Decent Sams club! Was decent line first thing before ten on Sunday. Would think that Sunday would be one of the days that have early hours! Staff always good and most stuff stays stocked. Scan and go was best thing ever did. No more waiting longer lines!

I felt Sam's was very busy for being around noon on a Wednesday; the parking lot was crazy and finding a spot was a headache. As soon we walked in I understood why, it seemed like everything was on sale. Summer items were being replaced by fall inventory and everything was reduced to go.We found everything we needed and went for plus some extras for the kids. All in all, not a bad trip. Thank you Sam's Club for your continuing service to the community and surrounding areas.

It's a great place to shop for bulk items and sometimes the prices are even fantastic especially with instant savings . One of the problems I do have with them however is sometimes when you go back for more of what you had already purchased they no longer sell it so you can't depend on them for future purchases of the same item. You can also prepare yourself for a long wait in the checkout line as these can be extremely slow. I would also expect the gas prices to be a little cheaper than they are.

I spent $650 for four new tires to be told they can’t do it because my lugnuts were swollen I had them show me where she proceeded to put her socket on every lug with little resistance. I got my $16 Walmart tire iron out and lossen them in the parking lot then the still refused to do my tiresAstonishing the lack of effort

I have been in this store with my mother multiple times and my family and each time it was warm and welcoming but I went in there this evening and that’s a company that I would never work for or a company i would shop at ever again. The service that I received tonight was service from a worker that was completely and utterly rude. It went right over my head and on mine end I could of looked up the times but a friend of mine told me they closed at 9 and I went to Sam’s club and there was at least 10 people in the store, I get stopped and approached but I didn’t see others get approached the way this lady came at me was completely rude, I wasn’t aware of the store hours I even said I can come back another day and she had a attitude and asked well what do you need to get it was 3 items, I got my items but when I tell you I felt not welcome. I will no longer go into a place that treats people as if we’re not human. I’m at checkout the giggling and being loud and being nice to others made me feel not a good feeling. I’m not a person that likes confrontation or wants to make a scene but I just felt super uncomfortable about the whole situation. Sam’s club do better.

Went to Sam's Club and was assisted by Krystal Ayers (TBC Lead) in regards to another tire location advising me that the tire that I had just put on in July was at 5 and not 10 and I had not been 5,000 miles on it. I was also advised that Sam's will plug a tire for free for you as long as you maintain your preferred Sam's Membership. Great job Krystal and thanks for you help!

Found a lot of great deals. We love their meats. Also the sushi! We have saved a lot on groceries since we got our membership. Also the staff is unbelievable friendly. And the place is always spotless.

Store busy. Some restocking being done by staff. Several self checkout 's available but only 2 registers staffed and one of the registers had to have staff member leave to check price.

The service I received from the jewelry department In Sam's Club is absolutely ridiculous. 0/10 would recommend. For starters, they never have an associate in jewelry. It's always a 30 minute wait until somebody arrives. I was sold a ring that needed to be resized. Of course, the individual who resizes rings wasn't there. I was suggested by a manager on duty to go to a local jewelry store to get my ring resized because they can't preform the service. I was told I'd get reimbursed for my purchase but once I got the ring resized and showed up with my receipt, it was a whole different story. These individuals lied to me to make a sale..... terrible service I would not recommend. Save your money and time!

A great bulk store that has really good deals IF they have your brands and you know your prices. If you don't care about brands, then the deals are even better, allowing your $ to go further these days. I always scout the clothing section as the prices are excellent. There are name brand clothing and Members Mark (Sams label). I've seen clothes from Gap, Levi's, 9 west, Under Armor, etc. Use the phone app to scan items, and then you can skip the checkout line.

I would like to thank Catelyn (sp?) who works in the Pharmacy at the Salisbury, MD Sam's Club for going above and beyond today to help me with a very frustrating prescription issue (caused by drug shortages and insurance). She provided superior customer service and found a solution to my issue.

