Bathrooms are filthy. Food was so old it looked blacked and so hard to chew. Employee had headphones in while me and other customers needed help. Even the other employee there told the female she had customers. She just gonna look at us crazy and still stood there like customers wasn’t waiting to be waited on. Couldn’t get no type of help, hospitality or service there. I most certainly left and went to another store. I see the reviews on here and that the owners ONLY replies to good reviews and comments. Can’t even address the bad reviews or nothing.

Everytime I come in after work I am greeted by Dana and her smiling face and overall excellent customer service! She is always polite, helpful, and very professional. The store is great and always has what I need. This last visit I was helped by Dana and Patessa and they were so nice! You have a return customer for sure!

Chantel is always so kind to my boyfriend and I when we come in. They always are very personable. The store is clean and well stocked! They listen to customers when it comes to stock as well :)

This rofo has to be the best rofo around! I come here everyday for a coffee and the people are so friendly, especially Cantrelle!! We talk to each other every morning and I feel so welcomed and it’s a great way to start the morning. I went to the one store near cvs and cookout one morning for coffee bc I was running late and the coffee machines were all saying they needed to be cleaned and halfway through it just stopped working. I trust this store by UO bc I see them cleaning every single thing in the whole store every morning and it’s a great sight!! 10/10

I was a loyal customer but as of today I'll never eat fresh food from here again because it is NOT fresh. Safe food handing is not practiced at this location. Huge disappointment!! If you don't mind eating recycled chicken, this is the place to be.

This is by far the BEST kept store I've seen! You can tell they must have put a new Manager in, as the store looks and feels so much better! Almost all the staff is new and has been nice, even the food looks and taste amazing!

My experience with Dana has always been great, has always helped with anything I need and makes sure the place is well-kept. Clearly stands out from the rest as from what I’ve seen.

Horrible experience. I went to get gas there and three of their pumps didn’t work. Went to Valero down the road and it worked with no issues. Very disappointed because ROFO is much more convenient for me

This ROFO is closest to my home my children and I go into the store almost everyday. However, after today I will never spend a dime in this ROFO my children discriminated against followed around the store and accuse of stealing ALL BECAUSE OF THEIR SKIN COLOR!

Stopped in thinking they had clean bathrooms because I never had an issue at their competition (wawa) and boy was I surprised. It looked like someone had not cleaned the place in a month. I told one of the about 8 people working that the bathroom was dirty and they didn't even seem to care. Never again will I be coming here.... do yourself a favor, just go to wawa. Their bathrooms are cleaner and their food doesn't taste like they haven't changed the oil in a week.

Ever since they put in their automated registers, service is twice as slow. Point being, often I'm standing in line and there are two or three people behind the register looking rather useless. This while I'm waiting for one do to fumbled his change and get the machine to accept it all, sometimes taking several minutes before anyone response. That's actually getting to be rather more infuriating every time I go in this Royal Farms. I can't speak as much for other ones in the area.

I placed an order on Friday for a 32 piece chicken to be picked up on Wednesday for a funeral. They did not have my order ready because the lady who took my order never told them about it. The deli worker was very rude & unprofessional. The store manager was nonchalant & rude. I was very disappointed. This Royal Farms have lost a customer.

COVID-19 Procedures are not being followed. If you care for your health do not come here. Customers come in with no masks and do not even social distance. Employees do not wear masks over their noses and do not work at the registers with shields.Please everyone stay safe.

For one the service at the South Division Street Royal Farms Service is somewhat excellent there's always chicken and wedges and what not they never sell old food and according to the CDC 98% of Americans can drop the mask so saying that Royal Farms is not required to wear a mask anymore regulation at some places that has culinary arts as long as you wash your hands you do not have to wear gloves I should know because I am a certified chef and cook some places that don't require gloves only require you to wash your hands but I will say this the only problem I have with the Royal Farms on South Division Street is one of the managers said that I don't look old enough to buy tobacco products when I've been to that place hundreds of times and bought plenty of tobacco products I even have gray hair in my beard so that should tell people that I am old enough to buy cigarettes cigars cigarillos and whatever else tobacco product I want to buy and the other reason I like the self division Royal Farms it's handicap accessible unlike Wawa the bathrooms are not handicap accessible and another thing about the self-serve registers the Royal Farms don't exactly control it so if it malfunctions they have to call a IT Tech if the self serve restaurant at Royal Farms isn't working correctly and if you don't want to stand there and talk ignorant about the place then take your ignorant behind to another store don't talk about a store that has no control of the computers

This is the worst Royal farms in Salisbury...I have gone in there for the past 3 nights..no chicken..no wedges..I got tenders 1 night..got home and they were so old and dry .the young guys who work in the back are always on the phone..no mask on gloves ..all around nasty...I've gone in the day time and it's like 2 totally different stores.. terrible

Got sick after buying and eatimg chicken from here saturday night (3/14). Vomitting & diarrhea, all that. Im sure they are not practicing cleanliness there in that kitchen.

Lost my wallet there one time while drunk, they held onto it for me and the employees and I shared the excitement of finding something missing, apart from that they are always friendly behind the counter and this is my favorite RoFo
