This is a company that sells plush toys to places such as zoos and aquariums but apparently will not sell to the general public. I was looking to buy a specific plush from them (which we had gotten before at Atlantis in the Bahamas) for Easter so I contacted them and left a message a few weeks ago. They never did call me back so I ended up calling them (I'm well aware that they are based locally in Glen Burnie) at different numbers (one was listed for a distribution center in Jessup and the other was to an office in Glen Burnie) and spoke with the same person despite having different numbers. The first time this person claimed to have the item in stock but did not sell it to local places such as the Baltimore Aquarium (they were sold there before) or even the Smithsonian in DC where we could've easily purchased it and said that they recently sold the item to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago so I was given the number for the store there but was told that they no longer carried the product. A couple weeks later I called the Glen Burnie office number with the same person (her name was Karen) and explained that I had called before about this item and the aquarium in Chicago no longer has it and she didn't know what I was talking about until I gave her the item number (which is listed on their website) which she immediately replied that they no longer make it. Fast forward to this week after contacting the store in Atlantis I was finally able to purchase the plush sea turtle without incident.All of their products (not just the turtle) are high quality and very nice but the customer service was horrible.Obviously, they are not used to dealing with the public.
