This is a great no frills store. We go there for our chicken feed, bedding and treats because they always have what we need. They will also have special events from time to time, which we really enjoyed (like the fluffy layers talk). The ladies that run the store are very friendly and knowledgeable and I love that their pets hang out at the store as well.

Had a good portion of my lawn re-sodded by Turf Center late last fall and was concerned that it may have been too late in the year for all of it to "take" but was assured it would look good in the spring if their directions were followed.Now, in the spring, my lawn looks the best it has looked in the 30 years I've been in this house - thanks, Turf Center - you were right!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a wide variety of feed and garden supplies. My grandsons love going there to see the goats, chickens, and bunnies. They love seeing the chics when they have them in the spring.

They prepared my small front yard. They used tall fescue and it started having problems. It is supposed to be overseeded soon but I’m getting a little axcess . Now it’s terrible but it put my faith in them. I’ll keep you posted. I know I’ll end out with the best lawn in town.

Love this smaller store, they are very friendly and knowledgeable on all kinds of items. We love when they have the chicks in the spring and they have a nice selection of products year round. They also have very reasonable prices.

Very knowledgeable and friendly folks. When I got home I noticed that the spreader settings for the product I bought were for commercial spreaders, not my Scotts SpeedyGreeen. Called them up and had the recommended setting in less than a minute. To top it off the price was less than comparable products you would get at a retail garden center.

We pick up cracked corn to feed a family of geese out back by the stream. Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful. My granddaughter and I love the kitties who are always at the store.

I loved this place before but there’s this one older lady that just don’t know Customer service. Instead of trying to help me she really try hard to tell me how wrong I am about the grass I want to buy. I was ready to change my mind on the grass I wanted but she was adamant that I don’t know nothing and there is 147 different grass.I was ready to spend thousand dollar on the grass and she chased me out of the store. I never left negative review in my life but this tipped me over the top. I had to walk out of the store.

Quality lawn and garden supplies at great rates. I have saved so much money coming here over going to Home Depot or Lowes. Even if you have to drive a ways like I do, it's worth the extra miles and time.

While they may have a decent amount of things in stock, be prepared to pay 3x what you would normally expect. $9 for a bail of straw is outrageous just as is a bag of tall fescue for $60. They don't sell magical grass seed.. As a matter of fact it's not a top brand at that. I suggest trying another nursery or something.

Turf Center is an affiliate of Southern States. Which means that you can get a lot of the savings when Southern States has a "Sale" you can get the same price (or order it) at Turf Center. They carry a lot of local garden and lawn products that you won't find in Lowe's or Home Depot. They even feature live baby Chicks in the Spring. Horse gear for your Stable, you get the picture. They carry acres of Turf and sod. You can buy mulch by the Bag, truck load, or pallet!

Office people are great, it's just after your purchase and the guys in the back that take 20 minutes to load anything because they are too busy having social hour. Happens 3 out of 4 times I come here.

Twice now i've checked their website and it says they are open. I drive all the way out there to find a chain closing the site for some reason. Again today!, need chicken feed, website and google says 8-1pm, guess whose not answering the phone and is closed. totally unacceptable, fix your website or at very least leave a MESSAGE on your phone! The only reason im giving them two stars is because i dont have to drive out to Damascus. Sheesh.

Whoever is there answering the phones needs to be retrained or fired. No customer service sjills whatsoever. If I have a problem with a product that I purchased. It is your job to see what the problem is without getting an attitude with me.. Never again!!!
