Great experience like I usually have when i goto any dollar general store to get anything. Got in found what i needed and got out. The cashier was nice and the self checkout is not working to my knowledge. Clean store and didnt have to use the bathroom so im not sure if they have one available. 5⭐️

I wouldn’t even give it 1 Star. But had to tell u all about my Horrible experience.I have been shopping at this dollar general for a long time Over 10 years. And I have never seen it so disorganized.There are things and boxes everywhere in every aisle a hazard zone.I went to this location to buy a birthday bag for a birthday party I had the worst experience of my life the manager on duty Anthony refuse to give me his last name was very rude and disrespectful. They do not take customer experience serious over there they’re very rude .The store was a hot mess things everywhere in each aisle. They don’t take time to put the right merchandise under the right ticket price. And when you ask for help they are rude. The tag of all the bags say $2.25 but ringing up $4.50. It’s honestly not about the money it’s about the principle I asked him to help me find the correct bag and he refused I don’t care if the bag was $10 , I would pay for it with respect and great customer service but none of those happen. Instead he just wanted to be rude and disrespectful to a paying customer.When I asked the store manager for his help he refused to help me instead he walked to the back of the store when his sells associate which was very helpful call him on the walkie-talkie to tell him that the customer was in front of the store wanting to talk to him he stated “that he would not come back he has nothing to say to me and that he didn’t want to help my broke ass” that’s very disrespectful I’m a store manager and I know what customer service should be and that was not it customer should come first and making sure the customer finds what they’re looking for it’s very important for a company having this person Anthony working for you all is a disgrace I will not come back and I highly highly Recommend if you want a good experience not to come to this location if this man Anthony still works there.

I just went to Dollar General for a few supplies and I was met with an extremely poor atmosphere. One employee told me to go to the dollar’s section while I was shopping as if I couldn’t afford things from DOLLAR General. He then started to mutter to himself about me, saying rude words. Not to mention, the place is a mess. Boxes everywhere. Instead of putting your nose where it doesn’t belong, go ahead and start cleaning your mess. He talks as if there isn’t a Dollar Tree right next door that I can go to (which I did).

This stored closed literally one and half hours before closing time all the time, store posted sign say 8-9pm everyday but you get there by 7:30 someone is at the door blocking you from coming in saying we closed, so unprofessional I have shop from all dollar general! But none like this one

I'm not really from this area, but the shopping center seemed fairly new-ish and nice, so I thought the Dollar General would be ok. I did not expect the "door" to be a piece of plywood lol.It was small compared to some other DG's I've been in. And there was some weird guy who seemed like he was on something who was in one of the grocery aisles. I didn't buy anything, but the AC in one particular aisle was very cold and felt good.

It's a mess in here they have restock everywhere to the point it's an accident waiting yo happen. I have ran into and hurt myself just getting somthing I need and it dosnt look like the people who work there care.

I don't go to this one much, because it's often out of a lot of products. Maybe they're sitting in the boxes that always seem to be blocking the laneway waiting to be open. Although cluttered the store is clean though. The cashiers are generally friendly. Parking can be tricky. Convenient if you happen to be in the area and need to grab some quick essentials.

Please update the store hours, I came Sunday at 9:09PM and the store is closed however the Google maps hours of operation shows it will close at 10:00PM.

Went in yesterday on a limited time frame I had just to grab a few things fast no issues and a very pleasant experience in line (hardly any line at all lol) the cashier Alexis was very sweet and beyond helpful during transaction. I was pretty impressed by the level of professional customer service I received from Alexis and will definitely be back to shop again soon.

I visited this dollar general expecting the worse, but to my surprise everyone was very kind and kept people at a minimum for coming into the store. They were in the process of shipment and putting things way, which made the isles a little stuffed but it still had flow. I definitely founded everything I needed. Awesome Job Fam!

