People need to manage their expectations about 7-11 customer service it's a convenience store not The Ritz Carleton. Out of all the 7-11's in the area this one has been in my experience the cleanest and most well stocked. Plus there doesn't seem to be a beggar or drug addict problem which is really saying something.

It's a 7-Eleven. It's surprising reading these other reviews. They're a convenience store, not a supermarket. Some staff were restocking on my visit. Store looked to be in some type of order. Granted, this can always be better. Just takes a good team and communication. Just grab-and-go.

So I go in to this 711 after working in the 90° sun all day to get a couple Gatorades. I end up seeing a gift card for the Google play store and I remembered I have been meaning to get one for a friend of mine for quite a while now. I get the all them time (I've probably purchased them on about 10- 12 other occasions) @711 because I play a game on that platform as well. The guy at the counter says, "you need cash". I literally just saw someone else pay with a card, so I knew the cc machine wasn't broken. He ends up telling me I can't purchase the gift card with cash only. I said to him very calm and collected (because I wasn't even annoyed in the slightest bit yet), "nah man, I do this at 711 all the time". "You just ring it up, put in the amount, I will confirm it on the key pad and I'm on my way". I figured he would just try it and I could get back to my 1½ hour drive. Instead he raises his eyes and just stands there. I said "can you please just try it, I have done this at 711 numerous times, it takes 2 seconds"? He just continues staring at me like an idiot but never says a single word. At this point I'm starting to get mad. This guy has not spoken a word nor responded to anything I have said since he said "you need cash". I than said "do you just enjoy making people's day's more difficult than they need to be"? He continued to stare blankly and I finally said, "just give me the freaking Gatorades". He than pulled them behind the counter and refused to sell anything to me!!! And he still NEVER SAID A WORD TO ME!! Now I'm HOT.....So I had a few choice words for him that I will leave out of the review and I left...to say the least I was and still am just dumbfounded by this whole situation. I have never been refused service in my life, let alone while simply trying to purchase about $45 worth of goods. It's not like I was trying to scam some free stuff or looking for a discount. I just wanted to get a drink and a gift card.

I bought a vuse charger about 9 days ago and wasn’t working but I didn’t get a chance to go exchange it till today when the guys that work there did not want to exchange it for me and I showed him it wasn’t working plus I had my receipt.They both fake looked in the back for a manager and we all know there is no way you don’t know if a manager is there or not but ok. Plus they were talking their language with each other like I wasn’t right there and we all speak English, so with that being said the customer service sucks and whomever owns or manage that 7/11 is sad to have such employees that don’t care about nothing but themselves.

This place needs to be reported! They are ripping off people every day! The last several times there, I've caught them trying to overcharge me. On my previous visit, I took 5 items to the counter, they tried to overcharge me on 4 of them! They are intentionally trying to take advantage of people who are in a hurry, hoping that the customer doesn't notice that the prices they charge are very different than what is posted. They are deliberately robbing the public!!!

I've never been so disgusted at any business establishment before in my entire life! Today, I stopped by this 7-Eleven in Silver spring, MD Westech Village Corner, 12257 Tech Rd. I asked the clerk that I would like to add money to my prepaid card. He immediately proceeded to proclaim: "No no, we can't... we've been robbed $2000 this week!" Just imagine your a customer, how would you feel?

My issue with this store is the fact that they are not restocking the shelves, specifically the cold drinks in the refrigerator. I drink Red Bull sugar-free almost every day, almost every I stop by to get it, they are out, either the 12oz or the 16oz (that I prefer). But guess what, if you look through the shelves, inside the cooler, you can see that there are several cans sitting there, just not put out for sale. I wish they would be more proactive on that, it's really a bummer when I have to stop by the Exxon gas station close to that store to buy Red Bull, they always have it. But anyway, besides that, it's a good store.

Went in here to load money on my debit cards so I can pay my bills and because each card would only allow 500 bucks, I needed to load money on 3, mind you I paid the fees but after 2 the lady at the counter refused to add money to my 3rd card I stood in line, waited my turn and needed my money added. She flat out refused. That was a jerk move lady. I’m a single mom and have to pay my bills. Would give 0 stars if I could.

This first store off 29 near to the DMV tried to rip me off when I tried to buy cigarettes so I went to the one off Briggs Chaney where I got the smokes at a fair price. I've noticed the first store in the shopping center the IHOP is in often raises prices on stuff the 2nd one doesn't

No stars. The behave like drones withnlittle to no command of the english language. Seems as if yheybwere trained to simply work and understand how to vaguely manipulate the cash register. In conversation about anything especially an issue you are having or a question and the respond like a deer in headlights and then the movenon like you were not talking to them. Service is terrible and in will never spend anothe dime in that place and I recommend the samen to anyone else, unless you enjoy being frustrated.

Female cashier wasn't attentive, very engaged in conversations with another staff member. Young man decided to sweep the rug in my direction, dust and debris flying all around me. No conscience, no respect and no apologies what so ever just rude behavior.

Every time I go in for coffee, most of the urns are empty and there is no variety. No dark coffee. All the other 7-11s I go to have a much better selection.

Bathroom is disgusting. Broken toilet, no soap or paper towels and pee all over the floor. Ask for a cup of ice since they were out of cold 20oz mountain dew and they said I would have to pay for a soda cup the price inst the issue. If you are out you should compensate.
