This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I’ve had to come here to pick up my prescriptions, there’s always an issue. Literally, every single time. Prescriptions are never ready or filled .. if you wait somehow they still won’t be ready. Sometimes they say I don’t have a prescription there… but it always ends up being there . There’s always an issue with the phone number, and the addresses on file. And I thought maybe it was just an issue with me .. until I watched two customers behind me go through the exact same issue. They seem to be completely unorganized. I’ve had enough and am finally switching pharmacies. I would recommend anyone go to any other pharmacy but this one . I have never once came to this location and not had some kind of issue

I have been trying to get my diabetes test strips for 2 months. Walgreens has still not filled stating insurance problems. I confirmed with Medicare it is covered by Part B and should be filled. Still waiting! Not sure why their service sucks.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Twice now with Dr. called in prescriptions the wait to get them filled is pushed back to the next business day!! Really wish the nearby former Rite Aid hadn’t closed,this pharmacy is horrible and has inept employees!

One longtime pharmacist keeps this location from getting 1 star. Something has changed over the last year. Customer wait times are atrocious. Turnover is terrible and service is slow. It never used to be like this. Don't try calling. You'll fall asleep.

Horrible, they said they could not accept my insurance to provide a covid shot. But they would be happy to take my $180 in cash for it. I've never had this issue in over 20 years with the same insurance. Interestingly, the local grocery store pharmacy was happy to accept the insurance and provide the vaccination. Do yourself a favor, go to any other other place for your basic needs.

Two strikes and you’re out. This pharmacy is so unreliable and unprofessional. First incident that occurred months ago was when my 1.5 year old son had an ear infection. They only gave me 1/2 the dosage and I was supposed to come back for the other 1/2 but I was never told and that was not what the pediatrician ordered for him.Next incident, I have a very importantmedication the pharmacy said they ordered for me last week and now all of the sudden the pharmacist says today they are unable to order it so my doctor has to send something else in. Why did Walgreens never call me to inform me of this?Edit to add: I switched to the Walgreens on Mt. Hermon Rd and they are fantastic..

Look at what work there which will explain the bad reviews. It seems all business now hire anything. The rule that applies is if they'll mess this up they'll mess that up also so they won't be making me any batch of meds here.

Consistently the worst service around. They've been rude to us in the past and never fill the right prescription. We bring it to their attention and they say they put a note in my wife's file so it doesn't happen again, but it keeps happening. We call ahead to make sure they fill the right prescription and they say they have it and then we arrive and they don't. Most times it requires 2-3 trips to the pharmacy to get her prescription filled properly. We're switching pharmacies, won't be going back and won't be recommending this company until things change. : (

Typical drug store. Well stocked, clean sale items & such. Great place to catch Coke products on sale. The pharmacy portion of the store depends on what time you get there. Don't go in the late afternoon when people are getting off of work. The pharmacy is a nut house when it's busy. The pharmacist's, not the pharmacy techs, cashier's & assistants, but the pharmacist's at these busy times are always rushed, short, angry, not nice, too busy to answer questions & can be rude. Did I say not nice? Especially the bald guy, wow, he really can't handle pressure lol. Still the techs/cashier's are usually nice & extremely helpful even when presented with rude customers.

This location’s pharmacy has the worst staff I have ever seen. The staff at the pharmacy is very rude and talk to people any kind away. They would not like it if someone talk to them the same way they talk to customers. I will be moving my prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy in salisbury maryland.. Recently switched to apple discount drugs and already have better care and faster wait times by far. I use to love walgreens but their service has gone down hill fast.

Pharmacy staff don't care about the patients. I was being charged twice as much as I was supposed to for months and was told I was wrong by the staff three separate times when I tried to get it corrected. The CVS down the street had no problem at all with the prescription.

I got surgery and three hours later I went to go pick up my pain medication from Walgreens. I had to wait over an hour in extreme pain... Do not recommend. Writing this at 11:50 I still don't have any pain medicine and I arrived at Walgreens at 10:30...

I had a very unpleasant phone experience with Jennifer. She not only did not let me speak, but made me feel bad abt refilling my rx that is available today! I’ve been going to this location for abt 3 yrs now and I have never been spoken to in this manner. Not sure what’s happened, Walgreens?

Absolutely worst pharmacy. Most expensive too. Made me wait an hour and a half for Covid shot, With an appt, while they took person who came in a half hour after I did. Both times I went there for a script it took them a long time to finally say they wouldnt fill it. Guess they are so greedy they forgot the Reason people are in the pharmacy dept.Dont expect to use the rest room either. So nice to have to wait a long time but cant use it.BTW, CVS, right down the street is so much better. They are nice, fast, and considerate.

there a bit slow but it’s because they’re understaffed. The service from the pharmacists has always been very friendly and they seem like they are working their hardest. Lovely people, but needs more staff

The other day I stood in line for 15 min while the lady at the pharmacy was more worried about the cars in drive in. Then she told me my insurance card wont work cause it didnt have my husband name on it. It didnt even have my name only stated the employee after telling her its what is used with him and i never had problems with it before she finaly scanned it where it worked only rolled her eyes at me set card and med on counter without saying anything to me and walked away. Third time dealing with rude behavior at pharmacy. Def would recommend switching to another pharmacy if you want helpful and polite customer service i did.

There was a very unpleasant lady that kept following my grandpa around the store while he was trying to purchase medicine. You are a terrible lady and even tried to follow me. I never asked you for your help or services. You are a employee not the owner. You should try minding your business. I should sue you for harassment because my grandpa is a very honorable person. If I ever see you again I better not have any problems with you or my lawyer will be in touch with corporate.

Absolutely horrible staff n service terrible customer service every time I go esp at the pharmacy they try act as if they don’t see u standing in line always give me trouble filling my prescriptions every month .just had go back to this terrible Walgreens again and again nothing has changed still absolutely horrible service in pharmacy makes no sense den they wanna play dumb wit u do ya dam job not that hard

Horrible customer service and ridiculous wait times at pharmacy, we have storm coming nd I needed my meds filled but they wouldn’t fill them day early even though state of emergency was declared, they assured me they will be open no matter what happens so I can get my meds nd now they are closed no one answers phone nd roads are terrible nd I don’t have my meds. Horrible service.

Whoever they have playing dr is insane, I've been on certain medications for almost 20 years now they try to tell me what I should be on and even had my dr upset telling them how to do their job and what to prescribe they're a pharmacy not a dr do your job, its ok to confirm concerns about meds but not replace your dr, huge middle finger as now ill be out of my meds while switching to a normal pharmacy

On hold 15 minutes then get disconnected. Call again on hold 1/2 hour more. Walk in the store still on hold. Computers are down. I come back 3 hours later then was told I have to wait!!!!!😬😬

The pharmacy is awful!! Took HOURS to fill my daughter’s prescription after telling me it would only be 20 minutes when I initially called to fill it. I always have problems when I have gone here. It’s always some kind of mix-up.

I called for a price on a diet pill. I waited on hold for about 5 minutes until someone answered the phone. Yes I realize they are helping other customers. Then I wondered, were they really? The man who answered I told what section to find it and spelled it. Came back to tell me they don’t even carry what I requested. I informed him , “ yes you do, please check again “ and I spelled it again. When he came back he did give me the price. I understand it’s evening, but not to that point.

Don't go here for a covid test for traveling you will not get results in time, but they will tell you 24 - 48 hours no worries... No you will get it 4 days later 24 hours after take off, Had to drop 250 at the airport for the test. Thank you Walgreens!!!!
