This openness was appreciated and made the overall purchasing process more enjoyable.Fernando provided a positive and enjoyable car-buying experience. His professionalism, transparent pricing, and a welcoming atmosphere contributed to my satisfaction. While there is room for improvement in post-purchase communication and additional clarity during the financing process, I would still recommend DARCARS Volkswagen as they provided a positive and enjoyable car-buying experience.

My experience at this location was great. I went looking around a lot of car lots and ended up purchases a car from a place in Frederick but my experience here was so great I needed to come leave a review. It is rare these days to find excellent service. However, I felt compelled to write this review because I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Brandon. He greeted me with an infectious smile, and instead of trying to be a pushy sales person, he listened to everything that I needed and what was most important to me in finding a car. He also was not put off that I wasn’t ready to make a purchase, and said it was more important for him to answer my questions so that when I was ready, I would know exactly what I would be getting. Well I haven’t decided yet, if I’m going to get another car, but I can absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a quality car buying experience. And when I do decide to get a car, I know exactly who and where I am going to go to!

It's not often that I take the time to do a review for a car dealership, And honestly even though I didn't know anything, I could tell that There was something special about this dealer. Brandon took the time to answer my questions and deal with my, quite honestly, tire kicking. My whole experience started with Daji. The moment I spoke with him on the phone and explained my situation, he was nothing but understanding, patient, and flexible. It was his calm demeanor over the phone that made me want to come into the dealership and see what we could work with.When I got there, he introduced me to Nick who was friendly, personable, patient, and knowledgeable on the models and trims I was interested in. He was even super helpful in showing me how to use the back-up camera feature in a cross sport. I didn’t feel pressured throughout the entire interaction and he went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as we went through all my options, which I appreciated so much. I loved that Nick’s goal was to get me into the car I felt happy with.Overall, my entire car shopping experience was a great one here. Daji, Nick, and Stefany all did fantastic. Especially considering that I haven’t stepped into a dealership in about 16 years and was afraid of being taken advantage of and the aggressiveness most car dealerships are known for.

If you need service, go right on ahead and call Pohanka.Made an appointment online the night before, left work early to arrive on time, and was told my check engine light could only be diagnosed during a morning appointment since there were only 2 hours left in the day. I may be blonde, but that reasoning doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me. When I declined to leave my car over the weekend to be serviced the following Monday, I went back to my car and found it was left unlocked by the employee during check-in.Also maybe this is procedure, but I resent the, "Is this car in your name?" question. Honey, I'm a spinster with a salary - I WISH Daddy Warbucks was paying my bills.
