Awesome layout. Reasonable price merchandise. I love the dollar spot, I always find some great finds for my classroom and for the holidays. Only one problem the work staff seems to cut in half, almost no one to help on the floor and maybe two to three cashiers. Mostly self checkout making checkout wait time longer and complicated sometimes. Love the Starbucks inside the store!!

This store is very busy, but always nice and clean. Cashiers are helpful. Shelves are well stocked. Electronics is a hit or miss. Overall I love how clean and pleasant this store is. Shout out to the workers who bring out Drive-up orders in the cold! Y’all the real MVP. 🏆

As much as I love Target, I simply can't stand the fact that out of the hundreds of employees they have there on any given day, no one will answer the freaking phone!!!! I've been calling today since 8am. It's 11am now...still no answer. I'm trying to get help on a missing item from my mobile order yesterday. This "not answering the phone thing" has happened to me quite a bit. Can Target hire at least one more person to answer the freaking phone?!?!

It sucks that self check out is closed and you’re forced to go to a cashier. The cashier scanned the same item twice and didn’t do anything until I called her out on it. Then I tell her I only need 1 bag and she charged me for 2. I guess since they’re loosing money from theft they’re now trying to make up for it by any other means.

Love Target it always clean and the customer service has always been great. 7/15/2018 We was on vacation in Maryland & stayed next door to this Target but we couldn't find what we normally get back home. We needed a few things from grocery department and the in health & beauty I was also looking for a dress as always they had some really cute one's just nothing that would fit me? Although we didn't end up purchasing anything I enjoyed looking around.

I appreciate lots about Target, but that’s outweighed by aspects of its operations that I find inexcusable.For one, an ABC News investigation found that the majority of plastic bags they tracked from the recycling bins at investigated Target stores did not end up being recycled, and instead were often found in landfills or overseas. Deceptive, shameful, abhorrent.To boot, the vast majority of the time, this particular location (and perhaps others as well) charges customers plastic bag fees even when bags are refused at the outset of picking up online orders. The purpose of those bag fees was to encourage customers to use reusable bags instead and thereby cut down on unneeded and hard-to-manage plastic waste from entering the system, but Target chooses instead to use that fee to their own benefit to scam customers out of an extra 5-50¢ per order (no doubt the profits add up handsomely) - because customers just aren’t going to take the insane amount of time and effort that would be required to get cents back.These kinds of practices showcase the true ethical/environmental standards of the Target corporation. I hope Target makes and strongly enforces the needed changes to get back on track — but they won’t do so unless their customers make it clear they need to.

Let my start by saying the GUY AT THE SELF CHECKOUT WAS GREAT. Otherwise, avoid this place. PRICES ARE MUCH HIGHER THAN OTHER TARGETS Yoga mat I came for is $22.49 online and at my store while $44.99 in this store!! Many items out of place and many items just packages left… avoid this place. See photos for yourself

Neat and clean very tidy even much cleaner than Macy’s Costco Sam’s club or Walmart helpful smiley faces all around the store I stop shopping at target while ago some bad experience in NJ but now I am so pleased 😀

They force customers to use the self check out lane, line is extremely long. And only one lane open with a cashier. The cashier doesn’t help bag the items if you bring your own bags so you’re forced to stand there and cause a traffic jam while bagging all of your items. Considering giving up on Target altogether which is sad because I’ve been a longtime customer and red card holder.

I'm dissappointed! Today I visited this Cherry Hill target location after not having been here in a few months-- I must say, they have gone down hill. The grocery section needs serious improvement. The shelves were mostly empty or there were damaged AND open boxes of food. How disappointed I was. I expect more-- how about nice stocked, well organzied shelves??? Is that too much to ask??? It was not this bad when I was here a few months ago. Is there new management??? What is happening?? Please Target, get this remedied asap!

Long terms customer so but this visit at the Cherry Hill shopping center in Silver Spring, Maryland the Starbucks we always hit that up first the cold water, or the cold dispenser wasn’t working the plugs in order to charge up. Your phones weren’t working. It was pretty much empty in the Starbucks, which I’m not familiar with, everything was wide open and easy to access the prices. If you didn’t have a coupon or discount you could get by so it was a good experience.

I recently had to return a purchase to my local Target store due to a change of mind, and I must say the experience was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Target's return policy is customer-friendly, making it easy for me to return the item without any questions asked. It's kind of dismal at this location. Toothpaste is locked behind cupboards, yes...shampoo etc so there's a high theft rate at the Hyattsville location. The lights are too dim, wouldn't go out of my way to come here.

The customer service by the manager Mackenzie was phenomenal!!! There was a mishap with my drive up order and it was canceled, although the system allowed me to check in and and receive a pick up code for “Drive-Up”. Mackenzie went above and beyond to sort things out and recovery my order!! Much appreciated especially when I was already having a tremendously overwhelming day 💕Tavon and John were an awesome help in assisting with this matter as well!!!!!

When I lost my keys and asked if they could call the electronics department to see if they found my keys. The customer service person simply said no. I asked to leave my cart that I had paid for by customer service while I looked for my keys because I felt ill and it felt too hard to deal with navigating the cart through the store. They also said no. They offered zero help in assisting me with my missing keys. They didn't offer any suggestions or even to check for my keys at customer service. What is the point of customer service if they refuse to help. its not.like i could go home without my keys did they just want me to.live there. And while I've been to this Target many times since it's only because it's the closest department store and it is never a pleasant experience.

bought groceries here, some of them were past their best-by date. what's going on in the back of a Target that causes them to stock old groceries? it sucks to have to check this, i'm going to try to never buy groceries here again.

Target is now implementing a 10 item limit for self checkout forcing you to wait in line to then have a cashier slowly check you out. Won't be shopping here anymore unfortunately.

Great customer service. The young gentleman, Marcel, who helped me with my mobile picked up at the Cherry Hill, Silver Spring location was an absolute delight. I had to return 3 times with a bigger car to pick up my order and he went above and beyond to help all 3 times. He was so polite and helpful - I will return to this Target location just because of his excellent customer service. They should promote this young man if given the chance.

Worst pharmacy EVER. +20 mins wait time, staff don't seem to be that interested in their jobs. Had to wait another 10 mins to talk to the pharmacist (nobody told me why) only for the pharmacist to blankly stare at me and ask me if I had any questions for him. What a waste of time.
