I usually have an amazing time going here. My mom and I buy our pellets from here every week. I go here for my boots and jeans. typically a lovely experience. However tonight i went there and dealt with a very rude worker who says their name is Destiny but i’m unsure i didn’t take the time to look. Her and the manager watched me and my boyfriend the entire time we looked and then she says “do you need something” (i’m at a store obviously i need something can i find it first?) (i obviously did not actually say this. i didn’t know what to say.) so my boyfriend told them about the pellets and were met with “when did you place it because i don’t have a pallet of of pellets” and the girl who was very rude said “yea so if you don’t have anything to show i don’t know what to tell you” the man looks my mom up and confirms we have an order. As other people walk in the lady is extremely pleasant to them. As we were leaving my boyfriend stopped to ask about the issue when she then proceeds to say i was the aggressor and i was rude because i “ignored her” i can assure i did not ignore anyone i was so uncomfortable i probably didn’t even hear her straight lol! I express CALMLY that she singled us out and i wasn’t rude and she puts her hand up and talks over me telling me yes i did and to have a good night repeatedly. She was equally as rude when my mother called to get her name for a complaint. The man told my mom he can’t give her the name and then proceeded to put the girl on the phone where she then argued with my mother and refusing to give a name saying “you aren’t even going to listen to my side of the story” she was out of line and rude. I’m choosing to leave race out of this but she singled me out of entire store of customers doing the same as me. Disgusting and deserves reparations of which the manager doesn’t seem he will give because he was staring too !

Awesome location! Mostly have everything I need and then some! (just need to start carrying chicken harvesting items, culling cones, etc.)Have purchased chicks from here many times, never had any loss, always healthy and well taken care of before purchase. Most things are reasonably priced. Staff is super friendly and willing to help load heavy items. Overall great store, clean, organized, priced correctly and generally awesome.

They have a wide variety of dog and cat supplies, clothing for the family, toys as well as many other needs for your home or farm. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

I’m not sure when the last time Tim got a raise was; but that guy deserves two. The friendliest, most helpful person I’ve ever encountered at a tractor supply, and he had a smile on his face the entire time. I just know he’s a joy to be around as a person from the 10 minutes he spent helping my husband and I tonight, and we will be sure to return to the Salisbury location specifically because of our experience with Tim! Thank you for your help Tim! I also did not catch the name of the female clerk on staff tonight but she was SUPER sweet and helpful immediately when we walked in the door. SBY TSC should be proud of those two team members!

Horrible! First I was told by store rep things had to be locked because of thefts as i was looking for dog treats. At checkout when I inquired about a discount at the register i was told that money is not cheap and the President is the cause of high prices.

.Shortly after moving to Salisbury I discovered Tractor Supply -- for the second time. The first time was in South Central Texas and I was nine, I picked out baby chicks to raise. This time I had ordered some plants and picked them up They were so hardy and healthy and grew so well that I was impressed all over again.This year in late spring I ordered an Eastern Redbud tree. Because I was late in getting around to it, I didn't expect the tree to bloom. But after almost three weeks in the ground the tree hadn't sprouted any leaves. Disappointed with Tractor Supply, I called to see if I could get a refund. I was told to bring my sales receipt and the tag from the tree. Three days later I went out to dig up the tree and wondered what I would do to find another that late in the season. No need to plant again. The tree had three tiny heart-shaped leaves with evidence of more to come.Now, as I write, the tree is full of leaves, green and beautiful. Such a wonderful thing to find an honest, customer-centered business that not only strives to please but also provides a wide variety of great products. All that for over 50 years!

I surprisingly really like this store. Pricing can be Little high, but most things are high quality. I am not a country boy necessarily, but the clothing draws me in. Nice mix of farm and style. Easy to navigate.

They advertise a rabies vaccination clinic once a month. I am moving into a new apartment and needed my cats shot updated so I arranged to go to one. The morning of I called tractor supply and asked if I should bring anything with me, and they told me the clinic had been canceled last second but there was another one the following month. I was let down but I planned on going the next month. The day before I call them again to make sure they didn’t cancel again, and the CLUELESS guy on the phone didn’t even know what I was talking about and said “uhhhh I don’t know about that we don’t do that” until his coworker yelled from the background “yes we do! It’s tomorrow at 4:00.” So the people that work there barely even know what’s happening at their own store. Since they confirmed it, i brought my cat there the next day just to be told by a confused looking cashier that it had been canceled YET AGAIN even though they just told me the day prior it wasn’t. This was all the day before I was supposed to move in at this point so I couldn’t even get it done on time. Definitely not coming back here.

This store tried to force me to take a floor model grill that was damaged and then proceeded to bend the grill almost in half attempting to lift it with a pallet jack. I realized while returning this item that the store manager charged me $150 more then the actual price. Save yourself the trouble and go visit Amber, the manager of the Pokomoke store. She was much more helpful and actually got me the grill that I wanted in the box and for the correct price.

Walked in had 12 people in line. I was looking for a 3ft long feed trough and they only had round ones, odd for a farm store not to have. Went across the street to home Depot which had in stock for great price much cheaper than the small round ones at tractor supply) and checkout was quick and friendly.

Used to be one of our preferred places to shop. This location has been going downhill in the last few years or maybe the the whole company has. It's not ok that they frequently have dead and dying chicks and ducklings due to lack of care. We usually buy dog food and chicken feed there but they rarely keep the items we need in stock and the process to try to order them is difficult and often they don't fulfill the order anyway. We ordered a bunch of chicken feed online when it was on sale and they just canceled the order without offering a rain check or anything. Plus their inventory has been overrun with seasonal items and holiday junk making it hard to find the things you need when you need them. For example fireplace maintenance items in the winter its all just Christmas junk or stuff for the next season going in way too early. We are actively looking for another place to buy feed.

Drove from another state to purchase, only to be told, very rudely, they didn't know where it was, and they would have to move a bunch of stuff to look.Very poor customer service. Went to seaford to get a trailer for 1199.99Service was horrible! Left there went to Salisbury branch and got the same trailer for 1049.00..service was outstanding! In and out in 10 mins.
