I came in to the store to buy conduits/pipes to attach to downspouts to take rainwater away from my house. I used the app to find the appropriate aisle, but was then directed by a staff member to a different aisle where I could not find what I needed. I asked another staff member for assistance. He could not be bothered to even stop sweeping the floor to help me. I went back to the first aisle where Gary helped me find what I wanted. He was the only person out of three whom I approached that knew what I needed, helped me find it, then helped me through checkout and carried my purchases to my car. He deserves to be held up as an example to other employees who are less than willing to be of assistance. Go, Gary!

Getting 1 star today. Shopping around got a cart full of stuff for some home projects and go to the tool section to purchase a tool that's locked up. Usually no big deal. Go to the front counter and ask could I have someone meet me in tools I would like to make a purchase. Lady proceeds to tell me that there's no one here and the person that is working the tool department hasn't showed up yet. I ask is there anyone else she says no. I leave the entire cart right there up front and I go to Lowe's. I can't believe no one in that entire store could unlock a padlock and hand me a box.

I want to enjoy my shopping here, but every time I go to Home Depot, the staff acts like I'm a bother to them! Look, I just want to get what I came for and leave...I can't help yall have it in the back and require me to get someone to go get it!

Went into Salisbury store toNight with a plumbing problem .it was around 7.00. .730 the gentleman that you had working at that time was very knowledgeable he walked me through what I'd need to fix problem and how to do it .it was very much appreciated by me. I hope Salisbury homedepot appreciates having a knowledgeable man that is professional and courteous thank you again to the gentlemen great job

Don’t work here. The ONLY reason this place gets a 2 star review is because of my old coworkers. It lasted MAYBE a month. The store manager at this place is an absolute joke. Not to mention in “order to sell more grills”, he buys not one but two prime ribs to SMOKE. Puts them on at 1230/1 and expects them to fully cook to GIVE to customers by 4/5? I’d say it’s a quick way to get people sick if anybody knows how much longer it takes to smoke meat. He picks and chooses which employees have to follow “policy” and “dress code.” He invisions Salisbury as Rehoboth Beach. Which will never happen. Again the people, well, most of the people here work hard and are good ppl. There’s a couple of em along with the store manager that’s just arrogant and ignorant. Not saying they don’t know their rear end from a hole in the ground. However if you asked where their rear was, I’m pretty sure they’re gonna stare at that hole and point there first.

I would really like to again thank Kerra who was working the evening I was in for a few things that I needed. While reading some product information on the package of what I was buying I must have inadvertently set my phone down on a product shelf instead of putting it back in my pocket. I realized my mistake as I was in the parking lot getting into my vehicle. She was so sweet and walked around to the couple of aisles I knew I'd been in while calling my phone so that I could more quickly and easily track it down. Staff is always very helpful, even for things such as this! THANK YOU Kerra, and bless your heart.

Not sure how to rate this but my experience with homedepo was got a toro lawnmower $600 last summer and less than a year old so under warranty good news homedepo stopped selling there junk "Never buy a TORO lawnmower nothing but problems if you happen to find someone selling them and something breaks on it odds of getting it fixed under warranty are like winning the lottery good luck no one works on them anymore and one you find the only one in your state they are backed up 2 months plus when they look at your machine plan on waiting almost 3months to get them to get you a replacement motor toro customer service is by far the worst of any thing I've ever experienced in my life they will do everything not to fix your lawnmower and tell you to find a approved toro dealer that does service good luck just about none well only good thing after dealing with homedepo Manger he understood my problem and gave me a discount on buying a new mower so 5 stars to homedepo Manger and zero stars to toro lawnmower junk stay away from toro buy anything else I did 2stars so hopefully people would read this

Called to make a preorder for a job so we could pick up materials. The lady said we don`t take orders over the phone on the weekend. I guess nobody works on the weekend. So i place the order twice online. Guess what they still didn`t process it. Well now I have to go in person and waste time waiting for them to get this together which could have been ready ahead of time. Customer service in this town has gone to S.....

Don’t ever take a job from this place. Let me start where I had three interviews with this establishment Two of the interviews I was told the positions were already filled Got another interview, saying that I was hired for a picker I am 100% disabled and I put that in my application and now because I can’t lift 50 pounds. I am completely out of work and I just lost left a job to take this job so I would highly suggest not coming here to work they do not know what they’re doing apparently.

It’s noon on Friday and I just got an email saying the things I ordered for this weekend’s project (which were to be delivered this morning) have been delayed by at least five days. I called the store and they couldn’t help me because I ordered online. Unfortunately, the local Lowes is even worse.

I have spent thousands at Home Depot. That ends today. Just looked at a press release from them. They apparently are going to phase out all gas powered equipment over the next few years. Good luck Home Depot. Lowes will be glad to take my business.
