Great spot for a quick cold treat on a hot day. Don't expect 31 flavors or anything, but service was friendly and prompt, and the ice cream was delicious. I'd be happy to go back next time I'm in the area. They do have some simple food options in addition to ice cream, shakes, and Italian ice.

Very limited ice cream flavor options .. just 6, and they serve Hershey's ice cream . which is good. The young lady at the order window was very polite and helpful. It's nice that they have an order window since I have my 2 little pups with me. Today was in the low 80s, perfect day to grab some ice cream and grab a bench in the boardwalk across the street and enjoy the water view.

Very expensive and the ice cream is OK and the portions small.I think the soft serve place across the street is a better value and portions more generous.The proprietor and staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.Cut the price a little and give a bigger dip.People will come back if you give them their money’s worth!

Update: Upon reading the reply from the owner, I have changed my review. I apologize for my ignorance. Due to the quality and work, the price is valid. The workers are kind and the owner takes pride in their business. I appreciate that they took the time out their day to reply and educate me. The location is nice, and there is some outdoor seating available.expensive:A shake was roughly ten dollars and the serving size was small. The flavor was average.The staff was lovely and very kind, however I do not think I will be back.

Go to WEST MARINE bait and tackle INSTEAD!!! It is 3 mins away from this dump!The “owner” was trash! We walked into the place(first timers) just wanted to get some bait and a fishing license. My family and I was excited to get our things, jump into the boat and have fun. He definitely ruined the beginning of that. The “owner” didn’t greet us, had a very nasty attitude, was stand-off(ish) and didn’t care. We waited more than 10 mins while he train someone in ice cream(lol), instead of him just pausing for a moment and give his customers a proper greeting. He didn’t(loser). He continues to do whatever as time passes us all, and the learner was not understanding(he seemed impatient with the poor girl).if I was her, I would have quit and let his weird self work his own job. I asked him a question and he literally screamed towards me. You see, the thing is, there was no line, no other customers, so, he could have easily tended to us(customers) we didn’t want much. My spouse and I was very humble and patient, until I finally said. I WILL BRING MY MONEY somewhere else. I could have caused a scene, but I already noticed how he can’t run a business, so I laughed to myself. Eventually, the little head guy will see how he’s not equipped to run an establishment. There were more people at the restaurants and the bait and tackle WEST MARINE!! The workers were great! The ice cream at this dump isn’t worth it either. Need a fishing license? Get it online! I believe the other review stating the guy is a RACIST!!!!The owner knows who this review is coming from. The first persons that walked into your “business” todayGood luck with your shiii show!

The Ice Cream Place opened last weekend during the warm weather, and it was a nice afternoon treat. Friendly service and delicious, Hershey’s ice cream. Thanks so much! I look forward to coming back!

Good ice cream, but the Italian ice is prepackaged, not scooped or soft serve. They had a pretty good variety of flavors and all the ones we tried were good. The servings were huge. We each ordered two scoops but all got three instead, which is good if you want a lot of ice cream but made it pretty hard to eat without making a huge mess. They also have some food like hotdogs, nachos and soft pretzels, but we didn’t try those.

Great stop for ice cream on the boardwalk. Our server was a young girl - wish I have gotten her name. She was super friendly and pleasant and very knowledgeable about the difference ice creams and sundaes they offered.

This place was very racist and we felt treated and disrespected as we were spoke to as if we were less than animals. Overall ruined my day and sad to see this in America still ✊🏿
