Every time I visit this and other Weis Markets in my area, I get really annoyed because as soon as you enter the store they have items not priced, and it continues from there. Then the checkouts are a nightmare! Because most locations only have 1 auto checkout for cash, and 7 for cards. And 1 manually operated. Because I have SNAP, and normally pay cash for my not food items it becomes a hassle, and the computer system is very confusing and difficult on top of every time I place a scanned item in my bag ny to the register the automatic person locks the register up and I have to wait for an employee to unlock it to continue. By no means does Weis self check save any time, it actually takes 5 times longer and if you are gonna pay humans to stand at the end of the registers and carry on social conversations with other employees they may as well open a register. I avoid shopping at Weis because it's the same at all locations. And Alot of my friends and family feel the same way. Hope my review reaches someone that can fix these issues. 🙏✌️❤️

This store and employees are amazing! Since covid I've been doing pick-up and it's like family now. When you go in everyone says hi and is there to help. Deli, bakery, shoppers, cashiers, management and everyone else there does an excellent job🖤🖤🖤

We went to Weis to get fresh meat from the deli at 6:55 and was told the deli closed at 7 which was odd. After get home we called the store and was told the deli closed at 8. The employees was to busy cleaning up the machine and didn’t want to use them again. The employee lied right in our face. This was and is unacceptable.

Weis in Solomon’s is excellent!So I had an issue with a purchase made previously today, Teresa and Jamie should be commended for their excellent customer service skills and politeness. They also took the time to explain things too. Every staff member there has always been very kind and seem like they enjoy their jobs. They all deserve recognition!

Great staff. Always very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful produce section with lots of brightly colored fruits and vegetables (very pleasant to look at). Shelves are well-stocked and items are where they belong.

Myself and several others went to the Full Service Checkout (I don't work for Weis), the rest were Self Service.While waiting my turn, noticed three employees standing around the Checkout Counters playing on their cell phones ignoring the customers.Paged the Manager, but apparently he was too busy to respond to a customer as well.Pretty poor mis-management.The girl at the Full Service Checkout should be commended for her diligence and Customer Service, perhaps you should promote her to Management.

For over 11+ years I have been coming here, I recall it was also a Food Lion prior. Wonderful, prompt employees, many who have been there for years. The deli is also perfectly sliced by many in that department. If your looking for certain cuts, this deli is mostly 100% spot on.

I've never shopped at Weis as they are not in my area, but they are in Southern Maryland where my daughter just moved to. The awesome staff helped me sign her up for the store discount card as I was stocking up the pantry as a housewarming gift. This store is awesome! CLEAN, well stocked, freindly staff and just well run all the way around with better prices than most. Thanks Weis!!

Crowded but staff was nice. They were brought in for the opening from Virginia so interesting to see if they keep up the good customer service when they hire locals. Hope they do. Food bars looked great. Deals were good, but carry limited brands.

I visited the Weis in Solomons, MD to pick up a few things. I am not very tall and need help grabbing things from the top shelf sometimes so I looked around and nobody was available. I walked to the next aisle, in the frozen section and seen an employee named Chris who went out of his way to help me by walking to the next aisle over to help get the item down for me that I was trying to reach to begin with.

2 1/2 times the cost of large grocery store. I searched for quite a long time for customer service then had to go to counter & wait to ask a checkout clerk. The item I'd been searching was a produce item & I'd looked for a long time in produce dept. When I asked the clerk where the fruit item was, she said, "it's in the produce dept.". When I explained I didn't see it there, she just repeated, "well, it's in the produce department". Other than the convenient location & cleanliness of the place, I don't believe that it was a good shopping experience.

Great selections, prices were good, had a lot of in-house ad specials along with select items having a $3.00 take off by cashier, $18 savings on this trip. Boater @ Spring Hill, good provisions stock opportunity, highly recommended.

To who it may concern, I went into the Weis Market In Solomon's Island MD. Tuesday 10-20-20 mid day, I haven't been to that one in about a year or so I usually go to the one in Lusby MD. Which they are like 5 minutes apart, anyway as soon as I walked in I saw & smelled a wonderful difference in the Market!! I can't tell you enough how beautifully stocked the store was & super clean!! Everything & more I needed was in the Store, so I left thinking This store & the employee were just Awesome!! I was telling couple people of my experience & they told me the General Manger was the same as the Lusby Market!! Im telling you this person has turned this Solomon's Market around as the one in Lusby. I left this Market feeling very happy I went in. Also a cheaper experience as well compared to the store ( I will say used to go to) !! I have to say years ago I went to the ( food lion) they used to be called & had to stop because of it being a dirty smelling store unspoken. I was truly impressed with all this new Manger had done in both Locations. I found out his name is Robbie Polk. I went & found him in the Market & told him just how impressed I was with what he's done to the Solomon's Weis as well as the Lusby Weis . Such a pleasant Young Man with the best attitude & such pride in his Weis Markets. All the employees i came in contact with were very pleasant as well. Thank you Robbie Polk for these absolutely beautiful Markets. Thanks truly, Cherie, from Lusby, Md.

Very disturbed at the way I see stores slacking when it comes to disinfecting towels and wipes for carts and hands there were none they had a jog of hand sanitizer at the other door with no wipes or paper towels for the carts or your hands. I'm also noticing people just walking by and not using the disinfectant stop slacking everyone and keep doing what you started last year people are still dying .

The people who run this place are extremely immature.The chicken in pumped full of hormones.The discount beef is colored green.One late night instead of giving my fiance and I a discount on fish the manager manager said she would rather "go ahead and throw it in the fish barrel"Basically stating our money is trash.I miss food lion.

Every time we buy meat from Eros it's bad. We have either thrown it out or gotten sick. It's been the I've we had in VA and now this one. The Tuscan pork loin was just the other night. Spoiled meat. We cooked all of our dinner, sat down and the meat was bad...really gross taste and looking inside. Dinner ruined, no protein for fam and out if money. Other ones from here 85 15 meat twice bad. Other We is rotten chicken and the nastiest bad sausages. Oh my gosh we were all sick. We will never buy meats again from Weis. 😵

pretty good supermarket. should have a little bit more of a variety of international foods. sometimes i have to drive all the way to walmart super center just to get a few items. service is pretty okay. some of the workers seem depressed LOL

They have excellent deals you just have to take your time and find them. This location is Weis in Solomons. Only problem they close at 9.

It was clean and neat the isles however were set up in a way that had me hunting down water because it was totally separate from ALL other beverages and there was only one polite employee in my who visit I wish I had gotten his name
