My husband and I went here yesterday for the first time and it was amazing. They are very nice and answered any questions we had. They explained how to use everything (self dog wash) and where to find the products (shampoo, ear cleaner, etc) . They even checked in on us to make sure we were okay and didn't need any help. I am so glad we have something like this. Very clean and organized. This place is amazing! The staff is amazing. I will be coming here for the rest of my life! For what you get for the amount you pay is a steal!

Pepper's Pet Pantry is a very nice establishment with friendly staff. I enjoy utilizing their dog wash station. It's convenient and reasonable priced. They offer many products at the store from gourmet cookies and fancy home decor to pet food and bedding. Definitely worth stopping by for a unique gift for the animal lover in your life.

The self service dog bath is amazing! My 102 LBS dog had plenty of room in the tub. The price is great. Peppers provides you with everything you need to have your dog looking fresh and clean! I will never bathe my dog at home again.

Great store, staff friendly and helpful! I would have given 5 stars but they use a deodorizer/air freshener that's a bit strong for my allergies. So my visits are normally quick. Other than that i highly recommend.

Simply put it's the best place in Calvert County, and southern Maryland, to shop for your fur babies...and something for humans, too. Staff is always pleasant and willing to share advice and offer assistance and recommendations. I don't shop anywhere else for my 'kids'.

Good old fashioned customer service, something big business had set to aside for profit!! And if they don't have what you are looking for they will get it for you, and even stay after hours for you to pick up. Who does that anymore???Dog washes are clean and spacious and provide everything you need, just bring your dog!!

Great Locally owned place to get everything pet related! They have a huge selection of different foods for all your furry family members. Pet related decor, and lots of fun toys. The owner and staff are always so nice and helpful. Highly recommended going to Pepper's!

This is not your standard runof the mill chain store. The people at Pepper's know what they are talking about. They helped us a great deal with selecting the best food for our pet. They are willing to take the time to answer your questions. Everybody there is friendly and helpful.

Up until today, I was a huge fan of Pepper’s Pet Pantry. I like to buy local and support our small businesses.I have recommended many people to go to Pepper’s in the past.Today, I had the worst customer service experience. I normally would not base a whole review of a business on one individual’s “bad day” but this individual was the owner and she was particularly nasty.I have shopped and used the self/service bath area many times. Never had an issue.When my son and I were walking out of the back area of the bathing area, a women said “thanks for the mess”. I didn’t really think anything of it, maybe thinking she was being sarcastic as our dogs do make a mess. They shed a lot and are 100+ pounds each. She than said something to the other individual that was working in the next bay. I turned and asked if she was serious. She said, “in fact, I am” and told me how it was ridiculous and on and on.I let her know I thought the $20 per dog I paid for the bay included the cleaning.If I wanted to clean up the bathing area after I wash my dogs, I would save my $40 plus tax and wash them at home.I was floored by her particular nastiness and that she was ok to treat a paying customer so rudely.I agree, the bay was a mess. But that is the service you are providing and the $20 per dog fee.Looking back, I notice she was not happy when we walked in and made sure that I saw her look at the clock. We came in at 3:40pm. The last wash was at 4:00. We were finished at 4:40pm.She sets the hours and rules for her store. If she does not want to be cleaning her bays at 4:40pm on a Sunday - than change your hours of when the last wash can begin. If you want your paying customers to clean up the bays after they use them, instruct them that cleaning after themselves is a part of the service.I am trying to wash two 100 pound dogs with the help of my son and NOT cleaning up after ourselves is exactly the reason I am paying to use your services.

Peppers Pet Pantry is the place to go for superior and competively priced dog and cat food, toys and pet accessories. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about the food and products they sell. The owner is involved in animal adoptions and supports several animal rescue groups. The store is organized, and well laid out. Prices are the same as Petco or Amazon There is no place I would go for my pets food other than Pepper's pet pantry. Their knowledge and friendliness can't be beat. Finally recommend it, five out of five stars. A customer of six years.Susan

Great selection of products, has a self serve pet wash section, very clean atmosphere. The staff is very friendly. Your pet can come in and help find their next toy. I would recommend this pet shop to anyone.

Good pet store in a convenient location. If your dog or cat are aging, injured, or have special dietary or other needs, they have some great options and the staff is extremely helpful. They have DIY pet washing stations you can rent that are great as well. Know before you go: That they do not carry products for pet fish, and they don't take Amex.

Has great selections of treats and food. Accessories can be a bit pricier, the reflective leash is less than half the price on Amazon, which I found a bit drastic.Our dog loves their salmon bones, bully sticks, and the other treats they have.
