Everyone at this dealer is very friendly and helpful. I walked in on Saturday and Greg rolled the 2 bikes I was looking at out for me to check put. Within minutes he had some numbers for me and I ended up buying a new Suzuki! Thank you very much! I will be buying bikes from this place in the future. They went above and beyond to make sure I was all set before, during and after purchase of the bike. I feel like this shop truly cares about the people buying their bikes, not just on making a sale.

Huge thanks to Matt at Pete’s cycles. I was in the area and had and issue with my tire. Him and Pete’s cycles took care of me and gave me a good, fair price on a great quality Michelin tire. Definitely recommend them if ur in the are. I will come back for future things.

Even though this facility was unable to take care of the computer update on my slingshot it's just the fact that I had a return call. Thank you.

Showed a ton of patience and walked through various options and scenarios for our needs. Maggie in Finance was great, super knowledgeable and friendly. We came in just prior to closing and they got us in and out quickly. Great first motorcycle experience for my son.

I recently purchased a 2023 Yamaha R7 from Pete's Cycle in Severna Park (March 2023). Matt Leach in the sales department was fantastic! I put down a deposit in December, but because of shortages, there was no telling when the motorcycle would actually be delivered. Somehow Matt was able to get it to me in three months, I still don't know how he managed to pull that off. He even let me borrow a loaner helmet until my actual helmet arrived. I did have some hiccups however with the service department, where they wanted me to schedule an appointment and wait three weeks for a simple stripped bolt removal, but I called and spoke to John Bolotin and he rectified the situation. John even ordered new OEM Yamaha bolts and I was able to replace the stripped ones. Overall my experience with Pete's has been a positive one and I highly recommend them. Looking forward to continuing my business with them in the future.

I am a new comer to PWCs, Kawasaki Jet skis, BRP Sea-Doos, and Yamaha Wave Runners and wanted to purchase one at Pete's Cycle Co Inc. at the Severna Park location around mid August (2017). Look at this review for my tips on buying a PWC.Sales Rep:-----------------The sales rep Andrew A. was super nice, and was able to break down PWC models for what my wife and I was looking for. He was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons between the mfg/models/features. He's very knowledgeable.(TIP #1) Because, the season was almost over there were still some PWCs left at the shop with dealer/mfg discounts. (most dealers need to move inventory)We ended up choosing a Sea-Doo GTI SE 90hp (black/green/white) and got a nice discount. Although we wanted the Yamaha VXr it was slighter higher than we wanted to pay. Andrew really took the time to show us pretty much all their inventory and really listened to our wants and concerns. He then would narrow thing down to three skis to choose from around the same price range. He explained all the features between the skis that really helped us decide the right PWC for us. He also suggests great resources online for tips with your new PWC.(TIP #2) Don't buy the emergency safety kit (fire extinguisher) at the dealership. Get it from Amazon or Sea-Doo. It's a lot cheaper. Other places also provide a tow rope and flashlight. Also, a telescopic paddle is like 10 bucks at Walmart.(TIP #3) When you buy a trailer make sure you ask about a wheel stand. I found out afterwards. :-((TIP #4) Get the 3 year warrantee. It's worth it, especially when newer PWCs have lots of features (more moving parts). iBR, digital dash, VTS, and possible mfg defects. (we had a wrinkle in a large decal). Any engine issues, Pete's Cycle stands behind their work from what I hear. I live close to Pete's Cycle and talked to folks about PWCs and hear their service is very good especially in the Anne Arundel county MD area.Taking the PWC Home:-------------------------------------We had to pick up the PWC a few days later after it was prep'd. At this point service people will go over the watercraft before you put it on the hitch to leave.One of 2 of the service men (older man) was rushing us and wasn't very clear on explaining things (properly flushing, rpm the first 10 hrs.??). I felt like I was the idiot... keep in mind some customers are totally new to the PWC world.(TIP #5) Have them show you how to check the oil dipstick level. All models have user manuals but they don't really show you how to read it.Winterizing/Servicing:-----------------------------------As far as I know there was a younger fellow who was working with us to get things winterized and he was exceptional, he was super busy that day and managed to take care of us. When we picked up the PWC he helped my wife put it on the hitch. He knew that we were newbies and suggested we get a battery charger special for PWC batteries. They took the battery out for us too.(TIP #6) Buy things from their store to get points and discounts because you are their customer. While some products seem higher priced, but there you can actually try thing on such as life vests, sun glasses, and helmets.I know in the past the've had customer service issues, but I've recently been there to look at the new PWC models, and they've been super friendly and helpful.If you have problem just let the manager know.Overall, Pete's Cycle Co in Severna Park is a great place to purchase and service your personal watercraft.

