Decent selection, with a staff that's nice. The store stays pretty clean and the waits usually aren't bad.However, costs are higher than decent competitors like Safeway and Giant, the Asian Bar is rarely open until 7 like it claims , and they lack SodaStream. Comparing the store signature items, there's better options elsewhere. When the primary function of a grocery store is to just be a place to buy things, having it priced higher and lacking options really isn't good. I'm sure some people have a good reason to like it, but for me, I'd only come here out of convenience and the Asian Bar, and the latter is very hit or miss.

The grocery store is ok...nothing spectacular or extremely different from any other grocery store. I was disappointed when I ordered deli turkey and cheese from the deli section. Disappointed because the lady who took my order and sliced my deli orders, packaged my food poorly....very poorly. Nice attitude but poor packing service, for sure.

We got these amazing cannolis in their bakery, 6 dollars for five so their prices are not that bad. The store is very clean and the organization is nice as well. The only thing I would say is I wish they had bull food option, as well as other more sustainable options compared to some stores such as sprouts that is in the area.

The store has a lot of variety and unique options for all. But it can be a bit pricey. There are other stores that offer better prices but I can understand why people would prefer shopping here. It's low-key, clean, and simple.

I love Harris Teeter! They have an amazing selection, and they carry products that I can't find anywhere else, like all the flavors of Tillamook ice cream. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it's definitely worth the drive

I wish the Asian food bar did not say open until 7:00pm. In reality, it's open until the food runs out, which is often well before 7:00pm. We've been disappointed on several occasions.

I love this store! The departments were staffed with courteous n friendly people. Loved the bakery section. They had everything I was looking for. Check out went quickly, register staff were very professional. I recommend shopping here.

The store is normally well stocked and looks clean. An employee in the produce section was very helpful today he brought out more fruit from the back because what was out was picked over. The cashiers are always friendly and professional!Unfortunately, the deli dept is not managed well. It’s been multiple times I’ve had to wait an unacceptable amount of time to be serviced on the handmade sandwich side (near sushi). I don’t know which side is more important the sandwich side or where you slice meat side? Regardless, and even if your understaffed, you need to be mindful of WAITING CUSTOMERS! Train the workers time management. How to multitask and alternate sides.Communication goes a long way and if you simply say as soon as I finish with the current customer I’ll be with you on the other side then return back then repeat - -that would likely be ok for people waiting.But when a person has to look for a manager or stand 5 or 6 minutes then say excuse me is this side open to be told I didn’t see you over there, I’m alone give me a minute and your moving like a unhappy snail is jus unprofessional.I think I’ll just stay away from the deli dept but the sushi side workers were friendly and helpful.

Good selection of foods, but pricey. Good sales though. For their bogo free, you don't have to get 2 if you don't want... you can get 1 for 1/2 price. I bought a Goya coconut water for my husband for $3.77. The next day I got some elsewhere for $1.44.. Nice, clean store, very convenient to me But I'm selective in what I buy there.

I go here a lot. And, I like it because a lot of times I can find things here that I can't find at other grocery stores. Their produce is excellent and I like their hot and ready foods (if you haven't tired their ribs you are missing out🤤). Also, it is very worth while to have a VIC card. The discounts using the card are excellent.

The selection here is great. They had everything I came here for, unlike the Giant up the road. The people were nice. The checkout process was confusing. You leave your cart on one side and then walk through a pass-through to pay on the other side. Nice workers.

I like this store a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Produce is good. A little higher priced but always good quality. Sales make it worth it. I always grab at least 4 bunches of grapes when they go on sale. Starbucks location. Flower shop has a beautiful selection as well.

Prices are good, including nice sales. Very clean and open. The deli has a lot of fresh options and the variety of the selection is incredible in the groceries.Editing 2/25/21 to add that, after spending more time shopping at Harris Teeter, the efforts and courteous attitude of the staff are exceptional, and they go the extra mile to help you or make your life easier. I have never had a better experience with staff at a grocery store. They are saints for keeping us all going during these times and deserve to be treated the way they treat us.

I have been to this store a 4 or 5 times. I've always appreciated the selection of products they offer, including a wide variety of like products. They always have their products in stock, or at least they have during all my visits. Their sales are very good, especially if you have one of their VIC loyalty cards. The store is very logically laid out and the aisles are nice and wide to accommodate carts or patrons in wheelchairs. The parking lot is very nice with ample lighting and parking within a short walking distance to the front of the store. I would recommend giving this store a chance if you're in the area or live nearby.

Meh.....sorry but the name is just dumb and I can can never remember it. Nevertheless that petty comment aside, it has a difficult parking lot, relatively small footprint, very small limited bakery...little to no local MD (or even PA) produce (and if they do, they don't mark it as such). Lines to checkout are always 8-10 people deep during evenings/ weekends. It is clean and has food, but unless you live next door hard to imagine why you would make this your default grocery stop.

Nice place. My wife likes more than giant which is in walking distance from our house. Much cleaner and better prices according to my wife. Although, the couple times I've been there, the employees seem nicer at giant.

Its quickly has become my favorite store. I love, love the cheese and olive section right next to the delicious smelling pizza bar! I never leave without a package of brie. They also have an isle full of every sauce you could ever want for anything! Wonderful customer service as well. Everyone is will to stop what ever they are doing to help you find what you need.. Its refreshing and I highly recommend giving Harris Teeter a try if you haven't already.

This is my first review for this location. I came on here primarily to give a five star review for the pharmacy. I still believe the pharmacy deserves five stars...staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and fast! The area is clean and I feel safe getting my medication there. The rest of the store is also clean and half of the staff is really friendly and welcoming! Especially in the meat/cake depts. I can't quite give five stars, because I feel like the produce selection is a little stagnant and sometimes I find moldly or bruised items and a thin selection of other items in that area. I won't single anyone out, but other staff will refuse to return a hello, or acknowledge a question that is repeated. Maybe on my next visit I can give five stars wholeheartedly!

Far better chain grocery than others in our Annapolis area. Produce choices and quality are top notch. Much variety of other products. Store brand is most often comparable to top national brands. Lots of good deals. This store is bright and clean. No restocking and blocking isles while shoppers are there. Plenty of parking.

While their prices can be a bit high at times, they always have a good selection and the employees there seem to be a bit happier than those at other grocery stores. This is by far my favorite grocery store in the region.

This new store is very impressive. I am SO thrilled to see such wonderful customer service. Its a welcome chg to some of what we somwtimes experience elsewhere. Very clean and so many unique food stations too. Great specials... I could go on and on. Special shout out to mgr, Walt. He helped us with an issue immediately and with great resolution!

It's been a while since I've visited. I made special trip because they had a sale on Ribeyes. Also, a sale on salmon. This store has some of the prettiest salmon steaks you can imagine. I also picked up cheeseThey had a sale on shredded cheese. Harris Teeter label. Buy 2, get 3 free, so yes my fridge is stocked with the cheeses I love. Well, I guess it's time to pull out the pots & pans. Here are some of the results.

Poor customer service. They have a cheese section however they don’t have the staff to cut up the different varieties. When one asks to have something cut all you get are excuses as to why they can’t do it. And they tell you it will be 20 minutes even though no one else is waiting. Management is terrible. What a waste of time.
