I had carpet installed by Shoreside this week (11/27). Starting with Ryan right up to the installers, everybody was professional and courteous. The installers were in and out in less than a day. The rooms look great. The bedroom furniture was reset to its original setting without a hitch! Shoreside is a must for those who live in the bay area and are seeking professional carpet installation. They did a great job with the installation of new baseboard and trim in bedroom #2!

Shore Side did a fantastic job replacing my carpeted family room with new hardwood floors. Their estimate was fair and their office staff professional. The install team was FANTASTIC! They are experienced craftsmen and knowledgeable. I could not be more pleased with my new floors.These photos were taken just after installation. You can barely notice the difference between the old and new. The new floors are slightly lighter but that was to be expected. Home run!

We are extremely happy with the customer service, products and workmanship done by Shore Side Carpet and Flooring! They updated our hardwood floors with floating luxury vinyl plank, replaced the carpeted living room with LVP, and replaced all the carpeting in the bedrooms with gorgeous Dreamweaver carpets. Lue was helpful with choosing products and educating us about warranties and maintenance, and his work crew was super pleasant to talk to and did an amazing job installing everything. Their price was on par with other quotes we received and they were more helpful with moving large furniture. We highly recommend them!

The team gave a fast quote that was better than empire and equal to luna. I liked the options of shore side better anyway and Ryan was very knowledgeable and friendly! We had carpet ripped out from 2 rooms and had Luxury vinyl planks inserted! Looks soooo beautiful!

The people that came out did a great job with my LVT floor repair and carpet re-stretch. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. It was raining the day the work was being done and they placed a tarp by the front door to keep dirt and water out. Working with the front office to schedule the work was very easy. Shore side did impeccable work installing hard wood in our master bedroom and then refinishing the hardwood floors thru out the rest of the house, They worked with us to insure that the stain / color would match the kitchen cabinets and it came out a perfect match. It was and extensive job and they carefully moved all the furniture and returned it to the original positions. I can't say enough good things about Shore Side. We recently had some work done on our bathroom and dealing with other contractors made me realize just how unique Shore Side's business model is. The whole process was smooth considering I had a hard time making choices, but Lou patiently assisted in that process and made realistic recommendations within our budget. We had wood floors put on our main level and stairs, and matching luxury vinyl plank installed in our lower level. Will and his crew were wonderful craftsmen, punctual, and very hardworking. When it started pouring, they simply put up a tent for their saws and calming went about their business. When they left each day, they cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was spotless. When we weren't 100% happy with how narrow and unsafe our old stairs seemed (not really Shore Side's fault since that's apparently the way they were built in the 1970s), they worked with us to pick out carpeting for a stair runner and even had a matching 8 x 10 rug and landing/door mat bound for us. James (their expert carpet installer) was also wonderful and a pleasure to deal with. Vinny and Ryan (owners) were very responsive and made sure we were happy with the finished product. They returned calls promptly, showed up on time for appointments, and didn't try to gouge us on pricing. They dealt with us fairly and honestly, and worked as a team to ensure our happiness with our floors. Only when dealing with other contractors did I realize this is generally not the case in the home improvement industry. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Shore Side to anyone considering updating their floors! We plan to use them again in the future when we move on to re-carpeting the bedrooms.
