Good selection of stuff and the staff is always very helpful. I was recently having trouble getting the right wiper blades for my car. One of the managers, I think his name was Santos, took the time to help me find the right wiper blades and then he even installed them for me. Very nice guy. Thanks!

From the second I step foot in the door to the moment the door closes when I leave, the folks in here are crazy helpful. They have a great selection of items to choose from and are priced very competitively. And they are in a great, easy to access location in Park Plaza in SP. It's definitely my go-to place when I need something. And they are pretty darn good at making keys too which is always a bonus. highly recommend.

I had a great experience at Ace Hardware in Severna Park, MD. I was looking to order some lawn equipment and Andre was very helpful in assisting me with my order. He was knowledgeable about the products and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this hardware store to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

They need to update their inventory online. We drove 25 miles because they were showing an item as being in stock. They didn't have it and all they said was "you should have called first"...no you should update your system.

This Ace Hardware location was just what I was looking for. There are times you need to go to a Lowe’s or Home Depot, but when you want a set of keys made, some light bulbs replaced, or someone who works in the store to help you instead of avoid you until you have to seek for help…Ace is the Place! Great friendly and helpful service!

I would normally have given a rating of 4 or 5. I, like many others, like to support local business. The location is good. The selection is good. Customer service is generally good. My problem is that I ordered something online to be delivered to the store for pick-up... it was a Christmas present and so this was done in Dec. When I went to pick the item up, I found something in stock at the store that I liked better. Everyone knew that I wanted to return what I had ordered online. It's now March and I have yet to receive the credit. The manager that I've spoken with has always been polite and assured me that this will be corrected. After yet another call, he is escalating this to a corporate level in hopes that it will be completed today. I'm not saying don't shop here - I'm just disappointed that 3 months later this is still an issue.

I went in store to buy spark plug for my chainsaw. The “expert” said he needed model number of saw (2 models). I couldn’t remember but brought spark plug with me. Instead of looking up both models and comparing spark plug, he said couldn’t help me. It was near closing time and he didn’t seem enthusiastic to help me. I will never go to this store again. I try to give local stores my business. I’m done with this place.

I went in for some sink stoppers, Marcus was wonderful, had a sense of humor and service was amazing. Checking out I encountered Darcy, she was funny friendly and her and Marcus had friendly banter about who I really should review. I've always been able to walk in, ask any associate where to find what I need, and they take me to it immediately. I've always been greeted and respected when I say I'm fine and don't need help when I'm just browsing. Very important quality to me as I generally don't like to be bothered while I'm just trying to figure out what to use on a project I have in my head.

Stopped in twice in the last month or so for soda stream CO2 canisters. After reading their sign on the shelf, which stated "Go to register to exchange the canister", I spent 10 minutes with a "sales associate" for him to tell me there were no canisters for sale. He even rang me up and took a coupon all before realizing they were out of stock. Manager comes over and says "Bed Bath and Beyond carries them". Obviously. But I live nearby so it was more convenient. I'd recommend the Cape Ace Hardware or Lowes. This place is always dirty and never has anything useful in stock. Will probably be out of business next year thanks for shoddy management.

I try to support small local businesses, but when they treat you like dirt, I'm going to choose other options. Bought a tool here (along with a couple other tools last week) and ended up not needing it. I went to return it today and the cashier said "Did you get this from the clearance isle?" I said yes. He laughed and said "Did you not see all the final sales signs?" I said "Yes, but the receipt shows I didn't even get the clearance price." He stared at the receipt and said "says right here original price is $11.99" and I replied and showed him that it was for the tape measure. He said I was right and gave me the refund, after he already laughed and wanted to decline giving me a refund. For him to give me poor service when I was right, I will never shop here again. If I ended up needing to keep that tool, I wouldn't have complained that I didn't get the clearance price, I would have just kept it. But because I ended up not needing it, I did want my refund especially after noticing I wasn't even given the clearance price.

I needed a refrigerator filter so I called Ace Home Center in Severna Park. A polite young man answered, check the computer and in house stock. He found the last one & put it at the register for me. Customer service is alive & well at Ace. This is a rare thing these days. Thank you, Ace is the Place, as their slogan says!

I won't ever shop here again, The female manager is kind and very helpful however the main manager above her didn't seem to care very much about the customers satisfaction and also there is an employee (occasionally says he's a manager, if he is that's even worse) named John (tall black/brown hair and beard) that I witnessed on my 1st visit being extremely mean, nasty and condescending to an older lady in front of myself and my family. Then the same guy was very rude and again condescending to my mother over the phone. For the main store manager to allow this employee to continue to work there openly treating customers this way speaks volumes about this store.I encourage you to shop somewhere else where at least the customer is treated with respect, kindness, appreciation and maturity.

Very unprofessional. I was in the store quickly looking for a replacement screw around closing time and they turned the lights off on us. On top of that the phone rang minutes before closing and the manager said “Don’t pick that phone up”. So much for customer service!!