Sam's club does not have the best gas prices around!!! Additionally, they do not have enough people to work the Cafe!! Every time I visit Sam's club the cafe only has one person working, that's unbelievable and unacceptable!!! They ought to be ashamed of themselves collecting people's membership monies for that foolishness.

Sam's was always a good experience until the new self check out. When you have a problem with check out you can't find any one around to help. I had to walk over to the pharmacy and ask for help. I think if you are going to have self check out you should have some one on look out over all the check outs. I feel that they are trying to save as much money as they can. That's why no one is around to assist you with check out.

Another disappointing bakery issue! Was going to pick up my small cake at 9am, they called at 7am saying there was a problem with water and cannot make my order today. Two hours before pick up!! Not sure how a water problem effects Butter, sugar, flour and baking?!! But okay! Now I have one disappointed toddler on her birthday who was begging for this little 5 inch princess cake for months. UGH

Apparently the bakery doesn’t do cakes with colored frosting in the middle? I wanted to do a simple gender reveal cake with pink or blue icing in middle and they say they can’t do that?? Seems extremely simple to do!! I’ve been a member here for years, Very dissatisfied!

This location has a very high turn around of staff due to management under appreciating and over-working employees in certain departments. They have lost some real good and hard working people over the years due to the lack of care and support. They are more focused on the rules and guidelines being followed than the morale and well-being of their staff. Pushing product and making money is the only real focus of this store, not the people who are Really holding it down every day. Some people in positions of authority there are immature and unprofessional, lacking basic communication and people skills. Certain team leaders are Very full of themselves and walk around pointing out everything that's wrong instead of acknowledging the positive and good work people are doing. This company seriously needs to require a human being training test before hiring any new managers. Shameful.

Do a lot of pickup orders. Every time I order 2 Rotisserie Chickens for dinner, I never get them.. They offer them for pickup but they are never in my orders. Very disappointing 😞.

Calling into this store is a sick joke. Two weeks ago I called to speak to someone in the tire and battery center about replacing a tire on my wife's car that had a gash in the sidewall. I bought all four Goodyear tires on her car from this Sam's Club. Someone at the front desk answered the phone and transferred me to the tire and battery department. There I sat on hold for 17 minutes. I called back and was again transferred. This time I sat on hold listening for another eight minutes. I hung up, called back, an spoke to someone that said he was a manager. He said the tire center had closed early and there was no one back in that department. Would have been nice to let the people answering the store's phone know that little gem of information. I bought the tire at another location. Before this, I scheduled a rotation and balance for the same car. I tried calling today to cancel that appointment and was immediately put on hold. I was on hold for 13 minutes. I hung up and called back. This time someone picked up the phone and immediately disconnected the call. I called back and I guess the third time is a charm. I wonder how much business this store is losing because of the way they field their incoming calls? I have a feeling the employees working the "customer service" desk could care less, and the fact that this continues suggests the management of this store don't care much either.December 1, 2022 Update: As in the case of my wife's vehicle, the four tires I have on my car were purchases at Sam's. It appears I may have a slow leak in one of those tires. Free flat repair is part of the package when you buy tires from Sam's Club. I went into the Sam's in Salisbury to see about having the tire checked and repaired if necessary. I was told the wait could be two hours or more. I was then told it's best to make an appointment, but they don't have an open appointment until December 9. I was then told the best bet is to be there at 10:00 a.m. when the tire and battery center first opens and they may be able to get me in. When I left the store and was walking to my car, I had to pass the open bay doors. The employee that gave me this information was checking a tire for a leak in a tray of water while talking on his cell phone. I bet you they could get a lot more vehicles through the tire and battery center if their employees only focused on the job at hand. Just a guess.

I pay premium membership and spend up to 500 dollars a week in the place and they block all over the place because of stocking shelves and the refrigerator areas. I wish there was a BJs or a Costco nearby because it sucks.
