This is what I got and have complained but have heard nothing. I love Roy’s and drive across the bridge just to go there. I go specially for the fried chicken but it’s always over cooked and dry. But I can tell you the food quality has gone downhill in the last year. If they put the effort into the food as they do cleaning, it would nice.

Good place for a quick bite to eat. The store is always clean and straight. Sometimes, it is super busy wait times can get long. Never had to wait a excessive amount of time here. The staff is always friendly. The drive-through is quick. My order has never been wrong or gotten bad food here. I go here from time to time and will continue to keep coming back. For fast food, I would give them 8 out of ten stars.

The iron tables on the patio that I assembled 16 years ago are still holding strong. The menu has gotten a little pricey, but well worth it. The best fast food you could ask for. Has recently been remodeled and unfortunately the sun room is no longer there.

This Roy Rodgers is over 20 yearsBut it is still awesome. They still do some of the best fried chicken around.Even though it is old it still looks the same as when they started. Clean and proper. They still have your own fixing bar. The rest rooms are clean as well as the outside. Tables and chairs as well as flowers outside to enjoy.

The food was fresh and so good. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. Our food came out fast, and I asked for like 10 different things, 10 different times. There were no rude comments or attitudes. Omg the fried chicken was the best, and so were the burgers. We will definitely be going back.Vegetarian options: Salads, fruit salad, and sides.

Roy's is a fantastic day food restaurant for fundraising events! The staff is always very helpful. The sandwich fixin' bar is very customizable, I recommend the gold-rush chicken sandwich (with extra gold rush sauce!) Salads are another alternative and the Hershey's milkshakes are divine!

Went thru the drive-thru. Lady that took my order was outstanding! So polite and peppy. It was such a nice change of pace for being in a fast-food drive-thru, normally people on the speaker sound tired & aggravated in St. Mary's County. Lady that handed me some of my order was great & the Gentleman that brought my chicken out to my vehicle because they had to cook some for my order was outstanding as well. Everyone was awesome.

Roys has the best fast food burgers - made fresh as ordered and then you can top them off at the well-stocked free fixin's bar. This is the real deal "Have it your way" approach...dress up your food yourself as you like it. This particular restaurant is like going back in time to the mid-1980's, which I enjoy the nostalgia. It has steady customer traffic and can get busy, which when that happens it can be a bit annoying because of the lines and slowness at taking orders with one open register (they have two in all). The also give senior and military discounts. I always stop in when I am down in Solomons and sometimes make a special trip for one of their fresh burgers. Glad Roy's is still around.
