Sarah S did not follow instructions. I told her what length to groom my pet and instead of seeking permission to make changes to my pet’s haircut - she decided to do what she wanted. My pet’s haircut was uneven and looked rushed through. She has also made shoddy remarks and I think that it’s very unprofessional to say the least. On one occasion, she smirked as she mentioned that all of the dog trainers have quit. I personally do not believe that she truly likes animals, as she got visibly annoyed when she heard a dog barking - rolled her eyes and then announced that she was texting the manager to remove the dog from the store. Where is her compassion? I want to feel like the groomer genuinely cares not just for my pet, but for all animals that enter the store. I no longer feel comfortable allowing her to service my pet. I do enjoy the Petco store, but unfortunately will have to seek other options.

the Petco Grooming team did such a great job - fast, friendly, and helpful! Roya has the magic touch, keeping my 5mo puppy at ease all while making him clean & cute!

Sarah is so gentle with Miles. I trust her completely and know she takes great care of him. She always lets me know how he did when I pick him up.
