I don’t normally review but I did have to say something this time.I have NO PROBLEM with five below. I love the store it’s great! The reason for this review is for the employees.I hope this reaches the manager so they can keep an eye on it and help prevent it.I walked in an hour after it opened so I understand things are going to be slow. However to be greeted from the floor behind the register where you can see them just goofing off when you walk in is not great service.I was in and out in a few minutes but on my way out to check out the two young employees were just sitting on the ground behind the register goofing off and one of them was just watching tv on their phone. A few people start to get behind me after about 5 minutes or so they finally got off the ground to help us.I had even made eye contact with one of them on the ground and still nothing happenedI don’t think this is very professional work and was very inappropriate for a retail setting.I hope the manager will at least keep an eye on the situation

This Five Below is organized, fun, and has helpful staff. You won’t face long lines or hoards of screaming kids either. You’ll shop to upbeat music and pick out some good deals without feeling claustrophobic or crowded. The displays are visually appealing. Great hip atmosphere.

Awesome little store! You can find so many cool things! I always go there to get phone chargers & accessories, or a cheap gift for a birthday party, etc. Also, good for Christmas shopping, or seasonal merchandise. Staff could be more friendlier, & welcoming.

Big clean five below, definitely on of the nicer ones. Actually has home decoration, nice candy selection with bags so you can mix your own selection, and Tostitos cheese dip, which I feel like I haven't seen in a five below before. Also has a Best buy like rack for testing headphones, which I thought was a little ridiculous considering they're all 5 bucks, but whatever. Nice place.

Very clean and well organized. The layout of the store made it easy to what every section was about: women's clothes and accessories, toys, candy, games, workout, electronics, art supplies, etc. And, of course, you can't beat the prices.

Great prices and A great place to get ideas 💡 for activities that I can do with the kids at work that have been so bored since the pandemic. It has been a nightmare for the people who have had to stay at their residence for the safety of their fellow residents. I have seen a big difference in the people who are in a long term residential care setting who are keeping busy with the activities that they enjoy doing even when they are not living in a pandemic world 🌎. Thank goodness for the inexpensive price of a good activity to be helpful to socialize within a group of peers who have a diverse set of interests.

This is the newest and nicest Five Below I have ever seen. The candy section is set up like a tiny candy store. The shirt wall is more organized than other Five Belows I have been to. The staff is nice and helpful.

Good store, bad lead managers.Overall, the work was good, pay was good for what it was, I met a lot of friendly customers, and the lower-ranking managers were good.However, the lead managers were a different story entirely (I won't name them). It was a red flag when I went in for my interview--my boss was very lackadaisical, unprofessional, didn't ask a lot of questions, barely made eye contact, and didn't even greet me with a handshake. I should have known then that they didn't care about their employees. When I was employed, my boss would put me down constantly, was very aloof, and expected too much of me in regards to my position.The stocking manager is awful. She nitpicked every detail of what I did, and her tone of voice and body language really rubbed me the wrong way. Like my boss, she'd berate me for asking too many questions, and didn't bother to give me a shred of common courtesy. She had no respect for personal space--there were a couple of times where she grabbed an item out of my hand without asking, and another where she put her hands on me to move me out of the way. When I talked to her about it, she didn't even apologize. She even blamed me for something that she personally witnessed and KNEW was a customer's fault, not mine. She also had no qualms about enforcing a disingenuous policy of asking people for their email addresses without telling them what we'd use them for. It was strictly "email please" and not "Would you like to sign up for our E-mail list?" If you are going to collect a piece of personal information, at least inform people what you're using it for. The point was to give people to implication that they HAD to give their email, making them more likely to tell us. We were essentially lying to people to send them junk email.If you want to work in a place where you are respected, do NOT apply here.

Clean and well-organized. Greeted when I walked in the door. I noticed that sales people happily helped customers. Good selection of products and surprisingly nice quality products.

If you want to be treated even somewhat like a human being, I highly advise you to NOT apply here, and please don't let your kids do so! Managing staff are all horrible people, and I mean it. They don't do their job, they scream (literally yell at you) for things they never taught or told us otherwise. We aren't allowed to eat or drink unless on break (really?). With one person at the register, and one person roaming around the store grounds its impossible to keep things running effectively. Manager is always locked in their office, usually sitting on their phone (which we werent even allowed to have ON US.) Don't miss that place one bit. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE! Screw you Tracy.
