Everything looks good ao far. The store just iopened few days ago. The store is well stock and areas are clean. Prices were good. We got a pumpkin for $2,49 which usually cost $20 if we go to a farm. It was a good seal.

This store has the worse customer service . It’s this one cashier Isaac that’s always rude and just angry 😡 today he took it upon himself to fight with a customer over a free box. I’m sure customer service has gotten complaints but since cashiers are hard to come across so they keep him on and let him continue to be rude to customers.

This Aldie has poor customer service and will take advantage of you if you don't speak English fluently. My mother handed them the cashier a $50 bill and they gave her change as if she had given them a $20, and when she asked why she only received $5 back, the cashier called her names and said, "You didn't give me $50." My mother had the female cashier call the manager, and they discussed what had occurred. The manager had the cashier pull out her larger bills, but all she had were $20 dollar bills and a $100 bill. The manager informed my mother that there was no $50 bill. She persisted that she did, and when the manager looked, they discovered the $50 bill was hidden amongst the $20 dollar bills. The cashier continue to call my mother names, with no apology from the manager either. If you come here, please pay attention since they will try to scam you. Unfortunately, my mother did not get the name of the cashier or the manager.

Cashier bad attitude.She sent me to the self-checkout while she scanned other customers products. This cashier had such terrible attitude towards us, she didn't want to do her own job. I hope the staff has better customer service instead of displaying this disgusting attitude.

The worst ALDIs I’ve ever been to across the state of Maryland. No such thing as customer service beginning with the “Manager” down to the associates. My cashier was a hispanic guy, seems like he had zero customer service experience from the beginning of my transaction I wasn’t pleased with his service. I gave him a $100 bill, total was $98.70, which I never received change for. He tried to argue with me that he gave my change back then called “manger” (a female, fair in complexion with short hair) came & asked what’s going on, after explaining the situation, she said “ok ma’am he is going to count his register & if its over $1.30 then he’ll give it to you” at this point not only is my time being wasted over $1.30 as well as customers behind me. Some minutes later, a lady with long dreads came out from the office, asked her for the managers name she ignored me then later told me to “hold on”. At this point I felt disrespected. I walked over to another associate, asked her for the managers name, while asking her the manager walked towards us nodding her head for the girl to not tell me her name. The manager insisted on telling me her name then later said her name was tanisha. Which obviously was made up. After some time, the hispanic guy came out with the teal pulling out $1.30 cents to hand to me with the manager telling him to “give me just $2”. As if I was begging them for money. I proceeded to explain myself “instead of being disrespectful & arguing with me, I just wanted to prove my point” the manger continue to tell me to get out of their store. I felt humiliated I walked out with my groceries & told them I’ll be contacting corporate because it’s not about the money but the terrible service I received.

I visit this ALDI all the time and they never have sinitizer never never, so bad. Also the carts are to dirty😞. This ALDI should be inspected by Montgomery County🤔.

I'm not normally an Aldi shopper but I was staying in the area and this one was nearby. This is by far the cleanest Aldi I've been to and, as always, very reasonable prices. The one con is that their selection (especially produce) is pretty limited. Great place to go for the basics.

I come to this aldi often. I decided to use instacart for the first time here and trust I will not again. The point of instacart is to have curbside services. When I arrived I clicked the link and stated that I was here. I watched the Aldi come to the door and then turn around with no intention to bring my groceries to the car. After messaging stating I didn’t receive my items I got out the car and went inside the associate that I spoke with was extremely rude and blatantly lied saying she didn’t see my car. What’s even more embarrassing is I just did curbside pick up with the Giant grocery store 2 blocks away. Don’t say that you have curbside pick up if your associates are going to lie and say that don’t see that car.

I love Aldi! I lived in Germany in the 80s and discovered Aldie. It is the best grocery store I have ever shopped in. Lots of variety, food is fresh environment is clean and employees are very helpful. I’m so grateful that I can shop at Aldi.

There's always just one or barely 2 registers open. They should have at least 3 since it's always full of people shopping. Also, the employees here and not properly trained. They lack respect and they throw your groceries like it's nothing. I've been to other Aldi locations where they're fast BUT gentle and considerate of your groceries. Do better!!!

Vegetables and fruits are not fresh. Price a little bit lower than giants or shoppers but quality is poor. First time going and never going back. Not worth it. I rather pay a little more to get more fresh ingredients. Only had 2 cashiers with long lines. Limited selections. Of course don’t expect any form of customer service here, you pay for what you get.

Why would they have 25 people each in only two lines open!!!! With 4 employees on the floor stocking and pulling orders I think to get the lines down would be good management plus they force you to get their 99 cent bags because they have not ordered the plastic bags for 2 weeks!!!!

Cashier Nekia is very rude. She does not need to be working with customers. During my visit I purchased 4 cases of water and had 2 carts. She aggressively moved my purse and my water out of my cart and was disrespectful. Terrible customer service

This Aldi location really is a true blessing. They have a wonderful selection of fresh produce and really good looking employees as well that work there (so kind and helpful). They have beautiful fresh flowers there and great quality seafood and such.

Great place with cheaper price. Mostly groceries are out of stock and not arranged properly (that is the only draw back). No self checkout. Always need a quarter coin for the cart.

Great prices, great products. One challenge is that the products tend to change or be out of stock frequently. But that's to be expected as they are always selling deals and I guess their inventory changes a lot.
