I don't often leave reviews but I felt that I needed to let others know how happy I was with the service I received at the Taneytown Verizon location. I'm new to this area so I was somewhat apprehensive.Austin was the salesman that guided me through the process of getting a new phone. He was EXTREMELY patient, very knowledgeable and so kind to me. The BEST Verizon store out there. Building is cute and quaint and the employees are beyond helpful. We could not have had a better experience there when purchasing two new phones. Everything went smoothly and Jamal was a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t recommend this location enough!

So I was contemplating leaving VERIZON and going to another network. After going into the Verizon store and spending some time talking to Jamel, he was able to get things corrected for me and update my plan so that I’m paying a lot less money than I have been for a while.
