A wonderful place to shop. They have fresh eggs, fresh milk, and tomatoes. The black tea lemonade is excellent, too....😋🌻

Best service for farm products apple cider and goodies. Great American tradition and food to take home. An outstanding traditional Montgomery county agriculture mainstay. Go here!!!

They don't grow most of the produce they sell. Surprised how it has downgraded over the years to similar to a junk yard/ dirty grocery store. Owners used to be decent but the daughter has no respect for others. As noted in other posts I also saw have an argument with customers while I was there. I suggest shopping elsewhere.

Instead is EverCrisp apples they sold me Fuji apples, which were available with cheaper price in every grocery. And this is not first time has happened. There was a same replacement last year, but I thought it was an accident. It is very easy for an EverCrisp lovers to distinguish the replacement, even this variety is a result of a cross between Honey Crisp and Fuji!!

Homemade cookies, donuts, pies and great looking produce and PA produced cheese and milk. Chocolate and wonderful choice of juices! A great place to stop off main road!

We purchased some apple cider donuts that were so fresh they were still warm! We tried four different varieties of apples, available at the farm and settled on the crimson crisp, and also purchased several other vegetables such as eggplant, a small pumpkin, fresh chili peppers, and okra. Thank you very much for the experience!

The young lady with glasses who operates the front cash register is very rude years of farm work has taken its toll on her demeanor and appearance she is very unpleasant while trying to shop in this place if you can ignore her while shopping they have decent cider I guess but if there are alternatives I would highly recommend exploring those as customer service is key in any commercial endeavor even if it's non-genuine

My wife and I have been visiting Heyser for more than 10 years. We've enjoyed the Spencerville Reds for breakfast and pie. I worked at a company we ordered so many, they delivered a truck full each year.I would order normally buy 2 to 3 bushels. My wife pre-marke pies. Yummy in the future for gifts and just to pop in the oven to cure the sweet tooth urge. Also, the apple cider and donuts are to die for.

Great local produce here. The variety of apples this time of year is really awesome! They also have fresh apple cider pressed on site this time of year as well as hard cider and fresh donuts that I think they make daily. All the fresh baked goods are always delicious. They are not open 7 days per week. Check hours before you go.

Great farm store with local fruit, veggies, dairy, meat, and other products. My favorite local place to shop. More expensive than the regular grocery store, but I never worry about the quality of what I am getting or if it will last more than a day or two.

I love supporting this local farm store. A lot of the produce and food is made on their farm or other local farms. Shopping here has helped me eat more seasonally. The staff are friendly. Having a small, family owned farm store in suburban DC feels like having a gem from another era.

Today my wife and drove to Heyser Farms from Fredericksburg, VA to buy apples. Although disappointed in the harvest, the rude treatment that we received was very disheartening. The young lady even rolled her eyes as she walked away.

The best apple cider you will ever have!Super safe shopping because both sides, front and back are completely open, so your practically outdoors.Huge variety of apples, some with familiar names, some , hybrids created by Mr.Heyser Sr. himself including Spencerville red. Many basics..Milk, Butter, Eggs, Bread, Vegetables, Fruit..but of exceptional quality.Ideal if you want to avoid a trip to a crowded supermarket!Fast and super courteous service.

Horribly disappointed in how they treat their customers. Poor labeling and over priced merchandise leads to mix ups and misunderstanding and they show no compassion or patience with elderly customers. One of the works begsn yelling at my Dad and then told him to get out his store. My family has been coming here since I was a child, but after they mistreated my elderly Father we will not return. Shame on you for taking advantage of people and treating them so horribly. I don't know what else might be going wrong in your life, but you don't scream and yell at customers like that.

Farm fresh foods are the best!Heyser has a small stand at their farm just off New Hampshire avenue. It is an open air stand and at the time of this writing they had watermelon corn blackberries blueberries and tomatoes and more. I especially enjoy their fresh eggs.Be aware that this is not a discount operation, and you may think their prices are high compared to a supermarket - but their produce is exceptional and fresh. There's plenty of parking adjacent to the farm stand, and you may want to bring a box or bag with you if you get watermelons or a lot of produce. Please wear a mask and respect the distance of everybody else that's shopping there.I found the staff especially helpful and even were assisting some of the elderly people who are shopping for fresh foods.

I go their for produce and the ice cream🍦They're kinda high but they are a small private farm, so I like to support them. They're eggs are fresh and they grow there own apples; most other things are from elsewhere.

I really appreciate this place. I rely on fresh fruits and veggies for a big part of my summer diet and the stuff you get in the supermarket are seldom fresh picked, often refrigerated, and have all kind pesticides and residue on them. PLUS they hardly ever taste like the fruit than comes fresh off the tree. At Heyser, you can find out when stuff was picked and it is fresh and delicious. They have baked goods, frozen organic meats, eggs, incredible ,ilkshakes and other good stuff! I only rated them 4 stars because the parking is limited and dusty if it is not rainy. I have not found the auxiliary lot yet.

Great variety of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat. From fresh desserts to snacks, ice cream to hand creams and soaps, this market has plenty for everyone. The family who owns the market and farm respond to clients needs. They help you find what you are looking for even if it means going back to the field to get it. They will surprise you with the selection of noodles, pancake mixes, canned goods and dairy products. We love the chocolate peanut butter ice cream like a family tradition.

Heyser’s is a gem. It’s a family operated farm store that has charm, warmth, great food and potted plants at reasonable prices. They have fantastic dairy products, great seasonal fruits and vegetables, as well as jams, local coffee, and Spring Mill bakery goods. Their fresh eggs are amazing and affordable. Moreover, it’s more than just a store. It’s a community resource. They host school tours and it’s a delight to see the smiling faces of the kids who enjoy the tour including a tractor ride. They also have live entertainment from time to time. We love the place.

This is a great farm store. The produce is fresh and absolutely delicious. They have a tasting room for cider and wine, with really fabulous staff and they have Trickling Springs creamery products for a reasonable price.

I was very disappointed with what I found. The website indicated almost a country store feel with baked pies and cookies but what I found was over priced preserves and milk, pumpkins and apples. As I was leaving there was a sign for apple cider there wasn't any. Save your time and gas go to Jr Wright's down the road. Good quality and great service!

Great little neighborhood treasure. Who knew there was a farmer's market right in the middle of Montgomery County suburbia? They have everything - fresh pressed cider from their own apples; organic produce, eggs, milk, cheese and the best yogurt I've ever tasted which sells out fast.

Absolutely beautiful amazing farm. Everything was super duper fresh. I definitely spent too much money, but it was worth every last penny. I filled my entire trunk with delicious delights. If you've grown tired of having your kids faces buried in their games this is definitely the place to take them. My husband wasn't even bored without using all his gadgets. Amazing fun time here!
