Needed two simple things, one of which was some Claritin. For no apparent reason it's the only allergy medicine they lock up. Waited 5 minutes in line at the pharmacy and was told I needed to go to the front of the store away from where the medicines were to find a cashier to unlock it for me. Useless pharmacy and useless store. I left and headed to CVS.

I got to the pharmacy at 1:30 and maybe 30 seconds. There were 2 people working helping 2 other customers as I walked up to the counter, I was the 3rd there. Both of the people behind the counter said thar their lunch break started 1:30 and they would not help me. Walgreens recently closed their location closest to my house and it was the first and last time I will ever go to this location. It's about a 5 mile drive from my house. Before I left I spoke to the store manager who said he couldn't help me either. I drove to another pharmacy and arrangerd to have all my perscriptions transferred. I will try to NEVER set foot in a Walgreens again.

I don’t know why this store got such poor reviews. The pharmacy staff were very helpful. My medication was not in stock since I requested a 90 day supply and they ordered it for me. Will be back to pick it up soon.

I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. I asked a pharmacist, who happened to be an African gentleman with short dreadlocks, about the safety of a medication for breastfeeding mothers, and he is so rude and said I am giving him a hard time.I believe it’s important for pharmacists to provide guidance on medication safety and it’s part of their job. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

This Walgreen is the worst every. The pharmacy staff are total rude and disrespect. They yell at you. Mess up on your medication. Don't have your prescription right. I can go on. Just don't go there. If you do Tatiana is the only pharmacy person who cares and knows what she doing. Every one else need to be fired.

Pharmacy “manager” deleted my refill request and then called my doctor to lie and say I was intoxicated. She is a lying, rude, nasty, unethical person on a power trip. She needs to be fired. She has no business being in control of the pharmacy and absolutely no authority to call doctors and make false accusations.Luckily my doctor sent my refill requests to another pharmacy that know how to treat customers.You are NOT someone of power. You are simply a pill counter that has no other skills other than being a liar and a disgrace to the Walgreens brand.REPLACE THE “MANAGER”!

Booked online for a vaccination at 1:30pm, came in at 1:25pm to check in and the lady said that they couldn't do it because they would be on lunch. The issue is not because they were going on lunch at my appointment time but rather why have the time slot available for me to book online? Very inconvenient and inconsiderate, they could've called me when I booked it to tell me they'll be on lunch. I would've understood and booked at a different time. Asked to see the confirmation and when I showed the lady, she completely ignored the address of location in BLUE and said I don't see the address (had to show her the address). Tried to gaslight me into believing I had booked it elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Just because 1. They were completely unaware I even made an appointment. 2. Pharmacy techs acted blind to the address on confirmation email. 3. Maybe take off the time slots online if you're on lunch? First and last time here!

The old lady who is phamacist today Wednsday 8/16. She shouldn't be working here or in any phamacy store. She gave me a hard time and unclear with just asking which medicine I should take for my coughing. And when I try to get back to ask again. She was piss and didn't want to answer.

The pharmacist here is very argumentative. I changed all of me and my families prescriptions because of her rudeness and unprofessionalism. I was in the store and watched them not pick up, this was the last straw. I moved to a local independent pharmacy. When I noticed that she was not trustworthy (gave me wrong the medication). Additionally, this pharmacy doesn’t answer calls. My doctor says the he advises anther pharmacist because they are not responsive.

I guess they just hire lots of careless people who really don't understand what customer service even means.They really don't deserve your business if they don't respect you. There is a reason why it is poorly rated. Go to the other Walgreens or CVS!Let me ask you (readers of this review) two simple questions:1. Assume you just got to Walgreens to buy a charger. When you look on the shelf, it is locked. So you walk over and ask some, "can you please unlock something for me here? It is this USB-C charger."The answer from the person you asked (customer service), says "Hold Down!." You waited for few minutes for the same person and he/she would keep ignoring you. Then you patiently walk away and ask a other customer service person. You ask, " Hey can please unlock this charger for me?" And he answers, "I don't have a key." 'So you can't help me?", you ask. And he answers "No! I don't have a key." And he walks away. imagine!

Registered for my COVID-19 vaccination at this location, waited longer than necessary before anyone acknowledged me only to learn because I have had the shingles vaccination I need to wait. Of course everyone wants to explain the health implications of spacing the vaccination -- I am not dense, I understand those intricacies. What I don't understand is why Walgreens like many pharmacies who refused to adhere to a combined scheduling system, DID NOT make this information available before I took time from my incredibly busy day to come to the pharmacy to be told I cannot have the shot. It is poor planning and a faulty process -- if pharmacies are interested in truly being public health partners, they should do a better job of communicating critical information. Will find another venue other than Walgreens or my vaccination at the appropriate time as I have lost confidence in their ability to shepherd a customer through this process.

Terrible pharmacy. Today is 12/11/22 1030am. The pharmacist working is ridiculous. I am a physician and tried to talk to a pharmacist, but the pharmacist refused to talk to me and told me I could only leave a voicemail. As a physician I should be able to have a discussion about a patient with the pharmacist.

I am a provider and I sent a prescription via fax ( when I called the pharmacy to get their contact information I was told that prescriptions could be faxed because I was having a problem with e-prescribing) . I sent my patient's medication X 3 because they stated that they had not received it the first two times. The patient requested her medication and the staff stated that they did not have her medications. The patient then told them "this was faxed" the staff then said "We don't accept medications via fax". I then proceeded to call the patients medications into the pharmacy and was put on hold for 20-30 minutes and I had to call twice because I was hung up on the first time. Horrible experience! If I can give them no stars I would, however, I could not post unless I put at least one star.

Everytime I call it’s 30+min of being on hold just to get hung up on after 30min of hold music. Then I call again and same thing! I don’t mind holding if they’re busy but why hang up on someone who’s been on hold for so long several times!! I need to spend over an hour just to get through to them after calling 3 times

It's not unusual to wait in line at the Pharmacy for 15-20 minutes, even though there are only 2-3 people in line. Not sure if they are understaffed or simply don't care. Service there was better before this RiteAid became a Walgreens for sure.

Pharmacy is horrible & rude. They put u on long holds via the phone & then hang up on you after a few mins. Always giving me a hard time to fill my prescriptions. Switching pharmacies!!! Always a problem.

Such a great polite and considerate staff! Not only I had my emergency prescriptions filled up in no time, I saw the pharmacist calmly and compassionately advising an old gentleman who was deaf re COVID vaccine.

Poor service, they don't respond phone calls and even they do ,their waiting time is redicules. Sometimes after waiting for long period of time , they hang up on you. Totally, poor customer service will describe them.
