I don't know what's wrong with their phone or if they just don't answer it, but this is an okay pharmacy. I don't think any of the staff have ever been rude around me like other customers have said, but I nearly always have to wait awhile in line.

Most are NOT Nice at all . Unacceptable behavior for patient service we already dont feel good and need our Medications the least these staff can do is just be nice and Professional!!! Easiest place to just pretend to give good customer service Our Lives Literally on Pharmacy hands yet we still Get Treated like trash. Such a Shame. I have no other option then to come here i Pray for Better Service such a sad world where we cant even get common courtesy anymore.

You WILL wait on hold 45 minutes plus. You WILL be treated rudely when you ask logical questions. You WILL have to call every single month to explain yet again, that you DON'T CARE what your insurance company covers, YOU and your DOCTOR have decided on the best medication for you and explain, as you do every month, sometimes multiple times for the same prescription, that you have a prescription card from the manufacturer and it is in the file. This WILL delay the ability to get the medication you need. When talking to the "pharmacy manager", you WILL be told the reason is lack of training with ABSOLUTELY no irony. Isn't a manager's job to make sure their staff know HOW to do their job? It was when I was one. I was responsible for all of that. He does not see that as part of his job. And isn't this really important in healthcare? Simply put, they do not care. At all. Move your prescriptions. Save yourself the hassle. You are NOT getting healthcare at this location, you are a number. A number they don't consider important. (Written at the 22-minute mark of my second call of the day and still on hold. The first call I waited an hour and twelve minutes.)

This pharmacy is an absolute disaster! They do not have a normal supply of commonly prescribed medications. The phone is never answered. Wait time in line is at least 15 minutes. The pharmacist who recently replaced Rodrigo can'tmanage his way out of a paper bag. All of the staff need to be fired and they need to get competent staff in there.

Used to love coming to this pharmacy they used to have the best customer service. Now I get rude attitudes, or rushed off the phone when calling and I have to do most of the leg work before calling to inquire about anything. They don't call to tell you if a prescription needs an approval or if insurance won't cover it. I was there today and even though they were about to go to lunch. The counter person was extremely rude in letting me know they were closed for lunch and upon going back she was rude to a few other people as well. I will be looking for a new pharmacy to go to from here on out.

Sooooooo sloooooooow. The staff at this location sure take their sweet time getting stuff done which is why there is almost a long line every time I go in. Prepare to spend at least 10 minutes (maybe even 20 minutes) waiting in line. I never had this problem at my old pharmacy!

THE WORST! NEVER answer the phone and lacks customer service skills. I try to go for the convenience but it's more of a inconvenience.... Go to Beltsville or Burtonsville to maintain sanity.

Like others, I wish I could leave 1/2 star. Terrible sevice from this rude tall lady. Rude to another elderly lady, so I saw the pattern. This CVS policy is to only ring store items if you have a prescription there. Well. I was there for a vaccination, so I wanted to pay for my items. The clerk didnt offer any suggestions, she just said no and walked away. I decided to buy something behind the counter, so she had to ring my items. The policy stinks, but if this rude employee had critical thinking skills, she would have offered options for someone sitting there scheduled for a vaccination, who needed to purchase store items.The elderly patient was disabled and picking up a prescription and was rudely told by the same clerk that she couldn't wait at the counter. Again, offering no options. CVS: Find people who don't hate dealing with the public.Won't be returning, but obviously they don't care. They have so much business.

I came in to get Covid test kit at the pharmacy on 07/16/22 @11:15.And the lady Infront of payed for food and other non pharmacy stuff, didn’t even pick up prescription and left but when it comes to my turn, the little Asian (that’s the best way I can describe him) refuses to cash me out. He wanted me to go all the way to the check out which is really busy.I don’t understand why, he got offended of me asking to be checked out. My family has standing prescription so I thought I wouldn’t be discriminated openly. Oh, yeah the lady Infront of me was white lady.I just got discriminated by an Asian man. What a joke.

I've had trouble with this pharmacy several times, but I have continued to use them due to how close they are to my home. Their electronic prescription service is truly terrible. My doctor's office called in my prescription three times and the pharmacy stated they never received it. Most of the staff seem like they rather be elsewhere and aren't helpful when an issue comes up.I have received snarky and unempathetic comments on several occasions from the young man who works as a pharmacy technician.Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

This pharmacy is terribly run and they do not answer their phones. Frequent errors on prescriptions ordered through the app. We have been paying out of pocket for one prescription for almost two years and yet, each month, the system cancels the prescription request because the insurance doesn't cover the medication. So instead of reaching out, they just cancel the prescription request even though as I said, we have paid OUT OF POCKET for the medication for two years. The pharmacy should understand that we are regular customers and spend a great deal of money for a medication that we absolutely need. They are not tech savvy and with the exception of certain pharmacists that appear to take a managerial role, their customer service is not enough. Get the prescriptions right and there wouldn't be such demand for customer service. We are currently shopping around for better pharmacies but unfortunately I suspect that all of them in this area are the same.

