This is the best Royal Farms I have ever been to. Carol makes the most amazing food I have ever tasted; I didn't know RoFo food could ever taste that good. I literally drive past a Royal Farms to go to this one instead because it's in a whole other league. The food is always fresh and cooked to perfection when Carol is in the kitchen. Jess is also a great employee. She works hard and makes sure the store is clean and presentable. This is the only establishment I've ever visited where you can TELL they clean their fountain drink machine. (I can tell she cleans it REGULARLY too.) Never have I ever seen such clean drink spouts. Jess does an amazing job keeping the store in check and Carol does an amazing job keeping the kitchen under control. Those 2 make an amazing team and I wish every other store would take note. Even during a dinner rush, they both keep their head and handle everything perfectly and efficiently. These two deserve a raise and more praise than I can give them. I would recommend this location to everyone. Thank you for being the best Royal Farms out there!

Fast friendly service, fantastic chicken, no longer have brewed ice tea, just the chemical made stuff from a faucet, tastes awful. And don't even think about trying the fast "brewed" coffee, not worth the time or money. This used to be my go to place for excellent coffee and brewed sweet tea, at least they still cook chicken.....

Best Royal Farms experience I have ever had! I called ahead needing a platter of chicken very quickly for a large family gathering. They not only made us FRESH CHICKEN, they had it done in record time! When we arrived they had almost finished the order and we were given complimentary drinks and a taste test for the chicken to make sure the quality was up to par. The manager Diane was the epitome of professionalism while showing such kindness!If you want some of the best chicken around from people that you can trust check out the conowingo ROFO!

So I could see less then full stars because only complaint is getting a fuel pump! Always someone in the way. But. the staff is always very pleasant. Best chicken of all the other rofos I have been to. Little old lady is the best at making it. Manager is nice guy to. I stop here for my fuel once a week.

I am a Muslim woman and wear a hijab. I came in with my fiance to grab some food on our roadtrip and ordered an egg and cheese sandwich. I didn't get the chance to open the sandwich until we were on the road but when I did I found that the woman making the sandwiches had put bacon on my sandwich, rendering it inedible for me. I find that unacceptable and am upset that this Royal Farms allows intolerance from its staff.

I went here to get some chicken, placed my order, the chicken lady told me, after waiting about 30 minutes, that it will be one to two HOURS to prepare and seemed to surly to care or offer an alternative. She failed to take any personal responsibility for the situation and blamed it on the world. She also failed to offer even a tiny shred of compassion to me for that. I demanded a refund and the cashier was also very surly and unapologetic. Now I go to the Wawa across the street only.

Rude staff, not impressed. Placed an order for a 32 piece family platter the night before I needed it, came to pick it up and it hadn't been made. Was given the excuse that the post-it they wrote the order on fell off the fridge, so they assumed it was cancelled. Told I could wait for them to make more. There was enough chicken already made at the counter, had to ask for that instead, it was wasn't offered as an option instead of waiting.

Its a convenience store... Gas. Deli mostly good chicken. Prices are basic convenience prices. Gas is usually lower or competitively equal to other stations in the area.

Young blonde girl was rude wouldn’t give me a mask so I could come in and was intoxicated and seemed like she was drunk and this isn’t my first time having a bad experience with them
