8/25/2023: They don't update their gas prices unless it's an increase. They've been at $4.09 a gallon for the last 3 weeks. All the other gas stations in the area are at $3.75 or lower. Continue to avoid this place. There's a CitGo 2 minutes down the road, just go there. It has a 7-Eleven next door that doesn't suck.11/15/2022: Pump #5 can't pay at pump, forced to go inside. The card that wouldn't work outside worked completely fine inside.7/8/2022: Pump #7 still can't pay at the pump. It doesn't recognize a card has been inserted. Pump #2 the "cruise control" latch for hands free pumping is broken.4/7/2022: I still can't pay for gas at the pump. Pump #7 doesn't recognize a card is inserted and Pump #5 tells you to See Cashier regardless of the card you use (Debit/Credit). I stand by what I said 7 months ago, go to the Exxon up the street.9/12/2021: Half the pumps don't work, the other half give a PKI Authentication Failure when trying to pay at the pump. Stale, left out all day food. Don't bother stopping here. There plenty of other gas stations and convenience stores in the area.

By far the worst 711 in the area. Over priced gas, coffee is cold, most of the machines don't work, staff seems incompetent. Just go to the one down the street in cloverly.

I stopped in to purchase a couple snacks. The ice cream has a add on the ice cream case 2 for 4 for several items. The cashier wanted to charge me regular price and I explained what the sign stated, but she said no that's not correct. I asked if she could come and look at the sign(no other person in the store) she said I'm busy mopping and don't have time. This is not the first time this particular person has had an attitude with customers (not me). I asked for the manager name and when they will be in and was told I'm not sure. This person customer service leaves a lot to be desired.UpdateI received a reply to my review from the manager??? Stating '' this doesn't sound right''.... I'm not sure what the manager meant by this doesn't sound right, but this starting off wrong. I will email 7-11 for them to investigate, but after I speak with the manager if the employees will give me the opportunity to speak with them. I've called several times today, but wasn't able to speak with the managerWill update again after I speak with the manager and hopefully get this resolved

My mom who is old grandma, she went here to put gas on Sat. She accidentally pushed button for car wash which she did not intend. So she went to the cashier to get credit back but worker or the manager there said she has to come back on Monday because their machine is not properly working or something. So they made her come back on Monday. She asked them to give credit back but now they say car wash doesn’t belong to theirs and they have nothing to do with car wash and would not want to refund the credit back. This is total scam and it seems like they’ve been doing this to increase sale on their car wash.Don’t be fooled! Be aware!

Over priced gas and issues paying at the pump. Also the store was closed at 1 am despite being listed as 24 hours and an employee being inside with the lights on

The 7-11 itself is fine. The gas prices here are rediculous. $0.14 higher than the 7-11 2 miles up the street in Burtonsville and $0.10 higher than the Citco 200 yards away in Cloverly. And that Citco has always been high.

They can't seem to bring the stuff you buy it correctly and then when they overcharge you they're unwilling to fix what they messed up even though you have bakes bank statements and receipts I'd give him less than 1 * if I could
