Really nice shop with a large selection of dog and cat food. They have a lot of organic and natural dog foods and even a freezer section for raw food. They are always welcome to help and sometimes have samples if you ask politely.I came here with my sister’s dog, the same dog as the Rockville Loyal Companion store, and he liked it just as much. It’s a bit smaller than that store but still has a great selection.

Great place with a nice selection of human grade pet foods. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the store has a nice reward system. My only complaint is parking. The parking lot is always overly crowed because of the surrounding stores.

Nice dog supply store! Small but well-stocked. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dogs are allowed inside, and staff often offers a treat to visiting dogs. Parking is tricky in front but there is more parking in the back.

I love coming to this neighborhood store , the staff is always super friendly and helpful and they have a fantastic selection of dog food ! Their bakery is super cute ! My dog gets excited when we get close too!

This is our favorites Iocal go to store for treats for our dog 🐶! I love that they carry our guy’s daily tooth cleaning treats: Sam’s Yam’s, for when we run out. I also like that there’s always something fun in the store. It’s location is great too - since I use many of the other stores in the shopping center. The parking lot might be crowded but there’s parking in the back too. Best of all is the awesome hiking area right next door - rocky/hilly and opportunity to jump in the water - what else does a pup need??

Great helpful staff! I always bring my shy foster dogs here because there’s a gentleman there who is indeed the dog whisperer!! He’s wonderful with animals (I don’t remember his name but he’s got a long beard & goatee! Great selection of treats & toys!!

The store is always nice and clean. There are a lot of dog toys, treats, and food. They also have special prices and promotions. The staff is nice. My dog always love their treat.

The staff here Great recommendations and dog food and treats. Today we tried the Roosevelt brand and our puppy loved it also love the thinkers duck and salmon recipe sticks for treats. Love that this is right in the neighborhood and have such a wonderful selection.

Decided to give this store a try today. Walked in and was not greeted and the lady working there didn’t even bother to ask if I needed any help. No, it wasn’t busy it was just her and I in the store at that moment. So in my opinion the customer service sucks. The only reason I gave it two stars was because they do have good products

I can't tell you how much I appreciate this company. I've always done my monthly deliveries via Amazon because of their low prices and that changes now. Granted, Loyal Companion may be a few dollars more, but they're a small company that now does home delivery. They have local stores (that have now merged with other small stores in various parts of the country). Every one of their employees are knowledgeable and care. When I went in for "something tasty with lots of calories" for my pup with lymphoma, they didn't try to sell me something with "nutritional value" since I was clear I didn't care. During the last government shut down, this company stepped up with free food for the pets of furloughed workers.There was a CLUSTER caused by FedEx with my first delivery. The manager of the eCommerce division called me immediately. I asked if I could go down to the store to pick stuff up since I. WAS. OUT. He called the store and had it set aside for us. Turned out it cost me $10 more at the store and I emailed him. Neither of us thought about it. He responded after hours and when I hadn't emailed back, he called me as soon as he was in the office this morning. As soon as I'd emailed him my receipt (a few minutes later), the refund was processed.I love this company. You will, too.

The items were easy to find, there was a good selection, and the customer service was great. There were three people ahead of us and one of them required the employee to double check the stock in the back. He came back quickly with accurate delivery information for her and still checked us out not more than 2 minutes later. The customer service was stellar. Fast, easy and friendly, this is a place I'd recommend.

Great pet store. They have nice employees and we are members of their rewards program. We just wish we they delivered. Employees may try to sell you overpriced items. The dog food/cat food seems to be priced ok, but check other prices for supplements or treats.

Courteous, helpful staff. I had to special-order some food for one of our boarding dogs, and it showed up when promised, and they called me immediately after it got there. I didn't have to keep checking back with them.Store is clean and new - definitely recommend.

The store has just about everything you could want or need for your dog. I love the food selections. Their selections are better than the major chains. My dog has allergies and eats a specific dehydrated brand of food that I cannot find it the major chains.

A great selection of dog toys and foods, with a focus on high quality and natural options, including raw diets. The staff was friendly, just like the Bark! staff were before the name change. They could maybe have more cat toys but I think they used to before realizing they got more dog ownwr business.

I love this place. The products make me feel like I am doing good for my dog. The staff is always so helpful. I don't like how their rewards system changed otherwise they would have gotten 5 stars. They have special events totally recommend giving it a try.

the store is super clean. Just stopping pass on my way to TJs next door. Completely different pet store than what I am used to the staff was super nice, it was a little wait in line , because they were busy, but the African American gal checked me out in seconds and answered all my questions I asked . Who knew they had CBD for DOGS?!!! lol ended up getting a whale bakery cookie .again? What? Lol my dog pork chop ate it in seconds definitely will be coming back . Everyone was just so nice and inviting

Recently I stop going inside the store because the service was so awful. However, the past 2 months when I call in or go into the store everyone is super helpful. Assante' the manager is incredible patient and makes you feel special on every call or visit. They're back to being my favorite place!

Located in Olney, good parking, lots of natural, good pets choices, some organic choices. We took my grandbabies to see the kittens that were there for adoption. They were doing an adoption event..wanted to take them all home!!overall good place to run in and get what you need..little pricey.

Great choices for your pet in food, treats and pet wear. Butparking is difficult. Once inside small parking area its a nightmare to get out. Very popular location. Everyone wants in at same time and everyone wants out after shopping even more.

Got a smoked bone for Zeus who enjoyed it for a couple of days. Price was higher than I have paid in grocery stores for smoked bones. Shop has a good selection of items.

Great upscale dog store. They are expensive, but they carry better brands and food like Acana. Employees are friendly and I always ask for samples of dog food and they throw some in with my purchase.

BARK no longer carries Instinct Raw Rabbit Medallions which is the only thing that my cat can eat due to food allergies. Thank goodness for UnLeashed and Mighty Healthy Pet owned by MOMs in College Park. The replacement food that BARK now carries made my cat very sick.____BARK is now owned by a large corporation that has no links to the community. It is getting harder to stick with locally-owned stores that support our community.

I try to support smaller businesses. I found the sales associates to be unfriendly...borderline rude. I will never ever go in that store again. I had a totally different experience in the Clarksville store.

Great products and service. Have changed dog food to product for weight control from our vet but still buy treats and chew sticks, etc. At Bark.
