-Trash cans throughout the entire facility outside were overflowing causing litter.-Ordered fried chicken & was told it would be 20 minutes to make more. We waited 20 minutes and we went in to grab our chicken and was told it would be 20 minutes more because they were just starting to cook the chicken.Final wait time: 1 hour!!!!!Do better Royal Farms. Hire more workers or train better. Whichever applies.

The health department needs to investigate this place. It is so dirty. The male employee are not washing there hands. The soap is not even in the bathroom. The bathroom is so filthy. The manager was nice she was female so I don’t blame here the male employees should know better.

Nothing bad to say, functions like any other Royal Farms. It's a good kind of ordinary, would recommend if you're passing by and need a snack. Other than that it's over all ordinary.

Stood there for 10 minutes waiting for 2 piece chicken while 3 people in the food section stood there talking to each other. I asked how much longer and she said 4 minutes to put 2 pre made chicken in a box. I was told this was the manager running the store. She wasn't concerned with her customers at all.

This is, by far, the WORST Royal Farms on the planet! Not clean, filthy bathroom, overwhelmed deli employee, no napkins so had roll of tear-off paper towels on counter, unfriendly checkout person. Have always had good visits to many other stores!

Took 20 minutes for my food order to be ready, only to be told they had no fry's ready. They weren't busy. Think they used hot sauce on my burger instead of ketchup. Didn't even offer a refund for the food they didn't provide, just told me to " grab a bag of chips". Made a bad day worse with your incompetent work.

I love Royal Farms! They have great fried chicken , subs, and coffee.The bathrooms are usually clean, the prices are competitive, and the customer service is great.I also love their loyalty points program. They stick by it, and they have a large selection to choose from.

Disgusting. The store was full of flies and dirty. The bathrooms had flies in it and was not clean. The water didn't even work. The chicken and potatoes were not fresh. The gas pump was slow. We normally stop here every year and never had an issue, but it's amazing how much it changed in less than a year.

Male manager on duty Easter Sunday afternoon is a bonafide racist. Watched him get smart with two black men waiting for food,one whom he referred to as a boy. Needs to be fired immediately! GM on duty said she would be handling him and I surely hope you do! Fix It!

I've stopped at 2 Royal Farms and I'm not at all impressed with their food. Also the last one has done away plastic bags, but didn't have any paper to replace them yet.

Horrible service, from the food ordering ( why charge me for fries only to tell me after everything else was bagged up there's another 10 minutes for the fries) the guy next to me had the same problem, the lady on the other side of me was there with a sub sandwich issue( was made wrong) and why is checkout self service? There was a cashier but wasn't ringing anyone up. I wish I could give a minus 1

The workers went out of their way to help me with my order. At checkout as well as at food prep. The store was clean over all. I would go back again just for the employees. The only area that could use a little better cleaning is the coke machines. The handles could be wiped more often because of the covid virus as well as the order screens and the door handles with customers going in and out.

Employees in the deli have no drive or ambition to get anything done in a timely manner nor do they communicate with you at all. This is been my third experience like this in a row where I waited over 15 minutes for just three drumsticks and western fries. I want back in line waited in the line got my refund and still never heard my number called.

I don't even want to give a star! THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER. Bathroom horrible..there is this soap with hair plastered in it in the womens bathroom wall that has been there for over a month. No one is cleaning! Attitudes, talk to themselves, no customer service, trash outside. I wouldn't even touch the coffee machine, you can see all the nasty streaks from an attempt to clean with a dirty dish rag! HEALTH HAZARD.

It is the worst place. I ordered chicken, it's supposed to be fast food and I waited for over 30 minutes and had to walk out of there without the chicken because the employees didn't seem to care that I was waiting for it and did nothing but joke and laugh at them. It is the worst service I have ever experienced. They don't even deserve a star. Never will be back.

Easy to see why the reviews of this place are so poor. With one cashier working a busy late Sunday afternoon full of returning beach traffic, we waited in line for 10 mins to pay for our chicken. Following that we endured another 40 mins through a comedy of unbelievable customer service before receiving our order. Ran out of chicken, then tenders, and then fries. Could not cancel order or get $ back. Upwards of 20 customers waiting. Deli folks asked for everyone's ticket as they had no idea what to do with orders and then just started filling whomever's ticket was on top. No consideration if someone had waited 5 mins or 30 mins. Adding to confusion was the fact they took everyone's ticket and then called out numbers as if everyone remembered their number. Where was a manager? No one in charge or took responsibility. Pitiful! Cross this place off your list.

Place was out of everything. Trash cans over run. Parking lot was filthy. Inside was even worse. No cups for drink. Napkins empty. People in the kitchen are absolutely no help when you ask a question. This store has gone way down hill.

Asked deli if they had any pre prepared hot breakfast sandwiches. I was directed to the front, where I found Luke warm sandwich. Asked same employee if he could warm them up with a microwave and he said no. Sad state of service.

Just terrible. Only one overwhelmed person in deli. They’ve also gone to self checkout. The person at the front on 6/24 at 115 was unhelpful and busy playing with her phone. Took a very long time to get food. Will take my business back to WAWA.

I've stopped here a couple times with no issues. Stopped here 8/8 and was surprised how dirty the place was. There was trash everywhere in the parking lot and inside the store want much better. Convenient location but I'm not in a hurry to go back.

Most disgusting bathrooms in the world. Worse than a third world country. I have to assume the kitchen is not kept clean either and decided not to order food after the bathroom experience. If you kept your mouth open in the bathroom, you’d get a mouth full of flies.

It's Nov 13 at 740 pm I just pulled up the front door and the manager is out side screaming at another employee because he was late . The employee was vary quite and apologized she continues to scream at this poor man as he stands there . By far the worst rofo in the area I love rofo and work five minutes from this location in heborn and still refuse to eat there the kitchen help is a joke I can't believe how unprofessional the manager was the hole parking lot could hear her

Always filthy inside and out! Poor service if you can get someone to run a cash register for you. This place has been in a rapid decline since opening. The thought of eating anything not prepackaged and sealed from this dump is nauseating.

Barely any coating on the western fries, and zero seasoning (not even salt & pepper!). Seems they also lowered the grade of potato used, as most of the potatoes you get have 1 or more black spots in them. The chicken breasts & tenders seem to always be undercooked, and the wings/legs always seem to be overcooked. Seems to also sit out too long and get dried out, and oil has old grease flavor. The deli meats are cheap and slimy. They now charge $1.89 for 20oz bottled sodas, and have even taken away the $0.99 cans, so it's going to cost you nearly $2 minimum for a drink. (The fountain drinks never taste right here) When you checkout the debit card machine is very slow. Have complained to corporate many times, and food quality doesn't ever improve.
