As the first car, waited 45 minutes while the pharmacists took care of people inside. They took our information, but they couldn’t serve us? We are sick and needed help, but instead we suffered in the heat with a long line behind us. We waited fifteen minutes before pulling up to the window, too. I understand there are staffing shortages, but why make anyone wait for so long? :(

I was told my medicine was ready for pickup. Waited in the car line for 30 minutes to be seen and no one came to help. Came inside and waited on line for 30 minutes, they made me wait another hour for medicine.While waiting, I noticed the pharmacist filling prescriptions was touching it with her bare hands with long fake nails. Will not be coming here again.

I’m only writing this review and efforts to try to save people the waste of time and frustration that the CVS pharmacy has caused me over the years me and my family have been getting medication from this pharmacy for years now and for the past two years about the service has been so terrible that I now switched out of CVS as a brand completely the majority of the pharmacy techs seem like they do not even check to see if a prescription has been filled they just automatically write it off that it’s there is a problem with the doctors office sending prescriptions I have five family members in my household who get prescriptions from the CVS and have it issue every single time we try to pick up medication. All of us will now be switching out of the CVS.

They never have your medicine. And you always have to keep coming back because they don't answer the phone. And their drive-thru is always closed. The one on telegraph road is so much better.

Had a prescription that was on back order for a month blood pressure medication, I never had a problem with getting my medicine until now and still don't have it I had to go somewhere else to get it shame on you CVS.

Never answer phones in timely manner, pharmacy drive thru closed, other staff standing around when there is long line at pharmacy. I would rate 0 if that was allowed.

Awful!Placed on hold for hours to only be hung up on.Medicine is never in stock and has to be "special ordered"Placed on hold for hours only to have someone answer the phone by hanging it up!!!!!!!!!!!Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are.DON'T CALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HUNG UP ON!
