This is a much smaller store than most of the Dollar Stores I've been to and the prices seemed a bit higher on some items. Even though this is appears to be an older store, it was very clean and well organized. In the food section there were a lot of empty shelves. Although having some empty shelves is pretty normal right now, it was worse here in the food area than I've seen anywhere else. The other areas of the store seemed to be well stocked.

I had a good experience at one of my favorite stores yesterday. This includes being checked out by a very nice and helpful cashier. What is disappointing is I have no idea what her name is to give her credit where credit is due. She is Caucasian with light brown, straight hair that she pulls back. Continue the great work.

The staff are mostly very friendly. They usually have a bit of just about anything you need which is great in a pinch since they have good hours. It can be frustrating for people like me, with a disability, to maneuver the aisles with boxes blocking the way while they are stocking (which seems like most of the time) but it's an okay trade off since items are usually well stocked. Overall, this Dollar General location is a great convenience.

The store recently did a nice little remodel and it is the only local Dollar General with self check out.

I try not to frequent $ General stores because they extract money from.the local economy.But it was my only option for a couple of staple items so I stopped. I was pleassantly.surprised how well stocked the store was, and how much variety there was.Just wish these stores were owmed/operated by local residents.

One of the worst dollar generals I've ever been in!! Outside and inside is just cluttered and dirty! Went there on a Saturday looking for jugs of water and I've shopped in plenty of dollar generals so I know where they are supposed to be and of course it was empty like the other half of the shelves in the store! So I asked the cashier where the water was and what I presume to be the manager butted in and said where they were "supposed" to be which I already knew that, so after the bad attitude I felt coming off of him I just went to the local store and paid double! Stopped in the next day and still no jugs of water! The store is just a total wreck, shelves are bare yet product is setting so high on the receiving carts that they are about to fall over! With a 8 year old daughter it was rather uncomfortable shopping there just from the fear of something falling on her! I know the help would have of plenty of excuses which are basically well rehearsed lies because I live in Berlin, ocean Pines area and the dollar general there is always clean, no freight on the floor and a very good experience to shop there. So basically I'm calling out the manager of that store and the District manager of the area to let it get that bad. SHAME ON THE BOTH OF YOU!!!

I hate to say it, but this store just keeps going down. It is or was my go to store for household , pet food and some grocery items, but the last 5-6times I have gone in the store has been a disaster. Carts and carts of products needed to be put away as the shelves are very very bare. Employees SITTING on boxes, displays, etc chatting with friends. Employees complaing about other employees and managers and the job overall.I am sure the job doesn't pay as well as some wish, because I use to work for DG, setting up new stores to open. But a job is a job and if you are hired to do a job, then you should do what you are getting paid to do.This use to be one of cleanies stores I went in.I certainly hope they get this store straighten out.

This place is disgusting. The store smells like fish inside. There’s clutter everywhere. The floors look like they have never been mopped. Outside you will find overflowing trash cans and trash thrown about the parking lot and grassy areas. The store should be shut down. Even for this poor little town of Snow Hill this is sad.

Just love this store the 2 lady s working one was penny know her from McDonald's and the other one is Taylor I think that's her name she did not have a name tag on but my daughter went to school with her I just love how local store with local and great people working in it . Clean , well stocked and again great people

Big store with alot of stuff , clean , organized , great summer sale right now 70% . Just moved in town and this now my to go to store for everything I bought 2 carts of stuff that just how mush stuff they had at great price and the GM Hunter should be the Dg app OMG GREAT!FOR SURE THE BEST DOLLAR GENERAL I EVER BEEN IN

Mike the cashier was great, very professional thanking me for my purchases. Corporate headquarters should know that the present state of this DG is unacceptable. A complete renovation is desperately needed.

I had no trouble finding the item that I went in purchase! They were low in that product's inventory though! I hope on my next trip there they will have more shipment come in.

The place is just a mess. Not dirty but there's boxes everywhere. Also staff seem under trained with poor management restacking boxes everywhere while the line backs up because only 1 register is ever open.

Very nice, has a lot more than you'd think for a store. Although the back isn't well kept so that's why I'm giving a 4 instead of 5.

Snow Hill Dollar General is our all-time favorite we go there 3 to 5 times a week! The manager Lisa is extremely knowledgeable and awesome!

Dollar General it's very nice you can find what you need and if you are not able to find it they will see if they have it or they will let you know whether they have it or not so you don't have to search and search and search they will make sure you get what you need.

Store was a mess , 1 cashier , an leftbover Christmas items I was going buy I was told not included in 75% off sale , they were full price ( Christmas stickers )

This store is the best store in snowhill and alot better then the dollar general in Berlin and pocomoke , and as alot to choose from at very reasonable prices and the store manager hunter is awesome and very respectful and helpfull

This place is dirty on the outside, trash over flowing, trash on the ground, and unorganized inside. Plus 2 clerks standing in front talking and one of them said they're bored. REALLY

Decent store, no organization and the help is oberwhelmed. Biggest draw back is the time wasted in store.
