This place has amazing milkshakes. The butterscotch flavor was really good, would highly recommend this place. You can order from outside through the walk up window so you can stay safe at the same time.

Ice cream is good but wow the service is incredibly slow. 45 minutes on a line just to get a small and medium cup of soft serve with sprinkles. Overpriced too. About $16 for that. On the menu a small is $5.10 and a medium is $6.30. I know sprinkles can’t be what’s costing the difference!

Super cute ice cream stand that used to be a gas station. Ample parking, picnic tables, and other outdoor places to sit. They do soft serve, hand-dipped (Windy Knoll), sundaes, sno-cones, milkshakes, and lollipops. A Friday night around 9pm was pretty busy but the service was fast and easy. The ice cream was delicious! We enjoyed hot fudge sundaes and vanilla soft serve with black raspberry topping. Highly recommend!

prices have become way too high and products have gotten cheaper. we used to love this place but our recent trip was $23 for a small snow cone with seafoam, a kids small cup and a large twist cone. the twist icecream had spots in the chocolate like a cheaper mix was used and didnt dissolve. my seafoam was nothing like seafoam and tasted chocolatey.

ok ice cream but smalls start at 5$. I paid for a medium and got a kids size cone. Brought it to their attention and waited another 5 minutes asked about the replacment and they seemed confused. I just left. I waited 15 min to get the first round however there were only 2 people working.

This seasonal sugar shack is a Smithsburg landmark. Like everyone we come here for the cool treats, especially on hot days but we have also ordered custom ice cream cakes for special occasions, which were great.The soft serve is good, not too rich with a creamy consistency but what they really win on is the abundance of flavors to choose from! I mostly get their malted milk shakes or Hurricanes (equivalent to Dairy Queen Blizzards) but watch out because the friendly staff here does not skimp on added fixings! I swear I consumed at least two whole candy bars worth of butterfinger on my last order! And really when a large is just .80 cents more (12oz $5.20 vs.16oz $6) don't be surprised if your stomach turns like a hurricane from the sugar overload.So check out Debbie's if you need to boost your blood sugar or lust for a cool treat this summer.

Debbie's home of the famous ice cream Hurricanes ! I give this place a category 5 rating. They even sell doggie cups for your favorite pup. Trust me the sweet cream flavor packs a punch that could burst a levee. Always a great treat after going to the park.

The best soft serve in the world is at Debby’s! The wait is usually only a minute and the staff is nice! We like going here on summer evenings eating ice cream and sitting outside enjoying the breeze!
