I love five below but this location at Cherry Hill Rd. sucks!!! They are mostly out of stock nearly all the time. I have to go to other five belows because this location has limited items. It is unorganized and quite frankly empty most of the time. Not sure why but please work on this. I spend a lot of money at five below because I love the items and price but this location isn't it for me. I will gladly drive farther out where they do have items neat and in stock.

Directly for ManagementWHY DO YOU HAVE YOUR EMPLOYEES working in a building when it's cooler outside than in the building?I repeat It's like 102 degrees in the building.Felt like the lobby area to HELL.Those skinny little fans didn't do anything but push the heat around.That makes sense.I get it if the thermostat is possibly broken but gosh. $1 discount at least for acknowledging you working on it. Show you care.Feel like I walked into my grandmother's kitchen on a cool day.APPLAUSE to your staff 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I was attended even when I was at self-checking out. Running around. Taking care of customers. Give raises and days off to recuperate from working in that hot building all day to go out in 80-degree heat. Great job keep up the work.Management damn near smack them in there face with this heat. They should of quit or went on strike.Definitely how I felt walking in the store with my baby.Do Better.

Not a lot of things. Messy. Stood in self checkout for 10 mins only to have someone else stand ahead of me. The STAFF looked right at us, LEFT the checkout to go put something outside. Are you kidding me?? Total grade - A big FAT F! Go elsewhere

This store manager & district manger are racist . Refused to exchange my items because I am black. He said he had no other reason. There no policy on a limit of exchanges. I lost my receipt. Never going to this store again. I have a video of them admitting they are racist. If I loose a receipt I should be able to get a exchange. I’m going to sue them. For not going through with their policy.

Newest 5 Below in the area. It wa super clean and organized. I like that it had a few things different from the other store closer to me. I was surprised that instead of cashiers there were several very convenient self check out kiosks. Which were supervised by a very capable young man who was on had if you needed assistance.

Went to purchase a charging cable but I picked up the wrong one and tried to exchange it but the manager told me that I need the receipt (receipt machine don't work)..he could have just swop it...
