Must have been more concerned with getting his car detailed at workUpdate went in at 8pm me and another guy there. he is being waited on and the other cashier was very busy on her cell phone so I waited for a few minutes so she could attend her very very important cell phone business. she quickly put her cell phone down when i guess the owner came in..... cant make this stuff up.

I have shopped at this store multiple times but today may have been my last. Half the store didn’t have prices on anything, and the employees followed me around the store. I paid with mobile checkout and even scanned the barcode at the kiosk next to the counter. They walked out of the store after me and accused me of stealing.Made me feel really uncomfortable.

Everyone please shop here for your snacks and essentials because I went in this store to buy a .99€ sluppie and left my phone inside here by mistake. I came back a hour later and was able to recover it from the honest cashier. Thank you so much 💓

Nothing is stocked and what was stocked was old and far past expiration date. Also the cashier smelled terrible, almost as if he couldn’t afford to shower everyday. Maybe that explains him cutting costs in the store, idk I’m not a mind reader, but something was definitely wrong with him.

I understand this is 7-11 but, I have begged them to use their restroom by shopping something from here . But the cashier was so rude to me to use the restroom. He said “ sorry my boss is watching the camera” I asked him if his boss is not human. business without humanity is in this place! I visited on 22nov2018 at 9:00pm.

This store is very dirty,poor customer service. No fresh cookies or food has been left out for days. No fresh stock on snacks or beverages. Its a pandemic and credit card swipers are dirty,and rewards tablets. Please fix this issue

Lived here 9 years at Fort Meade and I've never been able to shop at this 7-Eleven because it's so disgustingly filthy and I don't know how the health department has not shut it down! Now that we're going through Covid the irresponsibly of the cashier's not cleaning is magnified...didn't even have his mask on, both of them just sitting there when they could be cleaning!!!!!!!

I go here since it's close to home and always open when I get out from work 12 am or 2 am. but today I'm questioning why he didn't open the door for me? I knocked but no response from him, I can see him and he can see me. Knocked again and asked if it's closed, he didn't answer and did nothing.

Haven't had any bad experiences here. Could be cleaner but it's a high traffic convenience store so I can't really fault them on that.

Good icee for the kids. I only come here to use the Citibank ATM so I don't incur fees. When I do I get the kids some icee slurries. Only two things great about this place.
