Amazing staff, I was helped by a Young woman named Dakota, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. She deserves a raise!As I innocently roamed the aisles, a chaotic scene unfolded in the cleaning section. Suddenly, rogue vacuum cleaners went berserk, creating a whirlwind of danger for everyone around.But fear not! Dakota, the unsung hero of the store, sprang into action like a caped crusader! With lightning reflexes and unparalleled bravery, they navigated the storm of robotic vacuums. Armed with quick thinking and a price gun, Dakota led the charge to save us all!Their knowledge of the store layout and ingenious use of the intercom system managed to outsmart those rebellious machines. Dakota redirected them, creating a vacuum-powered escape route for us trapped shoppers! It was a breathtaking display of heroism right in the cleaning aisle!Thanks to Dakota's swift actions, we all emerged unscathed from the chaos. Their poise and professionalism afterward were equally impressive, as if superhero-saving shenanigans were all in a day's work.Target, you've got an absolute gem in Dakota! Kudos for not just great deals but also for employing real-life superheroes. I'll be shopping here for life, knowing I'm in the safe hands of these incredible staff members!

Shelves are empty still after being open long enough. Not much variety in almost all categories. Easton or Annapolis is far better store. Don't open a store of you can't carry the merchandise.

Very clean but absolutely no selection. I've never been in a Target with such limited inventory and selection (different styles of one product). The isles are spread out because they don't have that much. They do have a great selection of iPhone accessories, several isles. But try to find anything for an Android phone. NOTHING! They literally have 2 cases for S23 Ultra. It's the same case in 2 different colors. I didn't see any cases or anything else at all for Android but there are literally 3 walls of iPhone cases and accessories. Automotive section is one isle of a few micellaneous things. The kitchen section is extremely limited, and the cosmetic/personal care products section looks very nice but very strangely organized. Trying to find something specific is a daunting task. Sad to say but even Kmart had a much, much larger inventory and selection.

Return for merchandise fairly easy. Unimpressed with the management for not supporting the Pharmacy and their staff within The target store Regarding the abrupt and unnecessary closing of the CVS pharmacy inside of this Target store. By doing so I do not feel that they support the needs of their customers fully.

Very clean and organized, multiple entrances, no lines, great customer service. Oddly, refrigerated food shelves were empty - could be sign that this location doesn’t have enough foot traffic to survive.

Never had a bad experience here and I usually end up going a few times a week as it’s just down the road. Sometimes food items are low in stock, so minus a ⭐️ for that, but overall pretty decent.

I REALLY like this target. I was nervous walking in for the first time as I was sure whether or not it would be up to my expectations for a target but boy was I surprised. It was amazing walking in and seen my how perfectly organized everything was. Everything was clean and very well stocked. If I wanted something, I was sure I was going to find it. There was staff everywhere and plenty of high tech screens to help make my trip simple and effortless. Honestly I don’t know if I will ever find a store quite like this target and this should be the standard for all targets. I would recommend this target to everyone including distant relatives.

A very large Target but somehow a smaller selection of men’s clothing? They seems so only sell many brands of pants, some graphic tees and undergarments, but that’s it for guys. Always messy in here and the changing rooms and very open and are very uncomfortable for men and I’m sure women since they are shared by both. Also a very small media section with no CDs or Vinyls. I don’t understand how this is a brand new Target but a smaller selection then the ones 20 years old across the Bay Bridge? Also the staff doesn’t seem to care about their jobs and always seem inconvenienced when you ask for assistance.

Fire people with disabilities who cant relay why with out explanation to the guardians or to her job coach. One week told she is great and going to increase hours to telling her she is fired. No one will talk or communicate anything. It is sad a company who is partnered with a group for special needs will treat them like this. I will no longer support this company as corporate does nothing either.

Very bad customer service experience. I attempted to exchange a defective product I had purchased online and picked up at another location. The Target employee at first refused to exchange it for a good replacement. I was finally told by a manager that they would do it "just this once" but "never again". I used a gift card for the original purchase and was told I would not be getting that money back as store credit nor would the original discounted price apply. When we were checking out I said that the online price I originally paid was cheaper. So I would be paying more than what I paid originally to exchange their defective product? The manager looked at their employee and said "are they asking for more money now?". They were nasty and aggressive toward me. I wound up leaving that store to process the exchange somewhere else. I merely wanted to exchange a defective product and not pay more than what I paid originally and I was treated with great disrespect.

Great store. Easily convenient. I feel like they are still a start up store so I'll give it more time for a thorough review. All items that I've looked for have been in stock. Very clean store. Young and willing to learn employee's! I'm happy to support this location !

Missing lots of stuff. Even Starbucks is out of product to make their coffees. Oh and Starbucks just cleaned their machines so I could not get a regular coffee with half and half on a Saturday at 5pm when they close at 10pm. Target better ramp up their business because we are already used to go shop other places for a while now!

At least keep one register open always for the shoppers - the registers have more room to checkout!I hate self checkout, almost was going to leave my whole basket in there and leave until an employee offered to self checkout my stuff

This lamb is so glad to see Kent Island have a Target! It’s a small store, but the utility of being a Target without paying a toll is a major plus for cash strapped ovines.
