The beer here can be hit or miss, but when it is a hit, it is fantastic. Their stouts and porters have been totally on point. Beyond the beer though, the atmosphere is very down home and local feeling. Supper friendly staff, great, fun, local clientele, and Jenner, the brewery cat, has me coming back whenever I pass through the area.

Today was my first visit to the Patriot Acres Farm Brewery and I had a wonderful time! The beer selection was outstanding and they let you sample to your taste to find just the right one for you. The beers are well crafted and are very tasty and refreshing. They have lots of animals and chickens that walk around and provide a great farm atmosphere for kids and adults as well. Adults can enjoy their beverages and kids will enjoy all the playground type activities that are on property....win, win. This is a farm that has been in the family for over 100 years and they grow their own hops for the excellent beers they craft. Patriot Acres supports a lot of veteran and first responders causes which is great! They have "handmade" store items inside such as soaps and alpaca socks/gloves. I had a exceptional experience here today and I ensure that you will too when you visit.

Beer is great. Small family friendly brewery. Working farm with lamas, goats, chickens, etc. Good play area for kids. Kept the kids busy so we could meet with friends. Can't beat it.

Definitely will be back. As the DD for the day I can only speak for what I myself experienced. Paul ( the owner) did a great job keeping the fire pit roaring all day. The young lady behind the bar wearing pigtails was very entertaining but not as much as the colorful locals that call this place home. Security was everywhere but very friendly to everyone. My wife enjoyed the hard cider and I enjoyed talking to the wide range of patrons. Definitely worth going back to visit Paul and his staff.

Patriot Acres Farm Beer is a nano brewery just off of 301 in MD been Delaware and Kent Island. We stopped in on a Thursday afternoon on the way back from DC. The staff was friendly and it is clearly a place where locals congregate. There are plenty of animals around the place (chickens, llamas, and a very friendly dog). The beer was okay. The brewer does make a variety of interesting batches. All in all it was an interesting place to spend an hour or so.

Give them a shot as you will not be disappointed! Each brewery I go to has their own vibe just like they have their own styles of beer. Patriot Acres isn't worried about the glitz and glamor. Rather they focus on staying true to who they are, which is a FAMILY run business that treats everyone they meet like family. Brian, Shawna, Paige, Ashton, Steph, and others provide excellent beer, service, and atmosphere to all. Inside tip.....be sure to stop by on Friday evenings to get the Dena experience....you will not be disappointed! Always rotating tap list, always food available from various food trucks, and simple eastern shore ambiance that is priceless.

Came here on a Friday while staying in Chestertown. Had a blast. Got to met the owner and his wife, both are very friendly.The staff are also very friendly and attentive.The beer is really good, even took some cans home with us.The fact that it’s on a farm with farm animals adds to this place. It’s actually pretty cool.We definitely will recommend and come back.

I would definitely recommend stopping by here ! We were on our drive back home to Delmar from Harrisburg,Pa. ! I google breweries near me and Patriot Acres Farm Brewery . So off we went and what a treat . Enjoy the beer and just the whole atmosphere there .

First time visiting after following for a while on social media and loved it! I walked in, ordered a beer, and was handed a cute little live chicken to hold on my lap, awesome. Met the big floofy guardian dogs that roam the property, and was later handed a baby goat. Beautiful property, good beer, and the animals make it a winner, will definitely be back!

This brewery is on active farm with some of the nicest owners and staff. A very inviting atmosphere. Beer is constantly rotating with a variety of styles and flavors. The current selection can be seen on their Facebook page. Since it's an active farm, they have animals that frequently entertain the customers and the owners are more than willing to discuss raising and caring for them. No pets allowed though, as they have guardian dogs that protect the farm animals. Food selection comes in the form of a local food trucks which change frequently, or delivery from local restaurants. Very family friendly, playground for kids, indoor and outdoor games for all ages, and live music from time to time. If you plan to visit, check out their Facebook page to plan a good day to show up.

I dont know where to start because I want to rave about this place! Before I even walked in the door I felt welcomed immediately. Very nice place with really good beer. They even have combined my two favorites peanut butter and beer. Their nitro brew peanut butter stout is amazing! I enjoyed relaxing by the fire pit and loved all the decor. I had a great time and was just very comfortable the whole time. Pleasantly surprised on how great my experience was. Highly recommended!

The most unique brewery we have ever been too. The warmth of the owners make you feel like family. And their beers....delicious. We plan on stopping in again when we are in the area. My kind of feel good place!!!!

PAFB is truly amazing. My husband and I first stumbled upon them when they were just getting started. Watching their growth has been so fun and we LOVE taking our family here. Whenever my dad is visiting from Maine this is literally the only thing he wants to do. It's not just about good beer, it's about the atmosphere and this place has it in droves. Cheers!

Was expecting a better experience as I was given positive reviews from friends. People in the bar were not very friendly and the beer was awful. We tried few different beers and finally dumped it out.

We have been here several times. The place never disappoints. The beer is Awesome. The staff is friendly and warm. The entertainment director is a blast and the “security” is top notch. Give them a visit and see for yourself!

Very nice people and farm animals ! The beer was good as well, husband got the stout and I got pear and apple cider. They were great. There were food trucks set up. The only downside is that the bathrooms are portapoties, which makes sense since it's a farm, but it's something to know.

It's a fun place to go for beer, food truck food and a great place for kids. Playground was awesome and kind man drove little kids around in a barrel train. Lots of animals for kids to look at and an entertaining singer.
