Went to check out the fish, products and their tanks were amazingly clean and all the fish looked very happy. The employees were very helpful and helped me questions. Well definitely be back to get some fish. I went there later evening shortly before closing. They also had a few other healthy looking pets like rodents, reptiles and a few cats. If you want to waste money and break your heart, and kids, almost instantly, buy fish from here. I bought this fish 2 days ago and died already. I bought 2 precious fish and 2 shrimp from the same store, and all died within a week. I have 4 other fish and 2 shrimp from House of Tropicals…and 0 have died. Petco is a scam!!!!

Just wanted to let all of those looking for quality dog grooming to book an appointment with Jennifer (Jaycee) at the pet grooming station. Jaycee listened to all my requests regarding my Bernedoodle Nellie, and I must say that Jaycee exceeded all my expectations. Nellie looks like the “barbie” of Bernedoodles! I have already set up a schedule of future appointments with Jaycee!

First time visiting this Petco location since it was relocated to a larger tenant space. The place was very clean and organized. The employees were helpful and courteous. They have a very good selection of products for various pets. Their fish department was impressive, with a variety of fresh and salt water fish and fish supplies. Their selection of dog and cat supplies was also very large. It was easy to find everything. They also have an adoption center onsite.

Jaycee and Roya took such amazing care of my Bear! They got him in for a quick nail trim and buff and he was SO happy hanging out with them! Not to mention his nails look GOOD! Danny is always greeting folks as they come in and he's always so kind to help with questions. Jaycee, Roya, Danny, and Sophie are all SUPER friendly and very clearly love all the pets that come through. Hands down the best Petco location I've been to! Bear can't wait to come back! Thanks, y'all!!!

The two girls working at the Groomers today were so helpful when I couldn’t find a worker on the floor. They took the time to help me look for something to help with my pups itchy skin. One girl even briefly examined her skin to get a better look to see whats could be causing it (wasn't fleas, pup has a flea/tick collar on). They then brought me to the appropriate isle and recommended some products that could help and helped guide me with other possible products besides topical solutions. Best customer service. Please keep this up. I would rather drive the extra mile to experience great help from the staff.

Grooming Salon they need better customer service, i was standing there waiting for my puppy to get his haircut done and they kick me out telling me "45 min more to go walk outside or go home!!" Not sure why they have those see through glass windows if you dont want no one to be looking around.Also a waiting area will be great for this.Im not coming back here for Grooming. Pet Supplies are the BEST++Petco:Customer should feel welcome.

Terrible customer service. Their employee scanned the wrong size and now they won’t issue a return / store credit because I have the wrong size. Would be simple to confirm inventory levels and make this right but the manager made zero effort what so ever to look anything up. Called corporate and they submitted the request only to tell me they have no control over the stores sales. Huge waste of time and they do not stand behind their return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to shop with Petco.

You know what? I'm not even going to fake it! I had the WORST experience in that pet store today, around 12noon - and when I tell you the girl that sits back in the back at the groomers desk today was trifling! Yes, I said trifling!!! I came up to ask this female a question, she literally sat there and ignored me! Didn't open her mouth or look my way!! What the heck is going on around here!!, not to mention the girl at the front counter. As I am walking out with my dog, my daughter and my grand-dog....this girl had the nerve to tell these two customers in front of me....'Uh...please don't let the dogs meet!"......WHAT!!??"DON'T LET THE DOGS MEET!?"....What kind of IGNORAMOUS MESS is that??! It's a PET-STORE!! 'P=E=T'. Where heck else, but the best place for our furry-babies to meet....IN A PET STORE!!! Don't we as humans MEET when we go in to stores to shop? WTH? Do ya'll here what I am saying here? Not only did they NOT have the food that we came to get for out babies....but they had the nastiest attitudes I have ever seen and I grew up in Severna Park!! Yall need to get your act together because Severna Park is the best place on this earth to live. The people are friendly and kind, not nasty and rude!!! Ya'll get it together at PETCO, or find another JOB!!! And that's real talk.

Checked out to new location and as a pet owner I was sad to see how they’re treating exotics. 2 ball pythons per an enclosure obviously stressed out, lack of complete substrate, the chameleon cage and crested gecko cage barren when they prefer stocked cages. The crested gecko had nothing to climb on. Likewise their aquariums were completely empty and they were doing a fish in cycle. Most of those Koi, goldfish, and mollies will most likely past in the next couple days. They were all sick and it was sad to see. I don’t know who runs the petcare department at this store but as a former employee of the company this was extremely sad to see. I’ll give it two months before I go back in but hopefully they make it look better by then. Go to the Annapolis location if you’re looking for fish and or reptiles.

Went here to grab dog food and found it with ease. They have a plethora of selections which is great. The kittens were cute and I liked their options on leashes and collars. The beds were adorable and I love the baked treats. I have brought her there for grooming and she loves her spa day! Fantastic employees who are knowledgeable about their products and services.

Went in to get treats to enclose dog pills in. Puppy kept spitting out treats bought elsewhere. Staff were able to tell me which treats to buy for the specific med my pup was taking to help hide the taste and smell. Worked wonderfully!Knowledgeable, friendly, courteous staff. This is s small store focused on dogs and cats but has a good selection of essentials.

If I earn discounts... it would be nice to be able to apply any discounts at the time of purchase.And it would also be great it you carried Novalin - insulin for my dog. :)But the people are totally friendly and helpful and wonderful!

We heard about their free puppy socialization classes on Saturdays and Sundays and decided to check it out. We're so happy we did! The staff is awesome and the main trainer Chrissy is amazing. She works with all the puppies and runs the class very efficiently. Our 1st time there she spent 15 minutes with us after the class helping us with a proper collar and harness. Both have made a big difference! Our 2 year old daughter was with us and Chrissy included her in the process and really made it an awesome experience. We'll definitely be back next weekend for the social and anytime we need supplies. THANKS!! :)

Friendly, small town atmosphere. They really seem to care and provide attentive service. Tristan conducts great puppy training classes. They are so much better than the big box pet stores and they have nearly everything you could want for your dog or cat.

I guess they have a lot of new people. This visit was not very nice. One girl was nice the other was not. In fact very snippy. No worries pet smart is right up the road. I've spent a lot of money here and had at least 5 training classes with my pups. I can take the cash elsewhere.

The store was fine and service was good. Santa picture was disappointing. I’ve taken my pet for Santa pictures to other locations the past 3 years, this was the worst. Wait time was minimal. Green screen background was a bit ridiculous and off season given it is a Christmas picture. Santa and my pet were in space for some reason. Paid $10 for a picture to be texted and emailed to me. No actual picture and frame like previous years. I would’ve been happier just donating the $10. You have and can definitely do better. Santa’s beard was terrible - flat and falling off. Felt like Santa and helpers were just hanging out and not aware that they were actually at work. Organization was lacking.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their prices can’t be beat! I used to not shop their over petsmart due to higher prices then they lowered on my wellness for my cat there hasn’t been any Petsmart in over a year! I hope you continue to keep the prices lower on the higher end food especially since that’s all my cat gets. Well done for stealing a Petsmart custom I really enjoy my Petco