I just picked up a 2022 Yamaha Superjet from Greg M. this week. The ski was on order for a few months given the production issues which Yamaha is experiencing. However, Greg and I spoke several times as I waited for delivery. When I came in to finalize the purchase it was a great experience. Greg and Maggie (finance person) made the process fast and efficient. I was very impressed. The paperwork was already complete. I signed a few papers, discussed the warranty & features of the ski and just that fast, I was out the door. It was almost too easy. Greg even helped me load the ski on my trailer. Great overall experience! They are good people.

Only experience I had was just now. I called two Pete’s location to get a bolt that I had stripped. They didn’t have it in stock. So I asked for a part number and they refused because it’s an “active part number and that I could turn around and go on partzilla to order it”Well yeah if you don’t have it in stock and I need my bike fixed, why would I wait when I can go elsewhere? Awful money hungry company.

I've bought 2 motorcycles from here and had them serviced here as well.The sales, service, and parts staff are very understanding of customer needs, are very knowledgeable of the specs of their inventory, and hold a very pleasantly approachable demeanor. I highly recommend stopping here if you are in the market for recreational vehicles (Motorcycles, Trikes, ATV, Jet ski, etc.) as I never felt pressured to buy anything, on the contrary, I felt so comfortable that I wanted to buy from here after visiting other dealers with similar inventory to what I was looking for.Lastly, though I'm a huge fan of 300cc's they never made me feel ashamed of it and actually encouraged me to ride whatever I felt comfortable on and to upgrade only when I felt ready.Notable staff that made a huge impact on my experience were Matt (in Parts and Sales) and Billy (in Service Dept).

I got the the deal that I wanted for my trade and the new motorcycle. Their customer service is on point and they know the motorcycle business. I bought a Sea-Doo switch from Pete cycle's in Feb 22. It is now may and I finally have all parts and accessories for the boat. Was lied to multiple times that parts were their or not there. Good luck getting a phone call back from these guys. I would call given a round about answer that they would get info and call back. I'd wait a week with no calls. I'd call back and get another crazy response. The icing on the cake was a box of my accessories was in a sales person's car and he didn't feel like getting gas and left the car at home. How the box left the store in someone's personal car is beyond me. Terrible customer service after you signed your name on the sale.while buying I had a good experience. Even told a buddy to buy a jet ski from only to call him back say nevermind. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to deal with the service after buy from these guys.. with that being said it seems to be the sales team that is the issue. My suggestion for management is have a meeting with sales guys and make sure they are calling people back when problems arise. Be good even after you get your sale. Personally I believe that's where it makes people come back for more business.

Worst salesman ever. He tried selling me a 2018 damaged bike for the exact same price as a brand new 2023. I broke down the math for him and he couldn’t come up with a response, flabbergasted. He stated the used one is $600 cheaper and I informed him he was charging $600 for freight because it’s new so the exact same price, also it’s damaged, has miles and is five years old. He said he couldn’t come down a dollar from the floor price. I asked for his manager’s counter offer on either bikes and he said they don’t counter offer he said NO dealerships counter offer. I’ve sold bikes professionally. This whole experience was an embarrassment to the profession.

This is a motorcycle shop that cares. I had a great experience purchasing my bike. They want to put good quality bikes in the hands of riders for good prices. During the pre-sell inspection THEY found a cut in the front tire and replaced it at no cost to me. The entire process was seamless and hassle free. I highly recommend them and I will be returning for any maintenance needs that I might have.

This is the place to go!!!I contacted Greg about a scooter that was listed online, and he talked to me about the history of it and answered all of my questions. Glad I reserved it before coming in, because their inventory was selling left and right. He knows Hondas and helped me understand what I may be looking for. Easy to talk with! When we test drove the scooter, he took the time to make sure I was comfortable using it and that everything was squared up.Maggie shared her experiences and is such a great source of knowledge. Her enthusiasm for riding made it all even better experience!!! She by herself is enough to write a rave review! (Side note, i appreciate how legit and well run they have their paperwork. Been to some shady places and am glad this place had a smooth operation.)Even the cashier, Aaron was kind, and helped me figure out what accessories may be better suited for me. The delivery guy was also super nice.GO HERE!! 😁

Greg is a good salesman however he tend to make subliminal comments thinking I didn’t catch them…My overall experience wasn’t a bad one. It’s sadden me that I had to be refunded my deposit due to Polaris not having the bike/machines readily available due to electronic parts not being shipped with each unit. The wait time is unacceptable. I was told to get on the list “the waiting list” my bike wouldn’t come until the end of June/July then told it might be Aug. or Sept. it’s ridiculous…I’m hoping I will be contacted once it arrives to be given first right of refusal to purchase instead on the bike be bumped to someone else. That’s the least Pete’s Cycle can do is still offer the bike to the initial buyer whether on the list or not. My check is ready to be sent in full payment.
