three months ago my dr sent in a prescription for me electronically. I picked them up and it was only 4 once a week pills. My husband who is in the same treatment had like 20 pills. I don’t think nothing of it. When I go in for a refill a two weeks later apparently the truck hadn’t come and they weren’t available. Did that 2 more times and nothing. Now I have forgotten that I am on meds and it’s time for my 3 month check-up. Finally I go back and this time I am told I can speak to someone at another desk (I was never given this option before) the woman clicks twice and tells me to come back in an hour.I go in for my three month check-up with my Dr and I ask my if I can get a longer prescription. She shakes her head and turns her screen to show me that my original prescription was for 3 months and should have been 12 pills like my husbands. The pharmacy took it upon them selves to CHANGE the prescription but still didn’t have the inventory to keep up or communicate with me what has happened. This wasn’t the 1st or second bad pharmacy experience I had with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you have important medication to take.

I can only give it one star because. I wouldnt be able to comment. But this has to be the worst Pharmacy in the WORLD. With the amount of money makes from the Pharmacy alone no one should ever have to wait in line for more than hour. Never have prescriptions waiting. As a sick person, no one should have to suffer the sever wait. CVS pharmacy does not care about customers. They need to build another one or get more staff. A person could die waiting on this pharmacy.

Shameful display of customer service. Upon going to the pharmacy drive thru I waited over an hour and a half with two cars still in front me. After attempting to call and being on hold for about 30 minutes I went inside only to see three people ignoring the phone in the pharmacy. To make my experience worse than it already was the store manager proceeded to lie and make excuses, rather than taking any accountability or make an effort to improve the service. I'm not sure if the poor management is due to pure incompetence or just a complete disregard for the store and it's customers. Nonetheless neither is acceptable for any business unless you are deliberately trying to put yourself out of one. In summation the service at this CVS pharmacy is unequivocally deplorable and needs to be addressed promptly.

This is by far the worst CVS branch. There is no customer service present, long wait times, no notification when medication is ready for pick up plus they hardly answer the phone.I will now have my doctor send my prescription to Giant or Walgreens. I’m done with CVS.

During my visit at CVS pharmacy, I was not being treated nicely as a customer. I inquire about a prescription was to be scanned or faxed over to another pharmacy because of the price. I called wal-mart pharmacy and was told by them they called cvs two days including this morning and no one answer the phone. I know they wasn't lying because I've called, no one answer the phone. I've waited 45 minutes and I wasn't going to leave til they do. Mitchell needs to not get smart with me when I asked her question for the number of the head person of the pharmacy. As far as I'm concerned, they're very unprofessional.

The shelves a little empty sometimes. Clerks are friendly. Definitely prefer this to other locations, they don't do passports but just go to Walgreens on Marlboro P. and Donnell

My mother was very sick and in a lot of pain. The hospital called in a prescription to the Branch Ave CVS. My mother called me at 9:43 PM asking me to pick up her pain medication. I knew it would not be ready because the hospital had just called it in. I called the pharmacist and let him know what was going on and that I was 2 mins away. He told me to come and he would make sure my mother's prescription was ready. I got there and it was :-) No wonder this is my mother's favorite pharmacy. The staff was warm and very friendly, not cold like other pharmacies. People are so fast to leave negative reviews for one reason or another. It is sad that you never hear from these same people when everything is perfect. In some cases I think they just had a bad day. So from my mother, Mrs. Frye and myself I want to say thank you :-)

I was forced to use CVS by my insurance company, If it wasn’t for that I will still be at the Giant pharmacy up the street. Pharmacist and staff at Giant pharmacy how much more professional than the ones at CVS. I agree with all the negative reviews about not answering the phones and the drive-thru. This pharmacy is not serving the community and should be overhaul or shut down.

I am a nurse from a doctor's office. The pharmacy voice mail is always full so you can not call in an Rx. Then if you try to hold on to order an Rx directly with the pharmacist, they either leave you on hold for more then an hour or hang up on you. Horrible!!, employees are very rude and unprofessional! very nasty attitude,! Not only that, every time I called in a refill on my prescriptions I go to pick them up none of my prescriptions are filled, or they are missing one or two, I went and picked up my cholesterol medicine, got home with it and noticed that the bottle was already open and it was short 30 pills. Very horrible place, something has to be done. Also don’t even try to call the pharmacy because they do not answer the phone, horrible

That store pharmacy is the worst. And I rather go to another CVS like the one in Clinton Maryland. They is much faster and friendlier than this store. The pharmacy in the back of the store work like snails. They are very lazy, The pharmacist had put me on hold for a long time on the phone. Do not come to this store unless you want to wait for an hour.
