NOTHING in here is priced as marked. Okay fine, this is a normal scam and they'll adjust the price when you tell them. Their cashiers pretend they don't know English and clam up the moment you say something. Never thought I'd find the shadiest 7-Eleven AFTER moving out of DC.

The guy I think is the manager was very rude. I was buying a lottery ticket, and nothing else, so he rudely told me to move to the side. Then he took a customer buying something else, before me. If they offer lottery, they should take you in order of when you came.

Train your staff to do their job well and not refusing service simply because they don’t feel like it. All I wanted to do was put my snap info in my self which is something they can do with no problem. But this person felt that looking down on someone was the easy way wouldn’t let us purchase the items until someone from the back came out and went In the system then we were able to type in our info after arguing with a costumer for 15 minutes. All we wanted was water. It would have been a simple 3 min transaction if he would have let me type in the info but instead decided to be difficult!

I appreciate the customer service I receive at this location. The current staff is courteous and thoughtful. I would say that the only negative is that currently you have such an emphasis for online orders that the in-person visitor can often feel second class. Often, I must wait for the staff to fill online orders for delivery drivers to the detriment of in person clients. This should not occur but happens on a daily basis. Additionally, the Staff seems to have little if any awareness of the sale items you offer. I must usually pull up your advertisement and show them the item in question. They also do not honor the prices from the ads if they are not in the computer. This is very frustrating.

Ordinarily the employees of this store are great. But on Friday last week when I went in the store I was greeted by some unknown manager who bugged me about wearing a mask and then when I went to pay for my items this man grabbed my items off the counter and rudely refused service. This manager needs to be retrained on the retail sales concept "the customer is always right. If the customer is wrong see rule number one." It was a very degrading experience being told while they were behind plexiglass to do that. 7-11 corporate when I complained to them about this was very awful in supporting that kind of boorish behavior by a manager who cared more about a non existent disease rather than engaging in commerce. It makes me never wanting to shop in a 7-11 ever again.

No extra large cups on one of the hottest days of the summer. Still selling large hot dogs without correct size buns. Sales people never seem to be aware of sales items.

I went into this establishment three times between 5/1 and 5/25th. And all times they didn’t stop or refuse service to patrons without a mask. In addition they had an employee on the 25th who wasn’t wearing a mask. They really need to practice better public health.

The staff at the 14430 Layhill Rd 7-11 is always cheerful and helpful, but often the syrup mix in their fountain sodas is so weakly mixed that it is almost as clear and tasteless as water. Using less fountain syrup may save money but it loses customers.

This store has very poor customer service. I ask the cashier could I speak to the manger after he was very rude. He refused to give the manger name . He ignored me asking repeatedly. I will never go to this store again.