I wish I had the option to not give a star at all.Today, Thursday 28th of October around 7pm. I came in the store to buy candies and some sparkling juices. When I went to the register, the sparkling juices scanned $2.95 and the signe was saying $1. If it was only one product on that aisle, I would say a customer put it in a wrong spot because I work in a grocery store so I know those types of situations, but it was a lot of them over there with one sign only. When I called the cashier she said that's not the price and that's what the sign is saying. I told her but there is any other sign except that. She said well that's not the price.So I told her to please call the manager for me. When he came, he said the same thing. I told him, but there is only one sign over here, how can I guess the price. He said well you go to the register and scan it. He was very rude to me, him and her employee. I told him that this is not my first time coming here, so they usually do put the price next to the item, he said no we don't do that.SO WHO EVER IS GOING TO COME IN THIS PLACE, GET READY TO MEET RUDE MANAGERS N EMPLOYEES BECAUSE MOST OF THEM ARE LIKE THAT.AS I SAID BEFORE, THIS IS NOT MY FIRST TIME COMING HERE, SO I KNOW.I HAVE BEEN THROUGH OTHER NONSENSE SITUATIONS IN THIS PLACE, BUT TODAY IS MY FIRST TIME COMMENTING BECAUSE IT IS OVERWHELMING.THANK YOU!!!

It's a good store & would be an even better place if the customers stopped stealing.The cashiers are cool. They are just tired of being degraded & mistreated by the customers.When your low on cash it's a nice place to shop & hold you till you get more money.

Excellent customer service. Staff was very patient even when it took a little long time in applying dollar general digital coupons. One of the coupon was not working and they did a price match even. Some of the items were not available, racks were empty. Hope they fill them quickly. Good place for a quick shopper.

Alway a mess, always understaffed. Its a death trap waiting to happen. Im supprised they havent been sued for an accident in there store. The dollare tree is more organized then they are and they have a bigger crowd.It looks like is there normal procedure to have a unkept store. Smh

Very unorganized inside. Dirty and unappealing aisles very empty shelves with one or two things if not bare. Complete turn off and thankfully I know of better locations so I just know to NEVER waste my time coming here again.

Be careful, the posted price are not the same at checkout. I bought a pitcher for $3.95 upon checkout they rung for $4.25. I asked why the price different, the lady said she doesn't know and I should go back to the shelf and double check if I'm wrong. I was mad, went back then she refunded the money without double checking herself.... Which made me thinking that they know about it. What if you're buying many things, you end up paying higher prices... Don't go there

This was a 4 star review 2 months ago based on the store but having been there 2 more times and the same girl behind the register continues to be rude and miserable I would rather give my $$ to a store with just "decent" customer service then go here.Large variety of items at good prices but they are under staffed, at least the few times I have been there.

I really love this store. Customer service is very good. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you've found everything you want and if they make a mistake and overcharge you for something, they rectify it immediately with no hassle. Just love it.

The place was packed...one poor check out person had a woman, who was obviously inebriated, standing right next to her. She had her mask below her nose and spoke loudly about bringing her wine into the store. Im unsure why management allowed her to remain.

Always dirty, with merchandise all over the floor. There are always carts in the aisles, that the staff are presumably using to restock the shelves, but the shelves are always empty and you can get past the carts in certain aisles. I have the Dollar General App and get emails about the sales but this location NEVER has the sales advertised or even the merchandise available. The staff is not friendly and act as if you’re inconveniencing them by patronizing the store. Worst Dollar General I've ever been to.

After getting directions from Google Maps which is 98 % accurate I couldn't find the store. I saw Dollar Tree immediately thought Google Maps had mixed up the stores by name. I was disappointed bc I lived much closer to a Dollar Tree. I circled the pkg lot & was abt to leave when I saw people entering a no named store. I looked up above the stores entry & saw the name "Dollar General" but the lights were out. Hmm. My sis told told me they had Air Fryers but I didn't see any. So I looked around but there was nothing that caught my eye. were $13 where she lives out of state. I left & went a few stores down to Dollar Tree to get other items on my list. EVERYTHING is a dollar!

They really are trying to get this location together. Staff were stocking shelves and clearing the aisles. I was greeted when I walked in and treated like my business mattered. Very nice change.

Good prices on everyday necessities but there's usually a line to checkout. Just about every time I've come to this location there has been a wait at checkout due to only 1 cashier working at the register.

If i could give zero star that's what the Hell they would get. FYI. if you buy something from dollar general make sure that's what you want, because if you go and get a refund on your credit card you will never see you money back on your card it's sad.

Other locations better organized. This is not so organized. Kind of messy. Laurel location has more items. These stores should just be a bit more organized as it can be overwhelming with stuff all over.

Very messy & out of what I came in for. Also, less than stellar people shop here, including defiantly anti-mask teens. It is not a good shopping experience, even for a dollar store.