Need more employees! I went to pick up a prescription on a Wednesday evening at about 6:30 pm. There were 2 people working. Three calls, two people in the drop off line - 5 people in the pick up line. Prescriptions were being filled on the spot as people were coming in. This is a big red flag! They employees were under stress with all the people waiting and could easily make a mistake! However, Gabriella, the manager was handling everything very well. She had a smile on her face, was friendly, and calm. I just hope CVS will hire some help for this excellent manager.

They kept my medication on hold without discussing with me why. When I went to see the status of my prescription (since nobody never called me to let me know and they didn’t pick up the phone) they told me they ran out of it. None suggested to transfer my order to another location or take over the counter. After 5 days I was able to get it. Medication are never ready when you need them and when you go for pick up the wait is usually 45/1 hour. Shameful.

It is such a shame that CVS had bought Target Pharmacies. Every single time I have to wait at least 30 minutes for service and the employees either look at me and continue doing whatever they do or just joke around back behind the counters talking about their weekend plans. The location is understaffed and had horrible service. Once, I had an prescription that needed to be ordered and they said that it was promised on this date. I called beforehand and they said that it would be ready the next day making every excuse they can and I kept calling everyday and never got my prescription. Don’t come to this location!!!

This review was initially placed for incorrect CVS in Wheaton. Cherry Hill location is where this occurred. Hard to believe that with this level of malfeasance I was not contacted by the store or CVS. These corporations do not care about the damage they do and the level of competency in employees they hire. I've heard from my current pharmacist who used to work for CVS that that employees of CVS are understaffed, overworked and treated like dirt. Obviously this is affecting how employees interact with customers.Placed order online through app at 8AM, selected fill immediately. Called at 5:30PM prescription was not ready. Was told I placed order for 12AM fill the next day, I did not. Asked them to fill prescription ASAP as it is asthma medication for my 5 year old. Went to CVS at 7pm was told order was not ready. While I am waiting at store they call my wife and tell her order is ready except for one prescription. Go back to CVS at 8:30 they only have two prescriptions out of four ready, one they don't have and one they did not fill at same time as they filled other two even though all prescription orders were placed at 8:30AM that morning. They told me that I would have to wait longer for medication that was needed. My child has asthma and has had to go to hospital for condition before. This store held up medication multiple times in the same day. Pharmacists are rude having conversations in front of me that I don't fit demographic for store and this is why they don't have medications. This pharmacy endangered my child's health by not filling the prescriptions in a timely fashion and at the same time. When I order prescriptions at 8:30AM I don't expect to be waiting for them to be filled at 8:30PM and add that I called at 5:30PM and they still were not ready at 8:30PM is unconscionable. You put my child's health at risk, I will never be using this or any other CVS as this is not the first problem I have had at your stores. I will make sure that everyone knows if you need medication in a timely fashion to never use this location. YOU PUT MY CHILD'S HEALTH AT RISK AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE.

My doctor called in 3 prescriptions and when I arrived to pick up, only 2 were available. When I spoke with my doctor about what I had received, they explained they definitely put in for 3. My doctor called the pharmacy and the pharmacy said they informed me the item was on back order (which they did not) and it would be available within the next 3 days. When I called to check on the status, the pharmacy rep, said she didn’t know when it would be in. I asked if it was possible to check with another CVS if they had the item in stock. She said yes several in the area have them, I had then inquired about the locations and had to ask for the addresses and contact numbers. I asked would the other CVS Be able to access my information she said yes they can look you up and the item. Well, the very first CVS I called was unable to look me up and just as rude and had me on hold for almost 10 minutes only to come back and say they didn’t have it. The customer service is extremely poor and I would never recommend anyone to use any CVS pharmacy after this experience.

Wish I could leave less than one star. Slow service. No communication. Problem with insurance? They never call me. Drug out of stock? They never call. Told me yesterday they would have to order my meds; they'd be in in two days. Three hours later, they found a bottle and filled it. They didn't call and tell me. I found out because I went in to pick up something else. They never fill my husband's prescriptions when they are called in. They don't start filling them until they see me in line. They don't answer their phones. Lines are horrible.
