Your staff at 13880 are rude!!!!! The lady cashier is on the phone speaking to someone and we are 3 customers on the que while the man behind the counter told us the its only one counter opened. This happens to me and others alot of times and the particular shift needs to be fired. It's Sunday July 2nd 2023 at 1.23pm.

Went in the store this morning at 7am tried purchasing chips. The sign stated they were 2 for $4. When to the register and they were more. I told the manager , he stated that was yesterday.If a price is there, that's what the customer pays. The manager came and took the sign off and I didn't get the chips smh

I was in your store yesterday . Only 2 people there. One on the register ,other just watching. Tried to cash a 42$ lottery ticket and get two packs of cigs. Not only did he not give my winnings money. He tried to get me for 3$. Gave my cigs first. Then without counting just handed me a clump of money. Which when I counted it. Was a 10,5 and 3 ones. Some change. I told him give my lottery money. Take cigs back. Then I told him how he is supposed to give people their money first. He didn't want to hear it. Bought my cigs. Then I had 21$ and some change. Tried to snip me. Not good

My only real complaint is the APP wallet feature which is buggy as some employees don't know how to check me out with that feature. As far as fresh food goes, no skim milk in any store I have visited nation wide. A lot of soda, not much healthy choices.

I went in and asked he cashier if they sold scratch off lottery tickets. He looked confused and asked, "What?" I asked again, slowly this time and again he looked at me like I was an idiot and gave no clear response. I decided to leave and on the way out I saw a scratch off machine in the corner. I'm not sure why he didn't understand my question. Maybe he didn't speak English. Poor customer service. Also the floors were disguising, it smelled bad, and there were flies. There are a few convenience stores just down the street. Use them instead.

The wait times are ridiculous. Maybe if there were more people behind the registers it'd be much better, but until then I wouldn't recommend going to this 7eleven.

They make you stand in a line behind a bunch of kids skipping school, just to get in. And with kids constantly coming, and cutting line, you're best bet is to go to a different location if you are in a hurry. This place is managed by idiots.

I despise having to come to this 7-eleven because it is beyond G-H-E-T-T-O like everything else in Briggs Chaney going downhill. There are crackheads of all kinds loitering and panhandling out front every time I just feel annoyed anyways

7eleven is a great store where you can buy great snacks like, slurped, donuts and candy too. This is a great store and I want to go and some great snacks again.
