I'd give 0 stars if I could. Management here needs to change or improve before anything good comes to this location. You could speak to any employee about getting a position here and they always say they need people yet the moment you speak to a manager all of a sudden they aren't huring... for months? Doubtful.Management here is not equal opportunity nor unbiased. They seem to be very discriminating from personal experience.

2 weeks ago I was at this food Lionthere was a guy stocking in the dairy section I needed something in the area that he was in so I use my manners and I said excuse me apparently he was in a foul mood and he took it out on me because he threw the box down and mumbled something and I said to him did you not hear me sir I said excuse me and then he started yelling and screaming at me and I asked him not to speak to me like that his response was he'll do as he pleases. I did speak to his manager the manager did go over and say something to him but if I never have to shop here again then I will not and I would never recommend it to anyone. I do not need to be treated as your punching bag because you're in a foul mood no customer deserves that.

Good grocery store for the area. Typically have many items you would need for shopping trips. Sometimes store is busy but can get through the checkout quickly.

Our household have been loyal Food Lion customers for years since their prices r the most affordable locally. Sadly they no longer carry some items that we frequently purchase, like Lipton's loose leaf tea. A few of the employees r pleasant & make u feel welcomed. On this evening's shopping trip there were gnats flying around their loose onion section.

This location has young, friendly cashiers. But I bought two bags of cheese, that were bagged with dried goods and I didn't think anything of it until it was too late. So I burned $15, because of bagging

Impatient RUDE and incompetent!Was charged the wrong sale price for 2 bags of shrimp. I went back in to get my refund and had to explain several times to 2 different people the error. Then Iwas still given the wrong refund and had to explain again. All this time the woman at the service desk was VERY RUDE! I will not be back.

Let me say this store is just sad. EVERY time I go there the prices are raised today Mac and cheese 10.00 I mean wow ! No milk no tea nothing stocked yet you can have high prices which is called price gouging. Then I spend 300 to say thank you to boy who was clearly irritated to not even get a your welcome . Get some static it lower high prices . Yips afford too crack beads but you have no stocked items in your store or nice cashiers .

They need to have meat bundles like for 5 different meals times are hard, it would benefit everyone if they would do meat bundles like 5 different meals for $25.00 each different meat bundles.. just think about it.. and lower soda and the packets of Romen noodles, .80 a bag is high I can't afford to much so I by the single bag's of noodles so I can eat, there are other stores who sell the same thing cheaper. You are higher on some of your product then other stores...Just my opinion

Haven't been here to shop for a while (pricier than my local market on average), store was very clean and staff extremely friendly. Stock very low, had to settle for not getting some essentials.Did notice how funny it is that here and elsewhere there is no problem getting Valentine candy and decorations.

Tried to get a job for this company and instead got the runaround, they say they need employees yet they don't hire people who want to work! Sad business.. I don't recommend

The employees need better customer service training. I've been to this store multiple times and when I'm paying for my groceries the cashiers act like I'm not there. They don't smile, no greeting, they don't bother to say a word and it creates a very unwelcoming, uncomfortable atmosphere. The store itself is clean and generally well-stocked. I'd rather spend my money where I feel welcomed though.

There is something wrong with the deli or the refrigeration units. I get a funny taste in my cold cuts and cheese. I have stopped buying deli stuff at this Food Lion.

Staff is always friendly. The produce is better than the other grocery store. Often times things are cheaper here as compared to the other store. Sales are good and the coupons you get with MVP are for stuff you actually buy.

Nice wide aisles. . . very friendly and helpful staff!!! To the store staff: PLEASE BE SURE TO KEEP SANITARY WIPES BY THE CARTS; many people are dealing with poor immune systems and get I'll if they cannot insure the cleanliness of Carr handles.

Store was neat and well stocked. The girl at the deli counter was very busy chatting with her male co-worker. It took 22 minutes for me to get 2 pounds of lunch meat and 1/2 pound of cheese with just one customer in front of me. The cashier was very friendly and efficient. I wish I had gotten her name.

Lots of stuff I can't find anywhere else. ie- smaller cans of glory seasoned green beans. And their 93% lean ground beef looked just lovely. Burritos tonight.

The only reason I keep coming back for bulk shopping is because of the good prices. 6 months ago I gave this store a 4 star rating because of the good prices, friendly and helpful customer service representatives. Especially helpful when I have my toddler with me and I can concentrate on him while the cashier is ringing and bagging groceries and another of their coworkers is putting those bags in the cart for me. Last two months that I have gone in for groceries with my children, prices are still ok. The cashier will ring you up and and put your groceries in the bags (cold stuff with soap and cleaning supplies, fruit with onions and mac and cheese, canned goods with blueberries, meats with fresh veggies or bread). All while talking to a coworker standing next to them or next checkout lane that don't have customers at that time themselves while I try to keep my toddler occupied from getting out of the seat of the cart (buckled in mind you) so he don't fall and my 8 year old is putting the bagged groceries in the cart. Meanwhile the cashier who has no customers at the checkout next to mine tells my daughter that she is doing a really good job putting the groceries in the cart and she is such a big help. And then my cashier that sees me tending to my squirming son has the nerve to tell me that I could help my daughter. Are you freaking kidding me!! Kenny's might be pricey but at least they have really good customer service and customer service representatives who know the meaning of teamwork instead of standing around while one works and the other socializes.

You have to always check expiration dates here. You can get some good deals. Cashiers need more training on bagging. It's sad to say but they try to cram so much stuff in one bag and then the bag rips because it is so heavy. They want to put a half gallon on milk on top of the bread! It's crazy!

Could not find anything. It was physically painful to use the machine to request a Club Card. You need to have a chair there for old people to use when having to use the machine.Never shopped there before. I only went because I thought it was closer. Just didn't like this Store.

We've always been Food Lion fans. This store is as great as the rest of them we've been to. The people are friendly and the store stays well stocked. You can't beat their prices either.

Customer service has definitely taken a nose dive. Our cashier definitely did not want to be there as he was borderline rude and very sloppy when bagging our groceries. We won't be back.

It's ok. Staff not very friendly and prices are a little high. I have issues with bagging. They put soaps with food and fragile items with heavy cans. I think they are ok to get a couple items when needed, but for my bulk shopping, I'll continue with my regular store.

Always a nice trip to food lion. It's clean, the people are courteous and there are great deals on merchandise! Highly recommend if you are in need of a decent grocery store.

Nice store but they are in middle of remodeling and don't have everything you will need for groceries.they have been redone and they do have everything you might need.they still need to put more ice cream and a few more groceries on shelves now thehe shel shelves are stocked and everything is good.tves are stocked And everything is great.

They keep getting more organic and non gmo foods! Great selections, I hope they keep getting more varieties, they also have a small are of grass fed all natural chicken; no hormones or antibiotics etc... the more they get the more I will shop their.
